Needed a quick wash before taking a vehicle back to the dealership. Looked it up on Google as it was near dealership. Said it was open till 6 PM. Pulled into parking lot (Saturday) and saw an empty parking lot and traffic cones blocking the bay doors. Not sure what that was all about.

The vacuums barely work, the atmosphere is "dingy" and the car wash will still have ur car looking dirty once it goes thru. U really dont get soap or anything on ur car during the wash. They should really shut this place down.

Paid $18 for a wash yesterday. The wax residue left by this car wash was awful. I could not use my side mirrors because they were caked with wax residue. Unfortunately, I had to take it to a different car wash today to clean off all the wax residue that was left on our car.

Guy never scrubbed my vehicle. Just hooked the wheel trap and that was it. Lazy!! Won t be coming back here.

Awesome customer service and good carwash. Came to get my car washed and had a dead bird stuck in my grill. The guy here took care of it for me.

I've been stuck in the washer 3 times. I'm a member, and it's not worth it because the vacuum does not work, and the washer do not either

Vacuums not working, does not get your car clean. I think it is just there to knock the pollen off cause it sure as hell is not a car wash. Mirrors do not even get water on them they fold them in. Feel like I just wasted 18.$. Don t expect they will be open much longer things are falling apart.

Nothing hardly ever works inside this car wash. Multiple jets not spraying out water or soap. Attendants seem to dislike there job all 5 times I been there. Never ever will I go to this rundown place again.

The interaction with the manager, Ben at Splash n Dash was terrible. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive when we noticed scratches all over the hood and roof of my Cadillac Escalade. Scratches that he claimed came from a tree, which doesn t even make sense. He called my husband a liar and said he could guarantee it didn t happen there, also no soap came out when my truck was being washed.He stated the wash selection didn t come with soap, only at the beginning. I don t know what that even means. I don t recommend you taking your vehicle here because if something happens you will not get a pleasant response from management. I do plan on getting my quotes and see what the outcome is. But definitely a one star experience.

This car wash has gone down hill. I was so disappointed in the wash I received. It was not worth the 15.00 I spent. My car is still dirty plus the vacuums were not working. The place had trash and no trash cans. Will not go back.

The dryer made contact and damaged my side mirror. I left a report and was told management would contact me. I followed up a week later and was told they had fourteen days to respond. After 3 weeks I followed up again and was told by the manager that corporate should have told me it was do to my aftermarket mirrors. Our vehicle is completely factory by the way. I asked to have someone at least officially tell me they were not going to stand behind their service and after a huffy exchange was told corporate would follow up with me. Of course they didn t. The damage was only $30 dollars but they didn t even bother to call me back. The place is in terrible disrepair. Use at your own risk.Service: Auto detailing

This place is awesome! They have the cleanest easy to use system I have ever seen. The staff is super helpful and the vacuums are free. Try them out you won't be disappointed

We used the car wash on WSW Loop 323 by IHOP, the wash put a huge gash/scratch down the driver's side of my truck. I took my concern and damage report to the manager. He was a complete a**hole, told me that the damage couldn't have possibly been caused by his wash, and most certainly was because I had run into something, he was very disrespectful, obnoxious, and kept interrupting me. My truck had no damage prior to entering the wash but was damaged when it came out He got up in my husband's face and was shouting at him. There is over $1600 damage to my vehicle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS CAR WASH! IT'S NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!!

Good place for a quick wash and vacuum. I prefer to buy the $15 wash and give the other $5 to the guy spraying my car. He does most of work anyways. Some of the vacuums might not be working either, but the manager is always chilling inside so any complaints with the service and he'll help you out.

My car stopped twice in the wash and I did not get the wash I paid for. I asked the attendant and he stated there has been problems with it so he got the manager. The manager was immediately rude telkikv me I got the wash I paid for and that my car stopped only once, which is not true. He made no eye contact and overtalked me the whole time. He applied tire shine and walked off. I got the $15 wash and did not get what I paid for.Service: Transmission

All good for a last minute wash. Needs cleaner sidewalks and new upgraded vaccum wands. These look old and seen better times. My truck was clean but the machine missed the back window in my cab. NO, NO. the tool needs some adjusting to get the full cab. The service was excellent. Thanks.

Went today to wash my car before leaving for vacation. I got the $18 package even though I had a feeling I wasn t going to be impressed with the job. I thought if I got a higher package it would do a better job. Sure enough I get around to the vaccines and the whole front of my car is still completely dirty and other spots throughout my car. Will not be returning.

I came through a few days ago with my teenage daughter driving. She had never drove through a car wash before . the lady working was so nice and extremely patient she had to tell my nervous as all get out daughter 4 times to put the car neutral. My daughter even said after we pulled off I'm surprised that lady didnt yell me!!!

I love the car wash and it's clean and the free vacuums are a gift. But I use the car wash on 64 West and I just really like the employee's. The woman who work's day's is alway's very friendly and she'll help you no matter what kind of problem you have. , which you don't find too often in a person. 5 star's for sure!

Car wash broke down and we got stuck in the car wash. Vacuum's are awful. Terrible service. Workers smoking and talking to people who aren't in line. Had to wait 5 minutes to even get in the car wash because worker was not doing his job and just all around terrible. Never coming here again.
