John did a fantastic job on the trailer. Welded the mudflap bracket and got me going to be safe on the road. No violations for me now! Super professional! Got to get a raise!

Wow, what a place to go for great service and even better people! Thank you to everyone there, I had the best experience getting my rig the oil changes done on my rig and on my rig's generator and even the steps repaired as well.Special thanks to Tyler for being as thorough as he was to make sure that everything was done as it should be, attention to detail means everything! And to William, Molly and James, Pops, and the young other young lady behind the desk, I wish I had gotten her name! But I appreciate all of you very very much. thank you so much again and merry Christmas to all!

Perfect mechanics and reasonable price, they fixed the truck break sensor in 2-3 hours while dealer said could take up to 2-3 days. Thank you guys! We are back on the way now again

Had an issue with the truck here in Tyler Texas. The alternator was working properly but the charge wasn t getting to the batteries Klint Kenner came out to assist me and within 20 minutes of arriving he had found the culprit wire and got me fixed and ready to roll. I really appreciate you coming out and talking with me and being informative and polite at the same time. If I m ever back in the area and need a fix I m definitely contacting these guys.

As I was driving to Dallas, my wheel bearing came loose. I looked up Mobil mechanics and Preferred Onsite Services popped up! I called and about 45 min later Klint Kenner Showed up!!! When I tell you all he was very very professional, and helpful! He had to go back to Tyler because of the specific part I needed!! He called me and asked did I want any food or anything to drink, I told em I was ok. What he didn t know was that I had ordered pizza n wings so he could eat ! Anyway Klint got me up n running! I was very grateful for his help!! What a great mechanic!! One that cares and that s informative!!!!! Go KLINT GO!!!!!!

Broken down on I20 and called them. Got a 60-90 minute ETA and Kim showed up right on the 60 minute mark. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He was also willing to stay with my trailer while I bobtailed a few miles to test drive the truck

What an amazing experience. Penske Fleet Management handles our fleet maintenance road calls and domicile service needs. I called Penske with a time of arrival to a location close. Klint was the tech that answered the call. He was prompt, knowledgeable and handled everything needed over and above the call. I will be switching my domicile service provider to Preffered On-Site Fleet Services for all my local needs FROM NOW ON. From Presley in the office to Klint in the field. AMAZING TEAM!! Thank you guys and gals very much. What a joy this experience has been. Two thumbs way up and five stars!!!

This is hands down one of the best mechanic shops in all of Texas!!! They have the best customer service, fast and reliable service all the time and always there to help! Tyler Welch came out to help force a regen on my 2017 Freightliner after it derated when the check engine light came on. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I m glad they sent him out to get me going. I definitely recommend Preferred On-Site Services if you breakdown in this area.

Very courteous and professional company! Mr. Klint Kenner was the tech that fixed our trailer on site! Most companies that service big trucks, as we all know give an ETA and very rarely arrive on time! Preferred On Site Fleet service was called by my company to fix a bad wheel seal issue and when my company called me they told me the ETA that was given by this company, and they were right on time! Klint promptly diagnosed the issue, tore everything down, went and got the replacement parts, and had me fixed in no time! Great company, great service which is something you rarely find now days! Definitely deserves a five star rating!

I prefer Preferred On-site because they stay ready any time of the day or night, evenings and early mornings. If you need big truck repairs they got you covered and even if they don't have the part you need Preferred is great at sourcing parts in the middle of the night and with a good guy like Klint K. on their team you won't be sitting too long. Klint Fast and speedy with the repairs and the best part is that he double check his work. If you have any semi or trailer issues I prefer Preferred. Thanks Klint I appreciate it.

Steven and William both responded on separate calls to fix two different trailers in the same night. Quick response and back up and running. These guys are good people! Don't call anybody else. They have helped me and my company out countless times and continue to provide quality service. They are essential to this supply chain in East Texas.

So I tore my crank to my hopper bottom door off at the fuel lane station in Lawton, Oklahoma was sent to canady trailers in Tulsa who couldn't help me but Nathan went out of his way to find me another facility who could help me. He got a hold of Tim Carey at preferred on-site fleet services in Texas. 3 hours away and of course. Tim Carey service manager and told me yes they could help and to come on down. I'm so grateful I did. These guys knew exactly what to do. I was loaded with fertilizers so they could not weld on my trailer but they got it to where I could go and get my trailer unloaded. Note this is on a Friday but pops his fabricator and Nathan Tim's son came in on a Saturday and fix his trailer for me. I am so grateful they got it back up and running that Saturday on their day off. What a great job! Hats off to Tim, pops, and Nathan forever grateful, Richard bock

2015 dd15 cascadia starts and keep cutting off after a minute. Called this guys a amazing Mechanic Klint came to my truck and replaced a broken collant sensor my truck computer comunication problem and a lot of other codes. they got me up and running less than an hour amazing coustomer service. Fair.
