Just been reading all the nice things said about this shop. We plan to take the trailer in on Monday for some work. We spoke the someone at the shop on Thursday, He sounded cool and up front. Will post a customer service review after repairs are done. I'm trusting you guys comments and going on faith right now. Thank you. Kbtrucking.

Hello guys its Chris i was there couple weeks ago ( changed egr valve, white volvo)This guys nice, friendly Randy and Brandon dad and son they're truck driver too and know when u broke on a road and how fast u need to go on a road keep rolling i meanIf u need fix ur truck or repair and if u will be to close their shop i recommend go there!They fixing truck and trailers all kind of cars i think Good guys and job!!!!

Excellent work inspected my truck and found a problem that the dealership missed..kept me in the loop with progress of repairs and mediated between the dealership to facilitate proper parts were used..Also re ran my wiring and installed a cab mounted beacon...I am totally satisfied with the work and prices.

I ve been taking my Truck to them for over three years, they warranty their work, they re honest and dependable hard to find these, I only Tx 18 wheel with my Truck

Last Saturday I blew my Turbo and I got stuck 25 miles from the shop. Randy and his team came to my rescue. I towed my truck to his shop and within 2 days My truck was ready and works better than before. Randy is a great guy to do business And he helped me ASAP. I'm very thankful for them! That's definitely a shop that anybody can use! Randy thank you again!!!

After having the displeasure of dealing with bad and shady mechanics in East TX, I was referred to this shop by another owner op. I now recommend this place to every driver I come across. Randy and Brandon have taken care of my truck for under 3 years now. they are knowledgeable and honest. I drive 3 hours away to get repairs done and would not hesitate towing my truck up there if needed.

Texas 18 Wheel Service on SH 110 N in Tyler is top notch and went beyond my expectations by conducting a many point inspection of truck systems that I did not specifically mention when I engaged their services. Highly recommended. Their explanations and services are excellent. My brake pads and drums were rusted together and they came out to make the truck ready to be promptly and safely towed to their shop for repair. Expenses were all reasonable. Highly recommend.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I was seriously impressed with not only their knowledge, but their and honesty as well fair pricing. I knew exactly what the issue was with my trailer and had been to three different shops who kept trying to sell me services that I did not need. This did not happen at Texas 18 Wheel Services! They were 100% honest and recommended what I knew to be was the exact issue with my trailer. What impressed me the most with this company, was that after completing the necessary work on two of my hubs, they were as clean as I had ever seen them before in my life. After commenting about why they look so good, both Brandon and Randy explained to me that their vision is to work on other peoples rigs the same exact way they care about their own fleet. I have been in this industry for quite some time, and as a driver it is not always easy to spot a bad hub due to the build up dirt, oil, and grease. With the work that was completed by them, I will be able to spot a leaky or bad hub a mile away. I would recommend the shop to any truck driver out on the road.

Recently I took my 35 foot Motorhome to Texas 18 wheel services to have it serviced and also to service the generator. The courtesy shown by the owner and his personnel was great. Of course to service such a unit it took less time then I expected it would. During the service he found several items that needed immediate attention. He not only corrected these problems and was very fair in the charges. I would wholeheartedly recommend their work for maintenance on your larger vehicles. Thank you for a job well done

It is hands down the greatest mechanics shop ive ever been too they get you in quick they doagnose your problem and get you rollin again without breaking the bank all around and amazing experience yall need to check these guys out they got a customer for life right here
