I called 5 towing companies and Patriot Road Service was the WINNER! They gave me a flat rate with no extra charges. I was able to get my car towed from Tyler to Jacksonville at a reasonable price! And on the same day! They saved me from a bogus $700 car repair. I received top tier service from Ricardo Madrigal. I highly recommend their towing services. They accept cash and/or credit cards. It is a small family business! Support small businesses

These guys are Extremely nice and professional. Had an issue where I needed my lowered car towed, they were quick to arrive. Would highly recommend!

10/10/23 my Enterprise rental broke down, the customer service reps (3 of them) call recorded hung up on my without advising the call would end as my family and I were traveling from AZ to Georgia was not a good experience BUT Giovanni was super helpful and has more customer service ethic then those three operators. Recommend them for service.

Called 6 other tow companies to tow my car back to Dallas late one night and Patriot was not only the only willing, their service was beyond excellent. Made the whole process effortless and the price was better than others who couldn t help me until the next morning!!!! It was the middle of the night, my car wouldn t turn on at all, nobody was able to help me and most wouldn t answer but this young man sure did. He was able to help me with no hesitation and I am so glad he came. I wouldn t know what i d do.
