Rory did a wonderful job fixing the hail damage in my vehicle. He was professional, easy to reach and even helped me get a rental vehicle free of charge while getting my vehicle fixed. Everything went smoothly and on time. My vehicle looks brand new again thanks to P&D.

They did a really great job taking care of my brand new Venza. Kyle was always really quick to respond to my phone calls or text messages. Knowing that I have a newborn at home, they made my life easier by coming and picking up the vehicle themselves and dropping it back off. Waiving the deductible required by my insurance plan and offering a free vehicle for the meantime as well as giving the car detail before returning it we're just icing on the cake. I really appreciate them taking something that could have been a really difficult hassle to deal with and making it as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has had some collision damage or hail damage and wants their car to look like new again

If you have any hail damage I would recommend you come see them! Service is great, they did a great job getting the damage out of my car, they were fast and made the process painless for me as well as working around my restricted schedule! Communication communication, communication, that was the biggest thing for me, they kept me on the loop on what was going on and gave me updates. I just brought my new Honda Accord hybrid in December. Hail hit in February which was an awful fortunate of events. These guys made it look exactly how I brought it! 5/5 customer service, I really recommend this place, appreciate Dalton and Rory for their help in restoring my car back to form.

Dalton & Rory are rockstars!!! They totally took care of my truck, I was so worried that after I saw the damage and how large the hail was . They assured me and talked me through the process even met with my adjuster to go over the damage and making the claim process super easy and went the extra mile for me. I Highly recommend them and what they do! Thanks again guys for getting my truck back looking good!

Had such a great experience with P&D! I met Rory and Daulton and immediately felt like my issue with some unexpected hail damage would be solved fast, and it really was! Both mine and my husband's cars were repaired by them and I can honestly say I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. Great communication, love my detail work, and my car looks fantastic inside and out! Dalton did a great job with my hail claim, it went smoothly. P&D delt directly with my insurance company and the process was quick. When the work was complete they delivered my truck with all the damage fixed and to top it off they detailed the truck. I would definitely recommend P&D for your hail damage repair, they are very professional and have excellent communication.

I had my 2020 GMC AT4 had hail damage removed by Michelle Harmon , and her team. Truck looks amazing. No sign of any damage. Top-tier concierge level of service. Give Michelle and her team a shot, you won t regret it.

It was my first time working with P&D, it was recommended by one of their staffs, David. P&D has great customer service and the expertise in PDR. My truck s hail damage repair was completed ahead of time. It came back like it s brand new again. P&D came by my house after the hail storm that hit Stillwater. They were able to get all the dents and damaged windshield repaired in 3 days. If they hadn't taken pictures I wouldn't have known where the dents were once at. I highly recommend getting your hail damage repaired with P&D. Tell them Jay sent you!

Dalton and his crew did an AMAZING job on my Camaro convertible after baseball sized hail. Michelle communicated with me frequently and they were flexible with my picking up the finished product secondary to my work schedule. 10 out of 10 and two thumbs up!!!

Dalton Milam and his team at P & D Auto Hail Center repaired the hail damage and even got a few additional dents out of my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD in just two days and detailed inside and out as well at no cost to me absorbing my $1,000 deductible! My truck looks brand new now amazing friends that are in the auto body repair business. Here's pictures of some of the damage.

Great experience working with Rory and David they got my car looking brand new and i would recommend them over any one else to get your vehicle fixed after a bad hail storm!! Zero hassle working with them they took care of everything and even had my car detailed before I got it back. 10/10

Awesome and friendly service!!! I worked with Dalton and Roy on getting two cars fixed after a hail storm. Both vehicles had dents and windshield cracks. The whole process was really great and both Dalton and Roy were super communicative throughout the process. I didn t have any out of pocket costs. I definitely recommend working with them for hail damage.

P&D is definitely a 5 star plus. Dalton has gone above & beyond from making my car look like brand new to helping me see that I had a loaner vehicle while mine was in shop. & they detailed my car . I highly recommend Dalton. This is the 2nd time I've had hail damage & P&D has fixed the damage both times . From a Satisfied customer!!

Rory and P&D went above and beyond with my hail damage repair. They handled all interactions with the insurance company, were always quick to respond to questions, and delivered my track back to me quickly. My truck looks great and the interior detail was a pleasant surprise! Got a return customer for sure!

We had a great experience with P&D for auto hail damage when my car received significant damage after a storm. When I got it back from them it looked good as new! They also gave us a gift card for a detailing which was so incredibly nice. My car again recently received some hail damage again, and they were the first people I thought to call. Highly recommend!

My GMC Denali got hit pretty good in that last hail storm that went through McKinney. I decided to use the folks at P&D and am very happy that I did. The met me at the rental car location and took my car to the shop. They then worked with the insurance company and then did a great job of fixing the truck. They even came in on a day off so that I could pick my truck up. You won t go wrong with these folks as they say what they re going to do and the do what they say!Service: Body & Trim

They did an amazing job on getting every hail dent out of my car! They go above and beyond to make sure you have as little stress as possible when it comes to dealing with insurance companies! I definitely recommend P&D to anyone!

We had extreme hail damage from a storm a few months ago and our insurance sent out someone to appraise the car, but we wanted a second opinion. We took it to P&D Auto and it was the most amazing customer service! We got our second opinion and everything was taken care of from that point forward. Dalton was in constant communication with updates about the car and took it to the best detailer once it was finished being repaired. If you need any repairs done for your vehicle I highly suggest taking it here!

It was a very easy process working with P&D. We dropped off both cars on a Friday and they were ready on Monday. Dalton provided us a rental to drive while the cars were being worked on. When we picked up our cars they were clean and detailed with no signs of previous hail damage. I was not sure they were going to be able to get all of the dings out but they did. I am very pleased with the work.

What I thought was going to be a pain to get the hail damage repaired on my truck, was a smooth process.They reached out right away, took care of all the insurance stuff, arranged my rental, had the rental company pick me up to go get it, and picked up my truck from my home once I had the rental. My vehicle got caught in the March hailstorm and received some pretty bad damage. Luckily I took it to the right place and it s back to looking brand new. They were quick, professional, thorough, honest, and did a great job communicating and keeping us posted on progress and when we would get the car back. It was finished when they said it would be and much cleaner than when I brought it to them. Hopefully we can avoid hailstorms and dings from here on out, but if not, we will definitely trust them with our vehicles in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Would definitely recommend. Dalton was great to work with. All the other shops were going to take much longer to fit me in, and P & D got me in within 2 weeks of the hail damage. Helped to cover the cost of the rental car and covered my deductible. 10/10 would recommend.-Mike B
