Excellent customer service from Daniel he was very help and kind. He showed me what light I needed and explained why it gave out and fixed it. The best and smoothest experience I ve ever had. Thank you Daniel your customer service was outstanding. Need more like him.

Although the line was long the customer service was great. My husband ordered a part and all I had to give them was his phone number and invoice number. The staff was patient, polite and helpful.

Went to another O Reilly store prior to coming to this one and horrible experience decided to try another store and great customer service! Makes up for the useless workers at the other location!

The guy working named Felipe was a genuine Good Samaritan!! Awesome service. He went way out of his way to help me get the right supplies for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable about many areas of automotive. Great experience!

I asked the manager about my truck and told him what it was doing. He came back with the answer that I was looking for. I very much liked that. When I get home if what he told me works out it will make me a new customer.

People should know that they're going to hang up on you if you call them they don't like talking on the phone the

I wish to give a positive note to Carlos at the O'reilly's at Front St. in Tyler, Tx. He helped me with a warranty item and went above and beyond the call of duty to do so. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and quite sensitive to my needs as a customer. Carlos is certainly an asset to his company, and I truly appreciate it.

All in all it was a great experience but I have to wait on some parts that had to be ordered and the salesman didn't seem to want to help me very much he could have come out and help me look for what I was trying to find out but he didn't all the other salesman were going out and helping their customers so gave me a bad taste in my mouth. But I'm not going to hold one bad person's thing against the whole store. So I like this store it's a good go

The majority of parts that people need in North Tyler have to be delivered from South Tyler the auto stores on this side of town don't hardly keep any parts I got to get it over there getting a person have to come back and all that kind of stuff your stores is going to fall off in North Tyler if you going to do something about it

I tried to do business with this location hoping there was maybe some sort of training issue at the Troup hwy location. Unfortunately this wasn't the case, they were just as rude and unhelpful. When I called the store to check and make sure my part that was ordered the day before by an employee was in yet, the manager Kevin answered. At first it seemed as if he was going to be helpful but shortly into the conversation he would just cut me off and ask me if I d like him to order another part for me. Completely rude and unacceptable. He also mentioned that he had 5 customers in the store . If your stores cannot handle 5 customers and your manager handling an issue on the phone then you seriously need to restructure the way your Retail store operates.

In my opinion and this is only my opinion, they have pretty good parts but most of the time I find at O'Reilly's Auto parts the staff is very rude. A lot of the young staff have no idea what the parts are which is the most case in all part sales. I get that but they are terribly rude. A lot of times the older guys that know what they're talking about. They're not as rude. Usually occasionally like the one in mineola, Texas. There's an older guy in there and he is just terrible employee but other than that O'Reilly's is a go k place to buy parts at

Never was greeted, I never was really acknowledged until I had a question and the guy who answered it disappeared instead of checking me out.I had to wait for someone to finish looking up a part and then when he goes to the back he asked someone to help check me out. I won t be back to this one because I didn t feel very welcomed,And I m not even going to say why

I wish that I got the man's name that helped me. He was amazing! I am a disabled man with neuropathy in my fingers. I cant change the headlight by myself. He got me the right bulb and installed it for me. He also made sure it was all working before he left. I am so thankful for his help. Made my 40 minute drive home good with new headlights! Thanks again kind sir.

I've always went to O'Reilly's for my parts as far as a business outside of home but here lately I found myself going online unfortunately inflation has gotten the best of a lot of us we can't afford to pay as much and it cost for one small part at a auto parts store which unfortunately will probably end with businesses going out of business because the internet is cheaper but O'Reilly's is still my number one place to go it's also more convenient considering I have to wait for it to arrive through the internet

Dalton is a LAZY manager. Refuses to install a battery on a customer's car. Too busy to do his job. O'Reilly's has installed batteries on my vehicles for decades.....yes decades...and it IS company policy to do so. South Broadway store by Wagner is THE O'Reilly store to go to in Tyler. Alex knows what is going on.

Its fast and accessible for me since, I stay off hwy.31 and it doesn't take me but, 10 minutes to arrive at store. DANIEL N JASON both have so helpful in my experiences with store.

I usually shop at oreilly for automotive needs but this is the worst location I have been to. I always have to call a different one to find out if this location has my parts because these guys will NEVER answer the phone. I understand they are busy because it's a hub store but it doesn't help that the employees never seem to know what they are talking about. Do not try to get mechanical advise from these guys because they do not know. They just sell parts.

A friend suggested I go to this O'Reillys and order a replacement mirror for my vehicle. The store was very clean and bright. The people were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Alex helped me and explained that the part had to be ordered. Even though it was Christmas week, it was in in three business days! Also, this part that was going to cost $34 at the wrecking yard, cost me less than $15 new at O'Reillys!!!It was an all-around great experience! Service with a smile!

I personally prefer to buy Auto parts in store. I know you can get them cheaper online sometimes a lot cheaper but I want to talk to someone about what could be wrong, get ideas, and I want to be able to return a product under warranty or cuz I didn't need it easily and timely and you don't get that online. Some of the big stores like AutoZone for now incentivizing purchasing online for in-home delivery, advance is incentivizing purchasing online for in-store pickup which I'm totally cool with, and then there's O'Reilly's, they don't have an app. I'm all about the app but I'd rather have O'Reilly's the way they are then AutoZone were there going.

Went in to find a special bolt for my 1993 trailer wheel. Jordan worked with me, dragged out reference manuals, measured the only bolt I had with calipers, and he found them in stock!! I had been to 5 other places. Nice work Jordan and O Rielly s. Thanks for your help!!

Pretty much the only place I go to now for Auto Parts as I know they are more than likely going to have what I need in stock and on hand for me for the right price I need. Easy to get what I need by providing the part number and am on my way.
