Went here for recall service. I'd been dragging my feet since I usually go to a different, closer dealership, if I need to. I decided to try this one to see if they wouldn't push a bunch of unneeded services. They were great! Super friendly, checked the car (nothing wrong with it), fixed the recall, no pressure whatsoever for other services. While I waited I wandered over to Harbor Freight to shop a bit, and to a little hole in the wall Mexican food place for a tasty quesadilla. I'll be back there next time I need a dealership.

Service has changed drastically over the last two years and not for the better. After having my car serviced I get to drive back from Athens to Tyler because the left a part hanging from underneath my dash.

Customer service was not good at all! When in to find my son a vehicle, I asked to see a vehicle from another lot that was supposed to be there when I get off of work the next day! Got off work and as a salesman did they go pick up the vehicle from the other lot! Nobody didn't know anything I just proceeded to leave the dealership! I had just got off from work , I do not have time for games. I was just look somewhere else

DO NOT TAKE FOR DIAGNOSTICSThey kept fixing one thing to find another broken after. I ve had more contact with the sales department trying to give me half of what I owe on the car than the actual mechanics.This seems to be because despite taking my husband s info off the account and demanding that I be the one they call; they re still trying to follow up with him. Hmmm.Oh, and I ve spent 4k and the car is worse than when it went in.

Terrible customer service..took my van in for the rear blower motor to be replaced. Picked it up once it was finished. I was argued with when I told them it wasn t working properly. Here we are two months later and the blower motor is not working yet again.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

Had headlights replaced due to recsll. Finally came in. They called us had us come in next day. Now have better headlights. The old ones weren't bright enough. Had to use them on highbeam to see good.

The service tech was so nice he felt sorry for me I had been there since 7:45 left about 1:00 my car still there he was kind enough to get me a loaner. Real nice young man. My only disappointment was my car. I can't believe this is happening top of the line Murano.....this was suppose to be my last car. I love it but so upset it had serious problems....I'm afraid to keep it now.
