Amazing shop with great prices. I love coming here. The owner is always accommodating and quick to get you in and out. I definitely recommend Thompson Tire for all your alignment, break, or tire needs

I was really looking forward to using this service. This establishment came highly recommended from a prior brother in arms. However we could not get a hold of them initially. Calling several times to no avail. After finally getting a hold of someone, we were hung up on multiple times the moment we said, quote. Thinking that it was a connection issue my wife tried twice herself on her phone, and again was hung up on. Then blocked. The reviews and recommendations that we received just doesn t add up. However we are no longer interested in using their services after the treatment received by their customer service representative.

I work for Meals on Wheels and we take all of our front ends shocks brakes tires to him he's one of the most honest business man you will ever meet and will do you a great job every time. Thank you mr. Joe for taking care of Meals on Wheels vehicles and mine too.

I MUST grade this business 5-STARS. Someone recommended this business to me a couple of years ago for new tires that I needed for my Dodge pickup. The owner sent me to a warehouse for tires that saved me $200.00 compared to the previous establishment that I used. Then, I found out how honest the owner is. Instead of just trying to sell me, he was honest enough to tell me that another business could best handle another issue I had. Mr. Thompson is an honest business man who offers superb services.

I forgot to review because of my classes . This guy is the best one ever seen . He really helped me with my car and it s problem. I saved a lot by getting service here . It was just before snowfall when my car slipped and my car was in a bad shape( tire and it s parts) one of the mechanics from a tire shop suggested me to go Thompson tire since another shop were trying to charge me a lot . This guy is sweet and helpful. I am new to Tyler and yes , I can rely this store . Thanks mr Thompson. I remember now cause I am going there again tomorrow for some service. I was googling when they open then felt like reviewing .

Joe is very nice. So is the lady at the front desk although I didn't get her name. Good quality tires. Will continue to do business here. I won't go to another tire shop. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had them mount 4 new tires, and they were very nice to work with. They worked me in even though they were busy. Good people!! Recommend them highly!!!

I stopped in here after getting a flat tire and the service was superb! The owner was honest and helpful and treated me right. I received a fair deal and he had me back on my way much quicker than I anticipated. Highly recommend!

Been knowing this young man before he started this business and he work just as hard now as he did back long ago. Awesome man who loves the Lord. Great personality, always putting the paying customer first. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thompson Tire Service...

Great service. Wonderful people. Amazing prices found me a tire (used) for my Altima $20. Nobody even came close to their price. I even forgot my wallet and they let me go get it even though they already put the tire on and come back to pay them. Will go back there hands down before I go anywhere else. Thanks for an amazing experience

This is the best place to get your car looked at... Literally for everything. They are so nice and quick!!! They also have prices that are a fraction of PepBoys, whom I hate. I will ALWAYS come here && I believe its a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS

Mr. Thompson the owner immediately greeted me and asked what did I need. Told me to pop the hood assessed my situation quickly, dismantled the part then told me where to go purchase it. Did exactly that - he repaired it! Bam done deal

The staff is very friendly and thorough. I came in with a low tire pressure warning. They filled all tires, fixed the one that had something in it, and made sure my spare was good to go, also.
