Peltier Kia Tyler, they have lots of great employees. They talk to you with respect. Sales and service are great. They bend over backwards to help you. Even the young lady that answers the phone makes you feel at home.

Very nice and respectful gentleman. I was nervous about buying a new car since I had a bad experience before. They made the process comfortable, easy, and fast. They even stayed 3 hours late for me. I really appreciate them.

Be aware of dealership service shops integrity. Son had engine replaced under warranty lawsuit. We were charged an additional $175 for evaluation of door handle. Was told by service director that service appraisals were charged by incident. Ie if car had 3 issues, would be 3 charges for evaluations. $220 for air conditioning issues. This incident killed my thoughts of getting a Kia Carnival which I looked at same day, especially with air conditioning issues that I have experienced in the past with my Sedona. Overall, the integrity of the dealers service department affects the whole dealership. Director over service department did not gain my trust at all.

The sales Representative did an excellent job on helping us to get what wanted in the price on the vehicle we purchased from them. This is my second vehicle from Kia and I am happy with the results. Thier staff is courteous and helpful. I recommend purchasing a vehicle from Peltier Kia.

I brought my Forte here for a regular service visit, and wow! Nathaniel was absolutely amazing! The quality of service and level of respect and communication that he provided was just out of this world! It took just over an hour to get my oil changed, filters inspected and changed, and my wheels to be realigned, which I hadn t even known was an issue until he alerted me to that fact. Nathaniel was consistently communicating with me about everything that was happening, so I didn t have to worry about whether or not it was even being worked on. Absolutely a 5 star experience, and I will be returning!

Jarvis was absolutely amazing from the second I pulled into the dealership to the second I drove away. He genuinely listened to what I wanted & helped me find my perfect Kia. He did not make me feel stupid for the millions of questions I asked and took the time to explain every detail to me.Jarvis is a stand up guy with a big heart! I m from Austin but I d drive back to Tyler just to work with him again.

We worked with Lincoln and he was great! Found the exact car I was looking for and got an amazing deal on it. He did everything we asked and took great care of us. Definitely worth the hour and a half drive to this dealership!

I had a wonderful buying experience at Peltier Kia of Tyler and my sales associate, Walt Richardson, was a huge reason why! Went in to test drive one of their used cars and discovered the new 2024 KIA Fort GT-Line! What an unexpected and fun car, it was the right price with the right looks! I am so happy with my Kia Sorrento! I was in a terrible hit and run in my previous Kia Sportage which literally saved my life and my daughter s! Now I feel even safer in my 2022 Sorrento. Great experience. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Ocho helped us and he was really great! There was no haggling and no pressure. They answered every question we had and were very patient and polite! Definitely recommend!

Awesome customer service! I m typically not the one to take my car in to be serviced and I get anxiety when I have to. So I m very happy I came here for the service! Stephen was very kind and helpful with helping me understand it all! Was super thankful he offered the complimentary ride home and back. The driver (unfortunately I ve forgotten his name) was also extremely friendly and drove safely the whole way. 10/10 experience! I m glad to know I have a place to take my car in without feeling anxiety about poor service.

Simple vehicle purchase. No pressure was applied during the sales experience. Vehicle I inquired about was still in transit - Cody Williams (sales representative) and Makenna kept me informed/updated with vehicle status. Once it arrived, the deal we worked up was still being promised. Very professional team.I shopped around and Peltier provided the best deal!

The incompetence was off the charts! One of their employees was careless and now my bumper has to be replaced as well as the part above it. I will have to be in a loaner vehicle while it gets fixed and if there was another KIA in Tyler I would go to them because I have had numerous issues with Peltier KIA. In one word, I can sum up my experience. It SUCKED!

This dealership is so kind! I m so glad that I was able to purchase my first vehicle with them! I went in for my first oil change and they gave me a complimentary oil change along with a car wash! I highly recommend them!

The customer service was absolutely great! Lincoln was extremely helpful and I used my own banks financing and some guys had to stay a bit later than usual waiting on everything to be finalized and although I m sure they weren t thrilled to be there late they never made me feel rushed and were extremely professional the entire time I would definitely recommend them and will shop with them first next time I need a new vehicle

I was very nervous about buying a new car and was referred by a coworker to Peltier Kia and Emmanuel specifically. Emmanuel was very kind and was not a typical pushy car salesman by any means. Jacob the Financing Manager was also very thorough in explaining terms and warranties and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Great Job guy's on making my car buying experience Smooth and comfortable!

Right from the start it was an easy process. We lucked out and got Cooper Rucker. Besides be very knowledgeable and being able to answer all our questions. Cooler was able to help pass the time with his likable attitude!! Recently got my oil changed though KIA service center. They had the best customer service I had ever experienced from any business. Adrian was my point of contact though the whole process. I have never seen another employee go so above in better in the service industry. 100% will return as I do not think it is possible to offer better customer service then Adrian offered.

Just have to give a shout out to the customer service here! Everyone is super nice and helpful. I dealt with Walt when first buying a car and he was extremely helpful and transparent. Since then I ve dealt with Jason and Chris at the service department for oil changes, new tires, etc. they re also extremely helpful snd transparent with pricing. I ve definitely been to dealerships where the service is not so great so this place is above par.

Tristian was the salesman that guided us through the purchase of a new 2023 Kia Rio for my daughter. He was very polite, knowledgeable and no high pressure. First ever experience purchasing a car and it has been the worst. Purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass last March. A month after the Auto Start/Stop went out. Then another month the Tire Pressure notification keeps popping up. Then literally last week the car wouldn t start. Of course having to pay out of pocket for all the problems on a car I haven t even had for a year. Purchased for $23k and now they said the value is $14k if I wanted to trade in.Avoid this place at all costs. The good reviews have to be paid reviews. No way they can shaft me so hard on my first buying experience and have an almost 5 star rating. Ridiculous. I run a business with over 50 employees and will ensure everyone spreads the word about this place and how to avoid it.
