I always have a good experience at Mercedes Benz. I have been a customer since 1998. Jim in the service dept. is the main reason I continue to return. He is always courteous and get me in and out without long extended wait periods.

Very professional and friendly service department. Currently not too many new cars to choose from, but that's about the same everywhere. Nice modern, clean, upscale facility.

Three thumbs up. My service advisor Chris was pleasant and punctual, got my car in for an alignment same day when everyone else was booked up for a week, and was absolutely fantastic. It was expensive, but it's Mercedes service - you get what you pay for. Couldn't be happier with the service I got today.

Mercedes-Benz of Tyler classic is the number one place to purchase and get your service this will be my fourth Mercedes and choose to go nowhere else. They fit me in for service when I didn't even have an appointment and got right on it and they were busy and did I great job everything I ask. Even put me in the VIP lounge for privacy and relaxation. That's top notch!
