I borrowed my mom's 2006 Ford F-150 to take a friend to the Greyhound Bus Station in Tyler, Texas. About 10 minutes from the bus station the truck just died. It still had power but wouldn't start back up. I got to the left median in the turn lane and stopped. I called Fuller's Towing and Recovery Service who responded in minutes with a flatbed and had us loaded up and recommended Texas Auto Repair just up the street. The guys there went to work immediately to diagnose the problem and helped get the friend to the bus station as his bus was loading passengers already. They determined the problem was the fuel pump and it was delivered before they closed. Due to prior commitments they said they couldn't get to it until the morning. So they took us to a local motel that would accept my two little dogs and me for the night. It is 11:30 am and they are trying to get it to crank after installing the new fuel pump. They did ask me to leave a small deposit of $160 for the fuel pump and their time so far. Which this story is not over but I feel they have went above and beyond already. #Stradog in Henderson County, TexasOkay I had to come back and finish my comment or story. These guys got the truck cranked and I paid them another $200 I believe it was, I can't remember exactly how much, but it was a good deal. I got mom's truck back by 1pm and she was happy to have her truck back in working order. I have not borrowed it since. Again, I highly recommend this shop if you need your vehicle repaired, quickly, professionally and at a great price. #Stradog
