The gentlemen at Mavis Tire were friendly, understanding, and above all, willing to go above and beyond in helping me get a screw-punctured tire repaired immediately (on a Sunday morning, no less) and at practically no cost. I highly recommend their service, and when it comes time for future maintenance and repairs (or to air up my tires -- they have it for free!), I have no doubt this is where I'll return. Special shout out to Dennis, who was exemplary. THANK YOU!

I had one of the worst experiences with a car dealership (Ford) here in Tyler. They charged me for things they didn't fix and caused more issues on things they were supposed to fix. Refused to honor anything under warranty, but if you paid cash they were able to fit you in within days. Fast forward nine months, and I am again having issues with my brakes, pads, rotors, and hub bearing. James and his team at Mavis did an outstanding job of taking care of my problem and even found more issues with a simple oil change that Ford couldn't even get correct. They are honest and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. They are open seven days a week, and call before they do anything to your car. If you want honest work, fair prices, excellent customer service, and all-around great people. Take your vehicle to Mavis. They have a loyal customer from my household from here on. Thank you again, James, for fixing all the issues on my car and making it safe for my family.

Great honest location!!!! Was a little concerned about sound on my brakes, James took a look and made sure everything was ok, let me know what percentage my brake pads are at and when I should come back. This will definitely be my shop from now on and will be back!!!! Thank you James and whole staff you guys are great!

Mavis has been servicing my car for a year now, ever since I have found out about them. They have taken great care each time, even when I simply stopped by to air up my tire. They were super busy, but they made the time to get me safely back on the road. I have a BMW and when I would take my car to get an oil change I was told I had to buy my own oil filter and sometimes the correct oil for my car if they didn t carry it. That has never been an issue here at Mavis.

I Absolutely recommend this Mavis location! They took amazing care of me and my Tahoe on a Busy Saturday. And if that wasn t praise enough Don even took my husband and I to the baseball park in his personal truck to finish watching our grandsons baseball tournament. He offered and we happily accepted. We watched the game and got back and my vehicle was good as new and ready to go!This was definitely service that went above and beyond!Thank you so much!

Came in to get my brakes checked and was initially told that I'd have to drop off and come back to have the repairs done same-day due to them being understaffed for the day, but they were able to get the parts delivered and installed in much less time than I expected. Staff is friendly and personable, service is fast, and prices are honest and fair. I will be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend

Stopped by this Morning for a standard tire rotation and was blown away by the fast and quick service and the friendliness of the staff and onsite Manager! My vehicle was serviced in no time and I was informed that I would need to get my rear brakes replaced in the near future! I was offered a very reasonable quote by the manager and intend on stopping by again in the future! I highly recommend this location for its convenience, speed of service, and their great customer service team!!!!!!!!!

I called to get a quote for a tire and they were able to help without me knowing the size of my tires. Once I got there, they took a look and honored the price given over the phone. Overall they were friendly, not pushy, and even asked if I wanted to repair the tire. Plus the play area and tv for my kids was a big help.

These guys are amazing. I ve used them for over 20 years and won t take my vehicles anywhere else. They are highly ethical.Brought my truck in for a brake check and Ben went above and beyond and got me warrantied brake pads that I replaced a year ago from O Reilly. Outstanding place.

Good service.But we were told the flat tire we needed to be fixed, it cannot be fixed.We bought a tire at this place, and it was nicely installed.We had to take the damaged tire for warranty in a different place, it was bought in Dallas, Texas.The tire was repairable, and fixed under warranty.We have traveled with it with no problem for over 300 miles on the highway.

I hit a curb and had a flat tire. I stopped at the closest tire shop and they tried to replace it with a used tire that was smaller than the other three. We asked for the spare to be put in and drove to Mavis Tire. Dennis waited on us and was very nice and helpful! He was friendly and had the tire I needed in stock. I highly recommend Mavis Tire! Ask for Dennis, he s the best!!

Dennis at Mavis Tire is amazing! We were waited on as soon as we walked in the door. He was friendly and so helpful! They quickly replaced the tire and kept us updated on the progress. Highly recommend!

James is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I was in a tough place and my car warranty wasn't being honored. James was able to make a phone call and get it covered under warranty and the work was completed on less than an hour.

Mavis Trie Supply in Tyler TX located at 7303 South Broadway Avenue Tyler, TX 75703, gave exceptional customer service on March 12, 2024!! Don & Dennis were both proficient in scheduling, advising on what to expect, and my time. I scheduled an appointment, and they contacted me ahead of time to remind. I arrived and they had my vehicle back to me in 20 minutes. Advised of any issues and options. AMAZING SERVICE!!! Thank you, Mavis Tire!

Have been going to this location for 20+ years. They have provided service for all of my tires, brakes, and suspension, plus some other general maintenance work. My experience at Mavis has always been positive and I have been treated fairly with detailed quotes, competitive parts prices, and fair labor. Mavis on Broadway is very trustworthy.

Everyone there was outstanding. The final price was better than quoted. I watched them do their work though the window and even though they were busy they did everything perfectly. They checked the rotors and hubs with calipers to make sure they were good. They torqued the lugs in a proper cross hatch fashion. I used to be a master industrial mechanic and it was refreshing to see competent professionals doing everything correctly. Please understand most tire and brake shops just slap things on these days to save time or simply because they don t know any better. These people did everything exceptionally well. They are a credit to their company and deserving of respect and appreciation. Do yourself a favor and don t go anywhere else when you need tires or brakes. You ll be happy you did.

We needed a battery installed on a Sunday morning, and they couldn t have been more helpful. They got us in and out quickly. Customer service is very important to me and the customer service at Mavis was top notch. Thank you!

Thank you SO much, yall are amazing. Came in for a break estimate and walked out in under 2 hours with new brakes! Everyone was super nice and they even let me see my old pads so I know what to look out for in the future! I cannot recommend them enough!!! :)
