I got out of work to a flat tire and a 125 mile drive ahead of me with just a donut spare tire. I changed it and was blessed that Texas Tire is open until 7 p.m. They fixed my flat tire and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. Great team, too. Thank you!

My husband had tires & a lift kit put on his truck cost almost $4000.00 they broke my husband driver mirror said they would order another one but when called back up there 2 weeks later they said that they had it but now can't find they would order another one still nothing! Took off his locking lug nuts & didn't put them back on so now we have to go & buy some! We have been nice & understanding but would not use or recommend this place again! It's a shame that you can't trust anyone anymore especially a business that would want your business as way this economy is right now!!

I came in good faith due to the advertisement that the tire shop can lower my vehicle mount my wheels with new tires, replace suspension parts and I could finance it all. I knew what I needed but allowed the shop to advise me. Everyone had a matter of fact tone but didn t quite know what they were advising nor really listened to me as the customer. I explained plainly I wanted to lower my car, buy tires and mount to wheels that I own and replace suspension parts and finance it all. I told them I d need spacers for my new wheels but the owner told his rep I wouldn t on my setup. Which was strange, but hey they are the pros right? The tires came in and were mounted on my rims. I bought my own lowering springs. So the experience resulted in broken c-pillars in my interior from the springs install. My bushings weren t installed because they just didn t do it nor explained to me why and the financing was finalized so I couldn t do it over. Had to haul my wheels away after the install tech with a matter of fact tone explained to me I need spacers after I clearly told them I would and earlier was advised against it. Then told me if I do get spacers my studs will snap showing they have no clue what they are talking about. Oh yeah the tires had a $250+ up charge compared to competitors. I have my wheels on my car no thanks to them. I had to finish my needs somewhere else. Listen to your customer with intent.

I will never make the mistake of doing business with these clowns. I paid $4300 cash for wheels and tires for my 2018 Dodge dually. Little did I know the wheels they sold me had been discontinued because the style of lug nuts they had would make a really loud clicking sound when you turned. I called them to see if they'd help me out on resolving my situation. Yeah they were really willing to help by charging me full price for a whole nother set of wheels. So my advice is to you if you don't want to get screwed don't buy anything here.

Needed. Air checked in company car tires. They checked and adjusted the air in all 4tires. Very friendly and didn't charge me anything. I was impressed.

I went into the shop this afternoon with a warranty issue on a Kenda tire that I purchased in February this past year. The tire had a manufacture defect which caused a bulge in the sidewall. I didn't know what to expect when I showed up however I was promptly greeted and helped out immediately. After looking at the tire, I was informed that the tire could be replaced under warranty at no cost. I was very impressed with the service and warranty work on my truck, thanks for the excellent service!

The most dishonest people I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They sold me merchandise that was defective and told every lie they could come up with instead of making anything right. I'd give zero stars if I could. Liars, every one of them.

'Buyer be ware' has never meant more when dealing with these lowlifes. They sell faulty merchandise and will lie to your face about anything and everything. The finance companies they use are predatory and they will try to get you on the hook for 5 times the cost of the faulty merchandise that they sell. Seriously think twice before buying anything from this business.

Only shop in town that installs low pro tires (245 30 22) , I called around town and most shops wouldn't even try to install them but Texas Tires did it without hesitation, I appreciate the service I got today

Had freshly powder coated wheels installed here. The wheels were still wrapped in plastic when they were dropped off here. They badly damaged one wheel down to the bare metal. Several gouges in the metal on the inside and the outside of the wheel. After paying $120 to mount and balance 4 tires, I m left with a damaged wheel that I have to pay to get repaired because they refuse to do anything about it to make it right. I ve used this place for years and recommended other people to this place. Never again will I do business with these people. It s a shame that they would rather lose a good customer than do the right thing.

Had them install a 14 ply trailer tire for me and they damaged my new rim. Nothing was said about it and I only discovered when I washed it off after getting home. I would not trust these guys with any type of wheel or tire other than what they sell. (Large custom rims)

I wanted to get a little more aggressive tire for my jeep, which having 18 wheels was not easy. They took the time to mount an in stock tire and check the clearance which the guys doing the job just said no. We went to the office found the perfect tire and ordered them in in 3 days as promised and balanced rotated and mounted in 35 minutes. Great job great service. I will do business with them again.

I was in yesterday and had some new tires put on my truck. I was pleased that I was given a choice on how I wanted the tires mounted. I was also pleased that they notified me that they had to take the tires back off and bust them off the rims to get the sensors to register. They were very polite and super friendly. I was a bit nervous going there for the first time, but I can tell you I will go back for any future needs with tires or lift kits!

This was the best place. I was in Tyler headed back to Lufkin from a doctor's appointment then had a flat, but didn't have a spare. Google this place Lord the ladies were so helpful. She went out of way get the correct size of the tire and got me approved in minutes. Within an hour I had a brand new set of tires and was on my way back to Lufkin. This was an awesome experience!! I recommend them to anyone who doesn't have all the money to get a new set of tires. IT'S so affordable.

All of the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. Avery explained my financing options step by step and made it easy to understand. The staff kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. Best wheels and tire experience I ve ever had. I definitely recommend them to everyone.Thank you so much guys!

It really hurts my feelings to post this but I thought this was a good company I have dealt with Gabe for 2 plus years have sent numerous people to them plus all the wheels tires and lifts I bought. But this last deal ruined a so called friendship I really thought they would have taken care of a repeat customer better than this. Bought a set of wheels and tires put them on a car I hardly ever Drive and went to was and wax it to find one of the wheels was damaged on the lip went back to Gabe for him to tell me it would be $515.00 to replace a wheels that was already damaged. Again I thought the was a family friendly business but I guess not

Took them 45 minutes just to take my vehicle back with no one in front of me. Like, I can see the employees from the back come and go from the front with nothing to do but yet my vehicle still sits out front with a simple rotate of the tires. SMDH!! Plus they skipped me when someone else came in.. Would not put stars if it would let me.

I ve probably left about ten reviews or so ever This store deserves some recognition. Everyone went over and beyond to help me with my new wheels. They even spent an extra 45 minutes making so my wheels wouldn t rub. Unreal!! Can t say enough good things about the professionalism and service. Also watched how they took care of several other customers while waiting. Highly recommend them.
