I bought a car from Peltier Chevrolet today and had a wonderful experience. I wanted to let you all know that this is a good place to buy a car. The salesman who helped me was named Clint Jones. He did a very good job helping me find what I needed and getting the most for my budget. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or pushed to buy anything. Great all around!

The people I worked with were very professional. Doug was my internet connection, he was very professional. He met me at the dealership, had vehicle I was interested in ready to show me. We were able to make a deal on trade- in, all went exceptionally smooth. Chris with the finance side, went through paperwork and discuss all options. I will say both men we very knowledgeable and helpful. I was also introduce to service person. Very professional group.Glad I chose Peltier to purchase my new vehicle.

Pick up a kia here, and the overall experience was a delight. Fast friendly service. Meet all our needs and some. The fact they had the car packed up front waiting on us... it was a done deal

I had to drop my car off after hours. The process was very easy. The next morning early I got a video walk about on my car and then I received a video explanation of what needed to be done. I called to confirm the necessary repairs and then discussed a plan to handle all the routine maintenance. Jason was very nice and helpful. Picked my car up at the end of my work day and it was ready and washed!

Did 95% of the sale over the phone by text. Showed up, Nick Buck was nice, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable & made me feel comfortable.Tiara, the finance manager, was super friendly & was 100% for veterans and even got me a better deal for my buck. I appreciate them so much and would recommend this Chevrolet dealership all day. Thank you and God Bless.

I came to Peltier with a budget in mind, and Doug was very helpful. He never pressured me and was happy to go above and beyond to find what I really wanted. They truly treated me fairly. I ended up purchasing a pre-owned Traverse. I didn't like the wheels, so he had them powder coated black and it changed the whole vibe of the vehicle. I LOVE IT! They also fixed a couple of dings and ordered me new Chevy emblems to match the black wheels. Thank you Doug and Peltier!

I remember when the Peltier family moved to Tyler and opened this dealership. This past week I needed to buy my car that I had been leasing from Lexus for 3 years and the team at Peltier did a great job helping me move through that transaction! Braden helped me with every step and was just as attentive to my needs as if I were buying a new car. The finance department was thorough and made sure I had the best rate and warranty that I could get. This is our third transaction with Braden at Peltier and it definitely won't be our last!

Our salesperson, Franklin, helped us to find the vehicle we were wanting with 99% of everything in our list (only thing we were missing was vehicle color - just a minor inconvenience). He kept us within our budget and explained every question to the best of his abilities. If he didn't know the answer, he was more than willing to find the answer for us quickly in a professional manner. Chris in finance went over the fine print details with us and made us feel like family - just as did Franklin.

Me and my husband been to several dealerships looking at the Chevy Colorado and didn t like the colors Went to Peltier and meet Franklin, and told him what we were looking for and color and he had everything I wanted and his personality was awesome and kind made everything go smooth in buying our vehicle then sent us over to Tiara she was awesome explaining everything on warranty and taking are money I would recommend them to all are friends and family thank you so much we love are truck ..SincerelyShannon Liudahl

I called in the day before and spoke very quickly to Doug and told him we would be in Saturday morning, we pulled up and there was our vehuicle at the front ready for us to look at. The other young salesman who greeted us in the parking lot was extremely personable and started off our Peltier experience in a very positive manner.Doug was absolutely amazing.! We went through financing in a very timely manner and their service was excellent as well.I am so pleased with my new Suburban and expect to travel many comfortable miles in it.We couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.

Peltier sales and financial team did everything in their power to meet our requirements on the car we purchased. I have to say they made this sale one of the less stressful events that I have experienced in my adult life. They worked really hard to get what my daughter needed to have a dependable car at the price she could afford. This was NOT what I have experienced in many years at other dealerships. I would highly recommend you visiting them, when you are looking to purchase one.

No is ever available to answer the phone in service or parts. I guess they just want you to drive yo there. They are not staffed to service you, and then when you do take it in for service there is always just one more thing that needs to be done.Took my 2015 in for no A/C. 1200.00 A/C was allegedly fixed - something to do with rear condenser ? Had it one day, it quit working. Took it back and magically the lower line on the front compressor/condenser sprang a leak- another 800.00 out the door.Took my 2019 in to have fluids changed - 6000 brake job they quoted me. All four calipers and lines were corroded and I bought the truck from them. Of course I took it for a second opinion and surfed the user groups and nowhere had anyone heard of this on a truck with 50k miles on it.

If not for Clinton Jones my wife and I may not have purchased a vehicle when we did. Clinton was very professional and made us both feel very comfortable. We had been thinking about getting a new vehicle for awhile. Just stopping by to look at vehicles we left knowing we would be working with Clinton towards bringing home a new vehicle that really made both of us happy. Mostly my wife. You know what they say, happy wife happy life! Anyway, thank you Clinton from both of us.

Talked to Glenn Dobbs over the phone on Saturday about the truck (2024 3500HD) and came to an out the door price that I was good with. Came in from out of town Monday morning to look at the truck. I had my own financing already line up so I was literally signed and out the door with a washed truck full of fuel in 1 hour. I dealt with Dustin Burgess in finance; which was never pressured for extra add ons etc.. He offered different financing options but didnt push at all and we ended up just using mine so I could get out the door quicker. I would highly recommend this dealership and will use again in the future!

Their service was fine. Their relentless effort to get a review is borderline stalkerish. This is the second time my car has been serviced by them and the second time they have blown up phone with calls, texts or emails. I've received no less than 5 requests for a review in the 8 days since my service.You wanted it, you got it Peltier. I told you you didn't want it.

Very easy sale, was in and out in my new car within 2 hours. The salesman, Blake Conner, was most helpful in getting me what I wanted. Would definitely recommend Peltier to anyone who wants a great car-buying experience.

While out of town I needed to have my Chevy 3500 looked at. Peltier was pleasant and very professional. Marlena was wonderful. I would recommend that any Chevy owner go see Peltier and Marlena if they need service in the Tyler area.

Highly recommend, especially if you are military. They make the complication of getting your tag in your home of record very easy, they do it all for you! Issac helped us and he was very friendly and another guy who helped with our paperwork (can t remember his name, but he s got a really awesome mustache) was superb. Overall great people, don t try to oversell you which is a hard thing to find with some dealerships. Please go here, best Chevy around!

Blake and I have been working together for what feels like ages trying to find a 2024 Trax in cacti green and we finally got it! I absolutely love the car and loved the experience.
