My experience at Tracker Boating Center in Tyler Texas was excellent. Bonita, the service center manager was great to work with and Mark the main service mechanic diagnosed the issue quickly and was super knowledgeable. Quick turn around and everything was handled top notch!

Great boat buying experience. We dealt with Ed Ainsworth and he went above and beyond to take care of us. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a boat.

I have been to many boat and supply stores but hands down, the ONE that cares is this one. You are not rushed to a buy, you don't walk out the door saying what the F did I just do.Repairs, what can I say, they happen but if they need to be done, this is also the place. They are just doing the basics, they identify, triangulate, and walk you through what needs to he done to get you back on the lake.People place....Thanks

Called to ask about a motor, which happened to be a Yamaha. Was advised that they only sell Mercury products, and in not a nice way. Now I knew I had the incorrect dealership, and that the Yamaha dealer was next door. The woman that answered the phone was the rudest, most obnoxious person I've ever spoken to. She could've corrected me nicely and given me the information that I needed, but NOOO, she was rude as hell and wanted to argue. She needs to be FIRED, there are nicer people out there who need jobs! and will do them in a much nicer, more professional manner!

Bad experience. Their website says they are open until 2pm on Saturdays. We drove almost an hour to get there, looking for a new Tracker bass boat. Arrived just before 1 pm. Saw several people who looked like employees leaving. The Open sign was lit up. Walked in the door and the girl at the desk in the back said they're closed. We said "But your website says you're open until 2 and we drove for an hour". She said "Yea, sorry, we close at 1." So, they know the website is wrong but don't care. We went down the road a ways and found a Ranger instead. Obviously, customer service is not important to this operation.

Very friendly staff, nice clean showroom. Very good selection of boats. Highly recommend that you check them out if you're looking for a boat or 4 wheeler.

Benita Wood the service Manager at Tracker Marine Flint has change the world of boat service. No 3-4 weeks before you get your boat back for a repair or Warranty.I have used them 3 times now for warranty work and service on my Caymas 21pro with a Mercury 250 pro xs. Every time only 1-3 days.. just this week I had a trim issue act up with the Merc and she had me in the same day, part order and boat back in 2 days. Ready for weekend tournament. Thanks tracker and crew , you all are the best in the area for Mercury work!!!!

The Customer Service I received from Taylor was excellent.He fielded my questions quickly, and professionally.During our phone conversation, I hit him with a barrage of questions, when he wasn't sure, he found out and returned my call in a timely manner.I would highly recommend this place to be considered when looking for a new boat.Cannot wait to Pick up my new boat.

met Paul and Taylor and discussed tracker boats..Both very knowledgeable, but due to long lead times, they didn't have the model we were interested in. but will continue to include this dealer in looking for a boat. hopefully lead times and inventory will improve.

Worked with Robert to purchase boat, cover, and spare trailer tire (Robert is a good guy). Day of delivery, manager pulled Robert and had another employee, I never meet, deliver the boat. At boat delivery I asked where the cover was and was told I would be contacted when cover is delivered to the center within a week. Approximately a month later after not being contacted, I made an in person inquiry and initially was told the cover wasn't in, but after voicing my disappointment, the cover was found in the parts department back room. The trailer spare tire price amount was explained to be justified because it would be an exact match; rim is, but tire is not. An E-Gift Card was promised as part of the purchase agreement. Boat purchased May 7, 2020, and after numerous in person inquiries at the dealership and telephone inquiries with Bass Pro I still do not have my E-Gift Card. On July 1, 2020, Bass Pro Shop stated that it is the failure of Tracker Boating Center for not submitting the Freedom of Choice promotional form. I do not recommend Tracker Boating Center for any of your boating needs.

Worthless Dealership. Buy somewhere else. You will thank me later. Bought a new boat in July 2020. They sent back-ordered cover to the wrong person. After multiple calls, emails...over multiple months and speaking to everyone from the salesman, parts guy, perky chips, and the manager I finally rec�eved plates and title arrived today November 14, 2020. Absolutely Worthless Boat Dealer. Want The Runaround? Enjoy dealing with people that Love Sitting on their Thumb? Well then, Tracker Marine in Tyler Texas is the place for you.

Don t buy anything here. If you have to have warranty work, be prepared to leave your boat for at least six weeks. Then they try not to honor the warranty.Employees aren t friendly either. Unless your buying a boat. Once you buy it.

Called for information on a boat we are serious buyers! ROBERT that's a sales person answered was no help he said these are trying times for the boat industry! Didn't even try to sell us a boat so if your from out of town don't even attempt to call

These guys are great. Was having trouble with a boat I bought in Arkansas, while fishing a tournament on lake fork. They went out of their way to get me back on the water. Kudos

Brought my Mako 21 LTS into their service department on 29 June 2016 to have the bilge pump and live bait well switches changed, along with spark plug change, I finally got my boat back 10 weeks later on 14 Sep 2016.. Don't expect speedy service here, can't say if the work was good as I haven't put it back into the water yet....keeping my fingers crossed that the work was better than the wait.

Well i dropped off my 175 TXW in Mid June for them to replace my vinyl under warranty. We are at MID PART OF AUGUST and boat is still there!! Never will use them again.
