Wow! These guys are excellent. Kenny opened the doors early for me to come in and chat. Helped me decide what route to go, and we had friendly conversation throughout the entire morning.I watched the install process and they cut NO corners. I saw where they could have settled for imperfections, but they made everything right. Very impressed with their attention to detail and the overall professionalism.There may be other good muffler shops around, but I won t use another.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I stopped into The Muffler Shop to get a price on getting a new muffler put on my 2019 ram. Carl was extremely helpful showed me the different mufflers between Magna flow and Flowmaster and some of the offbrands. Carl also help me decide by taking off my stock muffler and allowing me to listen to the different sounds of the mufflers before I made my choice. I was in and out in less than an hour. My truck sounds excellent. I recommend The Muffler Shop. Rated the number one in East Texas for a reason.

Personally, I will be coming to this shop if I need anything done. I needed some work done on my exhaust system. Carl and Kenny let me come in the same day, threw my car up on the lift showed me what needed to be done and did a great job explaining so I understood! I bought my own parts, and they took no time at all putting them in for me. In fact, they were faster than I expected them to be. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! Carl is super knowledgeable and right away knew what I needed for my vehicle. Kenny got involved and the job was done in about 30 minutes. This shop is top notch and these guys know their business, highly recommended. You won t be disappointed.

This is a hidden gem of a place -- honest, friendly and so inexpensive! Needed to get a middle muffler replaced on a 20-year old car due to rust eating through it. A new OEM muffler would have set me back $200 and several days for delivery but Kenny pointed me to some salvage yards where I was able to find one in great shape for $50 (check out DG Auto Salvage). Kenny had to saw off the original muffler due to the rusted bolt-on connections, and welded on the new one ensuring there was an air-tight seal. He only charged me $50 for the work -- felt like I was stealing from the man.

Kenny is a great guy that knows what he is doing, he was able to get my truck squared away with an exhaust reroute to help tuck the exhaust up and keep it from getting hung on rocks or obstacles while off-road. Showed him a couple pictures of what I wanted done and he had the job completed in less an hour and a half and so far I have been very happy with the work. I would take other vehicles to him and would recommend him to others needing muffler or exhaust work done on their vehicle.

I would like to say hands-down. This is the best shop I ve ever been to Kenny and his guys are so amazing. I went there thinking I had a bigger issue problem with my car. He lifted it up and it was just a metal thing bent and it was fixed within second I was in and out within six minutes amazing forever and always. I will be grateful and appreciate them

This place has wonderful customer service! Kenny is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I also appreciate how he was willing to answer my questions and educate me as to what was really going on with the vehicle. We were told by an oil change place that our hybrid had an emissions issue and would need to be taken to a muffler shop. Kenny looked over it thoroughly and found the significant leak due to an EVAP system failure and told us where to go to get it fixed and what parts could possibly need to be replaced. I deeply appreciate them and their help!

I thought something was wrong with my catalytic converter, and the shop owner let me come get it checked out the same day. Turns out, a sensor came lose and he assured me it was a easy fix (which it was). I really enjoyed the hospitality of the shop, and how honest he was, which I ve never experienced before in a mechanic shop.I will come back here time and time again if I ever need anything done to my car again. 10/10Service: Exhaust

I usually do not post, but felt compelled to do so...Kenny is really awesome, and I strongly recommend him for his services. He was kind, and knowledgeable... He did a quick inspection on my issue with my relatively new Chevy truck that has a Borla exhaust...made a few adjustments and sent me on my way as the problem is not there any longer. When I asked him how much I owed him he replied "Nothing...this is simple." Thank you Kenny!

Hello there! I was in need of a new exhaust pipe because the one coming off the passenger side was bent, and all the hangers were broken. The chrome tips were pretty banged up on top. I decide to have the exhaust taken completely out and Kenny put in what was basically the factory exhaust. I highly recommend Mr. Kenny. You don't come across too many guys like Kenny. He knows his craft very well, and very professional and all of the above. To let you know everyone I drove any Hour and a half to have Mr. Taylor redo my exhaust. Highly recommended Mr. Taylor. This place was a thousand dollars cheaper than California Muffler shops, the service was Priceless. I had a Catalytic Converter replaced and got a life lesson on how wonderful Tyler Tx was as a visiter. The old man was beautiful, made me fill welcome.

Helped me determine that my catalytic converters did NOT need replacing at this time. Kenny taught me all kinds of things about my Tahoe and let me watch while he performed the tests! Honesty and professionalism like his is rare these days, and very refreshing.

Kenny was fantastic about explaining what needed to be performed, also he wrote down codes for other work needing to be taken care of in the near future. This means a lot to me since i recently lost my husband. Thanks Kenny for taking care of my suburban.
