Zack is the man! My A/C went out had me fix in no time. This is a great place that you can trust to repair your automobile. They have Technicians there that know what they re doing ! The customer service, price, and efficiency here are wonderful! They have our business! They are also knowledgeable and comfortable with hybrids, which is a huge plus for us. We ve had multiple terrible experiences getting our vehicles serviced or repaired at the dealership in town so it s been refreshing to find a place that will do such excellent mechanical work. They replaced the solenoid and purge valve on our Prius for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. They do not charge an arm and a leg for labor, parts, or holding the vehicle on site during the project. Sergio was especially helpful throughout the process and did a great job of explaining things to me in a way I could understand (my knowledge of how cars work is limited). They stand behind their work and it is impeccable!

Had my truck taken in months ago with electrical issues. They quoted me $150 to take a look and after days of trial and error to get it to duplicate the problem they discovered the aftermarket sound system was the culprit. Charged a reasonable price for all the work they had done. Went on a 1,000 mile road trip with no issues. Will definitely recommend!

Brought my vehicle here to diagnose/check it out as I just bought it as a private sale. I was well taken care of with a friendly attitude and straight forward information. A great, trustworthy shop that has an "old school" handshake type of feel that has stayed up to date and knows what to look for on a wide range of year models. No BS or nickel and diming at this shop, just honest upfront information.Service: Auto maintenance

These guys are great. I have a ford focus and a 7.3 Excursion. I have taken both to them and they always get the right diagnosis and job done within a timely manner. Had the transmission replaced on the focus and it was nothing but smooth from day 1. It was a difficult transmission to get that other shops would'nt order because Ford said it had to be an emergency. These guys got the transmission in quick and got me on the road in less than 7 business days. I will always come back to them because they care about the customer and they always get the job done right! 5 stars from me.

Took vehicle in to get an all over inspection to see if we should purchase it or not. Their work was fast, efficient and thoroughly detailed. I would like to express my sincere thank you for this business. At first I was unsure of who I should trust to diagnose and repair my Mustang.It is well known how expensive repairs on late model vehicles, like mine, can become. I picked up the phone and gave Robertson Automotive a call. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and the warm greeting that I received early in my call. I asked many questions, being a do it yourself kind of guy, and the technician answered all of my questions with easy to explain details. He also walked me through the diagnostics that would be performed on my car. At first I understood that it would be a week before they would be able to diagnose my car. But to my surprise, I received a phone call within 2 days from the technician, and he had already performed the diagnosis, and he clearly explained what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. I approved the repair quote that was sent to me, and the next day, I received another call stating my car had been repaired and was ready to pick up. The price that was quoted was exactly what I paid. There were no surprises in the price.This really felt good. My car drives just the way it did when it was brand new. I will be taking my other cars to this local business. I honestly have to let the readers know, that I was blown away at the overall experience that I received. I now have another friend for life. Sergio was EXCELLENT through the entire process of my car being fixed!I don t really have any family in the area, and my dad only communicated strictly by phone/email with him, and my Dad was really confident in the work being done, and really trusted Sergio! I can t say enough about Robertson Automotive. I was passing through town with a check engine light and a new rattle from the engine.I was told to come by for a code diagnostics. Sergio pooped the hood and took a screwdriver to a very loose connection. Now that is service!Clean place! Immaculate! Super friendly, intelligent and articulate! Don t think twice about bringing your vehicle here!

Sergio and Zach were very professional! They went above and beyond with communication and getting my truck fixed and back to me! They installed a new fan clutch and cab bushings! Been here multiple times, gotten quoted around 2k each time. Would leave the lot and another issue would arise the next day. Were nice but not sure if they are a trustworthy company.

I had a flat on a car that I had bought used. Because I did not purchase it at a Ford dealership, when I have taken it in for a warranty repair, I cannot say that they have been enthusiastic about helping me. So when it was discovered that my tire could not be removed bc it had after market locking wheel lug nuts. I had a tow service send out two different technicians, then finally air up tire to get to tire shop near my home. That tire shop just waved me on to the dealership. I sat two hours at dealership and they referred me to Robertson. Dealership said they don t work with after market products. I reluctantly drove to Robertson. I was greeted by an enthusiastic Zach. He said he was sure one way or another that he would be able to help. I couldn t leave it then because I had to unload it. My husband and I dropped it off that evening. Zach found the key in glove box the next morning. He was then able to fix that tire and recommended that I replace the front two tires for safety reasons. He was awesome. I could not have asked for better service! I highly recommend Robertson Automotive!!!Service: Tires

I took my truck in to have the air conditioning looked at not knowing what to expect because I had never been here before. I can honestly say that I will use these guy anytime I have vehicle issues in the future. They were very quick and Zach kept me informed throughout the whole process. We were evacuated here in Tyler due to Hurricane Ida. While here we encountered a check engine light on our vehicle. I called the local Ford dealership, he recommended Robertson automotive repair. What a professional local automotive repair company. From the first phone call to the repair.Everything about the process was awesome. Zach stepped up in a major way trying to get the repair parts to get us back to Louisiana safely. Robertson automotive is the go to shop for repairs. I ve been taking all of my vehicles to Robertson Automotive for over 10 years and I have found that, over the years, two things have remained consistent: their honesty and their quality. When they say a repair is needed, I fully trust that is indeed needed. Multiple times I ve brought in a vehicle that lesser reputable companies would have said needed massive repairs, only to find that Robertson said was something minor. In addition, the issues they did repair have all been fixed correctly. And they stand by their work. One last thing, I m a youth pastor at a church in Bullard. In a partnership with Napa, Kevin, the owner, reached out to see if his shop could bless a family in need. We sent a family to Robertson and they fixed all of their automotive issues, all at no cost to the family. Well done. I highly recommend Robertson Automotive and will continue to take all of my vehicles to them in the future.

We just had one of our vehicles serviced at Robertson Automotive. We were referred when our normal/go to place weren t able to provide the repair for this particular issue. From the very first phone call, Sergio and Zach were both very professional, courteous, and polite. They gave us a time frame and exceeded our expectations in every way. Thanks to everyone at Robertson automotive for taking great care of us and our vehicle. Our repeat business, and trust, has definitely been earned this week!

Great experience dealing with Kevin during my auto repair. Kept me well informed during the entire process. I received a phone call explaining all repairs needed to fix my truck and get it back on the road. All pricing was discussed so there was no unexpected fees due at pickup. Will revisit Robertson Automotive for all my repair needs.

First time customer and was really happy with the service on my 2017 Ram 3500. Price was below what I was quoted and that was even better. Very nice and professional facility which is reflective of the quality of workmanship. I highly recommend Robertson Automotive and will be using them in the future for my automotive needs.

Alright this isn't meant to offend the shop but just to describe my experience. I took my old beater which is a 06 fusion in for some repairs due to a water leak. At first I was quoted a big quote due to the severity of the issue. Probably worth twice what the car was worth. Anyways I called my old mechanic and he mentioned there was a work around to the fix which would save me a whole lot or money but I would lose my heater. The guys at Robertson gladly did the adjustment and I paid a fraction of the cost. However after I picked up the car I probably drove it about a half hour and noticed the leak was exponentially worse. I took it back and they found another source of leak. This was a leak in the water reservoir which isn't the worst but still no good since I had just left the shop. It was a little pricier than I would've hoped after talking with my old mechanic (who now lives 10 hours away). He mentioned it was only a couple bolts to remove and said it shouldn't be as expensive. So I got the quote back for the repair and it wasn't what I hoped but as long it solved the problem I was fine with it. Lastly, I got the car back one final time and about an half hour of use the water pump gavee out. I called my mechanic and he said if they had ran the car for at least an hour then it would have shown the damage to the water pump. So I decided to go somewhere else for my final repairs and my car has been doing good since. This isn't a knock to any employees or management there because they were extremely courteous and kept me up to date. My only issue really is that all the problems kept happening back to back and I wish the car was more thoroughly checked instead of just handing me the keys after one repair.
