We came in this morning to get our front glass fixed. Jennifer was extremely helpful and professional. She was wonderful. We can t say enough about this company. We highly recommend Moose Auto. Great service.

As a mom of 6 it is sometimes hard to wait the length of time needed to get glass repaired. Jennifer and the team at Moose glass were professional, kind, and very fast. They knew it was hard to keep the kiddos calm so they got my glass replaced in under 30 min. Take your glass repair to moose glass and you won t be disappointed!!

It s rare to come across a business that is, in my opinion, doing everything right! Every single person in there was very very kind, I could tell they were extremely organized, and they have a great product that is fairly priced. They will keep it straight up with you and give you honest recommendations. I got window tint done and they were able to do it same day! Only took about 30 minutes and a fantastic business is what I observed during that time!

This place is THE BEST! My windshield was replaced with care and there is no distinguishing between the original and the new! They even made sure my TXTAG and oil change stickers were back correctly in place after the replacement. I had wanted my driver and passenger windows tinted to match the rest of my car when I purchased it in Jan 2022, but the dealership didn't offer it. These guys did the replacement windshield AND window tinting in the SAME DAY! While I had no doubt they could do both, I was fortunate that when I brought it in for windshield replacement and asked about tinting they were able to do both! Imagine my surprise and pure delight they had the availability and were willing to do it same day!!! I LOVE IT!!! The cost was so reasonable, I wish I had done it in February!!! The team was so customer friendly and easy to work with too!! They worked directly with my insurance company making the whole process seamless. Horrible place to work there ok at putting glass in if u don't mind them putting in chiped glass VERY often if osha were to show up they would be outta there and the only employees that make it there are all close to the family of Eddie moose like his daughter Jennifer who constantly orders the wrong glass for vehicles because she has no experience in doing any of that kind of work herself or like Brandon who only did upholstery for a few years and then got put it in the front office and then gets his truck bought for him every single year by Eddie moose not to mention his son and step son who are the only tenters and he will also send the lowest paid employees to do work not related to the job whatsoever with out any extra pay I could go on and on

From the beginning it was a seamless experience. Jennifer helped me with the insurance claim and the scheduling. I dropped my truck off at 8AM for a windshield replacement and ceramic tint. It was ready when promised and I am completely satisfied. USE MOOSE!

I dropped my jeep off this morning and just picked it up. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the guys in the shop did a fantastic job! 10/10 recommend!

I had a defrost cable come off of my back sliding window and they repaired it like nothing was ever wrong with it. Great job and very professional!

Needed the windshield replaced on my 2023 Outback. Not only did they replace the windshield, they reset the Starlink and made sure the tech was functioning properly. Something to think about when needing a windshield replaced. Vehicles get more complicated by the day.....

Their prices are lower than competitors. Try to call and give them your vehicle VIN so they make sure to order the right glass for you. They usually give you appointment for the job.

My family was traveling to Louisiana fromDFW when a rock from an 18 wheeler almost completely shattered the passenger side window of our vehicle. Jennifer was nothing short of amazing with her kindness, customer service, efficiency and promptness. They were able to apply a crash film so that we could get back on the road quickly and get the window replaced at our destination. Top notch customer service! My problem happened at a very stressful time (during an emergency hospitalization of a family member) and Jennifer was so kind and helpful. They were able to fix me up with a temporary solution to hold me over until a better time for me to get the window fixed. When I was able to take my vehicle back in, they did a great and prompt job. Great work and super nice people. It's been in business a long time and I see why. Tinted my windows there. They said it would be 2 hours but was done in 35 minutes. Moose auto glass is hands down the best around. 12/10 recommendation from me for any glass, upholstery, tint work needed. They are always hassle free when setting up the appointment, transparent with any work needed or performed, competitive/reasonable pricing, and just all great people. No one else I would recommend. It s hard to believe how efficient and effective each person is. I had the opportunity to observe for half a day while my windshield was being replaced. There is a steady flow of customers and phone calls. When I came in they made me feel like I was their only concern. After watching for several hours, I saw that they made each person feel special. Good job.

Moose is my #1 stop for all things glass. I have used Moose since 2004 when moved back to Tyler. Everything that I have taken there has been repaired flawlessly from window tint to upholstery repair. Kind and courteous staff keeps you informed of progress of repair. My son had shot the back window of my father in laws truck with a BB gun by accident. We called moose auto glass and they were available right away. They are very professional and do excellent work. I had the film on my front 2 windows re pp laced and they did a GREAT job quickly while I waited. In and out with an appointment in less than an hour. I highly recommend them

The best auto glass repair/replacement shop by far. No one else would be able to replace my driver's side window for almost 2 weeks. Moose auto glass was able to in less than 2 days and was very professional about it. Now I'm going back next week to replace the windshield and get UV ceramic heat block applied to it. If you are anywhere in East Texas and need auto glass replacement this is the place for you.
