I was in a hurry, needing an oil change before I went out of town, and they were so quick and efficient and friendly! I was in and out in 10 min. They aired up my tires and didn't try to up sell me with everything! I will definitely be going back!

Popped in today, got a quick state inspection. Took about 5-10 minutes in and out! They even cleaned our windshield and gave the car a quick vacuum. We will be back for future needs!

I went today to get my oil changed, new wiper blades, and a car inspection. All three were performed in 15 minutes for the best price I've ever paid. The employees here are so incredibly nice and respectful. As a woman, I've had a lot of issues with car maintenance people treating me like dirt and trying to pull scams even. Not here! The people who helped me looked me in the eye and listened to what I needed, then presented me with the options they had available and prices. Nothing has ever been easier and I just can't say enough good things about this place!

Friendly, efficient, & Honest!Last time I went they DID NOT change my oil. They said it was clear and I still had some time until my next oil change. How great is that?

Passed by this place probably 1,000 times going back and fourth to work. Never went there until Valvoline for the fourth time couldn't do an inspection.Went there for the state inspection, staff was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.They also washed your windshield and lightly vacuumed out the car.I'll be going back for services offered!

These guys are absolutely amazing, I came for an inspection and they filled my tires, vacuumed my car, and were amazing overall. I will definitely be coming back again!

Brought my truck in for an inspection, within moments had a whole team of people checking everything out while cleaning the windows and vacuuming the inside of my truck. Very professional, thorough and quick.

Needed an inspection sticker, so I was told to go to Royal Lube by a fellow shop owner that quit doing them also. They are maybe a mile from me, so okay. They took care of me so fast.Even vacuumed out the drivers floorboard! They told me that they could inspect my motorcycles also! Finally a great customer experience. Now a customer for life!

Brought my car here to get a state inspection cause the person I usually go to was out sick. They did an amazing job! Took just a couple of minutes and they even did some extra stuff like put some air in my tires and cleaned my windshield for no extra cost! Will definitely be coming back here!

On October 5th, I was searching and searching for a place to get my car inspection done. Had been to 3-4 previously and people were out, gone to appointments, etc. Saw a review under Royal Lube and my experience was the same .in & out quickly, friendly, knowledgeable, great people, vacuumed inside, very impressive!!They are an outstanding company among mediocre businesses!!Well done!

Came here for my state inspection. Super efficient. Not only did inspection but also checked tire pressure, washed windshield, and vacuumed out floorboards. Great service and in no time at all.

I needed a vehicle inspection done and the other oil changing places all over town couldn't do it for a number of creative reasons. Decided to give Royal Lube a check and it was great. They were quick, courteous and professional. They also washed the windshield and vacuumed out the car. I now know where all my future vehicle servicing will be done. Great place.

went up there for an inspection and my left blinker light was out. they said i would have to get it replaced after they handed me the light bulb. not sure how they got it out in the first place because when i went to get a new bulb from auto zone they said in order to get the bulb out they wouldve had to take my whole front grill/hood off and the lightbulb was also broken when they handed it to me at royal lube. went back up there after i got a new bulb anyways cause they said they would fix it for me after i got a new light, but instead they said they didnt know how to replace the light & advised for me to take my car to the dealership to get it fixed. shouldnt have took my car there cause my light wasnt broken off before and when i went back for help they told me to take my car to the dealership like that wasnt already an option

I have been taking my cars and motorcycles there for inspections and oil changes for several years. These guys have always been top notch and done a great job. Recently, I encountered an issue with my vehicle and took it back to them. They immediately addressed the problem and proved that they stand behind their work. Great place!

I went here because my car inspected was due and it was close to my house. I got to say even though they were busy it didn't feel like I took a long time. The people working there were nice. I do not have any complaints about it other than they need a TV in their break room. I would have gave it 5 stars if they had free snacks but they did have free coffee, so that works. I would come back to get my car inspected again for sure.

Absolutely wonderful people. I came here for an inspection and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was in the lounge and being a first time mom I forgot my sons sensory toy. I called back an hour or two later and they found it and kept it in their office. Thank yall so much! I live in lindale and will come here for anything I need from now on. (The valvoline place in lindale can't do inspections and everyone else is either rude or too busy to acknowledge customers). Thank yall for helping this momma out! No matter how small the gesture.

I live 30+ miles from Tyler, and me working in management, customer satisfaction, and going above and beyond for the customer is what keeps me going back to Royal lube. These guys are great! They greet me every time I drive up, they keep up with maintenance that I receive and remind me of things I need or need done. Just a friendly place to go, and will continue to go, and recommend this place to everyone. Thanks guys for taking good care of me and my truck.

I drove in for a car inspection and was pleasantly surprised that they also checked my tire pressure, vacuumed, and cleaned my front windshield for me . Quick and professional service. Will definitely return and give them more business.

Royal Lube is now my go-to place for oil changes and I've been going here for about a year. A year for me though is about 7 oil changes as I drive a lot performing my job.I love how they are respectful for my time and always perform the service with efficiency and courtesy. Other places that I tried just want to sell you products you may, or may not, need and make it into a pushy sales pitch. No thanks, I don't want that kind of service. I had been using one particular place for well over 5 years, and then the company sold the location and the personnel turn-over began to be atrocious, along with the pushy sales tactics of over-priced items. With sadness I had to say goodbye to them. Royal Lube's location is not as convenient as the other, but oh well, I'll put up with it to get the service that suits me.I like Royal Lube and hope to do business here for a long time.

Fast and easy. Got me out within 10 minutes. The guys are friendly and will tell you if they see something you might not have been aware of. Waiting room is very homey too. Will definitely go back.

Nice Mom and Pop operation. Always friendly and fast. They don't push you to buy a bunch of stuff. I've been using them for years. I like being able to get my oil changed and inspected in one place.

These guys are wonderful! I drive from Flint to have them do my oil changes/inspections. They never try to con me out of money and they are so very helpful! I highly recommend them!

This location is actually out of my way, but I go here because they take care of business without trying to constantly upsell their services. They are always courteous, fast, knowledgeable and competent. This is what an oil change experience should be!
