The new store staff is great! Had an account previously and I had a bad experience. Gave them another chance and love the new atmosphere at the store. Wheels and tires look great and the customer service was outstanding!

Been up here 3 times now. Tpms light is still on. Paid for 4 new ones. Still got my light on. Had to go somewhere else to get my tires balanced becouse they cant seem to get that right after 2 times. Just a absolute horrible customer service experience overall. Im the most easy going guy possible but damn

Let me tell you about a fantastic experience, I had with this company!So, a few months back I purchased a set of tires with rent-a-wheel, AKA Raw. Soon after my purchase I moved. Just my luck one of my tires was wearing unevenly. Soon before I purchased the tires I redid my front suspension so I knew it wasn't the problem. I was really ready to "argue my case" to a store, I hadn't originally purchased from.To my utmost surprise Eddie and Ryan in my new local store, Tyler Texas, where just amazing. They inspected the tire and ordered me a new one on the spot! I didn't even have to give them my whole story lol. But all kidding aside, great company great job !!Thank you so very much I will only purchase here from now on.

Went to get tires one day was told had to pay deposit drove over an hr. Got there didnt pay and they had to order tires. Then was told to come up on mon to get the tires at 1030. Got there waited till 1130 then was given paperwork to fill out that cdve been given to me when i got there 1030. And then didnt even get tires cuz the tire guys were late so im done this place is a joke.

They put a set of wheels on my car that were obviously the wrong size--they rubbed the body when turning the wheel even a little. Then I bought a set of wheels for another car, and after some time I had a bad vibration. I took it to another reputable tire chain who said the wheels had the wrong lug nuts--only an 8th of an inch of threads was holding each lug nut on. There should have been EXTENDED lug nuts used with the new wheels. He said I could have lost a wheel.

I made an appointment just to talk prices but left out with a set of wheels and tires. I greatly appreciate the manager and front desk lady luvuanda for setting me up right because I was totally at a loss with no other options but they really came through for me. The staff attitudes were great, they made me feel very welcome. So thank you to those two outstanding individuals for helping me today. I highly recommend this business.Truly a life or should a say a tire saver!!!!

This is a very dishonest place to go they don't inform you of no refundable charges. Manager there is unprofessional my tires where never ordered I had cleared my hole schedule to get tires that never showed up. And no 20.00 does not get you started don't believe a thing they say there.I was contacted by Jason the district manager he has handled this situation very well and is a very respectful man. I will now consider doing business with them in the future.

They DNT know wat they doing they'll put any tire and rim on ur vehicle and tell u ur having blow outs every week bcuz my car struts and shocks but from the gate put wrong size on my vehicle

The customer service at RAW is incredible!! They had already researched my car and specs before I even arrived at my appointment. They have the experience and knowledge that makes me feel safe driving on the road that means a lot to me!!! THANK YOU RAW!!!

Ordered tires on Tuesday, they said they would have them Wednesday. Wednesday no tires. Friday they got tires but no one here that can mount them. Saturday at noon I'm still waiting for them to be mounted. Oops the machine broke that mounts the tires. So I had to take there tires to another shop pay $60.for them to be put on my rims.

Fast, quick and efficient! They were helpful and easy to work with! They got us took care of and out the door in an hour! Our new tires even came with some upkeep supplies, warranty, and a voucher to get an alignment at pep boys! This is our 2nd set of tires from them and the new staff and management is a breeze compared to the last!

They work really fast and get you what you want for a reasonable price. However when it is time for them to hold up their end of the warranty on their product they will drag they re feet. As i am going on month 4 and have yet to hear anything back from them. Very unprofessional and inattentive when dealing with custom complaints

They tell you one price, you pay it. Your stuff comes in and then they charge you more again for "other fees" they tacked on over $100 dollars that their other workers "forgot " about

Ordered tires online, paid start fee of $20 and verified stock before making an appointment. Went in next day and was charged an extra $20 in addition to the $20 I had already paid online and told the website is different than coming in the store. Needed a spare with my tires - paid $16 for that. Found out they don't have the tires I ordered but I decided to go ahead because she said the ones they had were new, just as good and cheaper. I decided to go ahead and put down another $100 for future payments, and was told my receipt would be in my paperwork.They installed the tires and I wasn't presented my contract until they finished installing. The cost went up from around $14 a week for the set to $65 per week for the set. She couldn't explain what caused the price increase except that it didn't include taxes and processing fees and "they do that to everybody on the website." . She told me to call the 800 number and discuss with them. I'd been there nearly 3 hours and they were finished so I stupidly chose to leave thinking I'd get it worked out with the online customer support. (The tires were clearly not brand new as well.)The online customer support confirmed that the pricing should not be that much of a difference because of taxes and fees. It was a biweekly payment arrangement so it went from approximately $30 plus tax every 2 weeks to $109 every 2 weeks. The 120 days same as cash price online was $504.26 and the cost to own if financed totaled $1008 - in the store the cost to own was over $2000 over the contract term and the 120 day price was over $900. On a tire that costs around $300 a set in real life. They agreed the prices seemed incorrect but said I would need to contact the location to work it out because the order I placed online hadn't been filled so the store created a separate transaction.I decided I can't afford to make those payments so I went elsewhere the next day. I returned the tires today, 5 days later, before my payment was due and the "manager", Quintin, looked at me and says "I'm not giving you a dime." he said he isn't refunding my money even tho I have a receipt showing the return that says Amount Owed: - $80.62. which is because I paid the upfront fee in addition to the $100 extra I chose to pay specifically to cover a future payment. Nevermind the fact that I paid the twenty online, then paid again in the store and she still took it out of the hundred as tho the other twenty didn't exist. Not sure what happened to the spare I paid them to order. Never heard about that.He's right that online it states they don't refund money on returns that happen in a period of time thats paid for. However, this wasn't part of my initial payment, which I was charged for twice anyway. It's literally a future payment I didn't make by request. I could have kept the money and paid it later but in good faith I wanted to get ahead on top of my required payment for the first week.The greedy store manager told me to consider it a restocking fee.I could go on about how unprofessional they all were or talk about how the guy was gone when we got there, to have some tires mounted down the street because their machine was messed up....they are a tire place that goes elsewhere to handle mounting tires. ? How the girl at the desk lied to my face and failed to explain the extra $28 per payment that she was signing me up for so I would have some vip program that doesn't go into effect until after the first 120 days, from what I read. The cussing and badmouthing customers, and the "I'm not giving you a dime"...Not a good group of folks and they are breaking numerous legal and ethical rules. Don't go to them for anything. They are greedy theives.

Gil is AWESOME! He has helped me several times! This is a GREAT place to get your tires and rims!!!! Staff is super nice and friendly especially compared to the previous management!!!! I recommend to all my friends and family!!

These guys are awesome!!!! Tyler not only fixed my tires and the stud on one they caught a problem that I had with my vehicle that ruined my 8 month old tires on the back that the other tire place(not going to mention who because that s wrong) could have mentioned when the previous place could have informed me. Not only did they fix me up they worked out a good deal for me. The wait was super good and the times that the tires take to come in is completely doable. Again I can t thank these guys enough for doing a gray job!!!! Definitely going to be going back for my tires!!!! Also they have very reasonable prices and quality product.Thanks Angela and Leslie Rowell

The staff. luvanda( front counter) and Q (store manager), where extremely helpful. They went out of there way to help me get a set of wheels and tires for my truck. Over all great ppl, great service. Highly recommend this location 100% !!

This company actually took the defective tires off and are replacing them. If they are better tires and ride like normal tires, I will give them 5 stars for realizing the tires were bad. They knew they had issues with this brand of tires. BUT they are fixing the problem and I will be very grateful for that and them.

You better pay them off quick or you will be giving them a lot of extra money. The staff were on point at costomer sevice, tires were quality. A good place to go if you want a new set of tires with a payment option.

The guys at rent a wheel tyler (Bryan store 14) are exceptional. they went above & beyond to locate & order the wheels my husband wanted as well as located a set of tires in a size that is more readily available then the ones that came on his car. we highly recommend them if you need wheels & tires. & will continue to shop here for our tires & wheels. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. The staff will lie and manipulate you. Someone close to me bought tires from them for 2000 dollars. At first everything was great. The next night his back tire was tearing apart after driving the car twice. We went back to the company and they said there s nothing they can do then tried to charge us more money to fix the problem they caused. I did research and called other companies and found out the tires they put on was too big for the car and they said nothing to us when we bought them. If this is a tire company I would think they would know if a tire is too big and tell us it is not safe but that didn t matter they just wanted our money. I am all about supporting local businesses but not if they rob and scam you. Please protect yourself before making the same mistake we did. We now have lost 200 dollars that they refuse to give back

Tay was super sweet and kind. Her and James where determined on making sure we were happy with our purchase. It was a little hectic but it was very organized with our purchase. I appreciate the determination on making us happy! I completely recommend them!

Have been having issues with my old tires, so I decided to stop in and ask the employees of rent a wheel about getting new ones. The employees were more concerned about where I came from and who sent me, rather than helping me purchase new tires. One of the gentlemen went to the back to get the manager. When she came out to the counter she asked me the same condescending questions about who i bought my old tires from, and why i was here. I explained to her that my tires are going bad, and that i am looking to purchase new ones. She immediately told me she cant help me and that i should try to buy tires off of Ebay instead. I would not recommend anyone to this business if you are in need of new wheels or tires. Everyone working there doesn't know any information on wheel/tire sizes, and not a single employee felt the need to help the customer. Instead they drill you with questions as if you are intruding on their daily activities. Will not be going back.

Ron the store manager and tae are just to awesome they helped me out and got me exactly what I wanted and needed I would say you can always count on them for emergency situations for sure.FastFriendlyQualityAnd cleanNeed I say more.Can t go wrong with rent a wheel in Tyler Texas.I ll most definitely come back and recommend them to anyone.
