I took my 2000 Chevrolet in for a full paint job. The original paint was in poor condition and had many small dings and scratches. Maaco of Tyler got my truck back to looking brand NEW! Everything was as promised and done in a very timely manner. The paint looks AMAZING!!! They even detailed the interior and engine bay!! I'm a super satisfied customer and I would recommend their services

� brought in my father's 2000 Chevy S10 , it looked very rough when I brought it in, I did not expect them to make it look like new but they did . David is a very professional owner and the rest of his team are amazing. My dad is looking down from heaven and smiling .Now they are going to work on my Bentley. I highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service Juan! I brought in a Ram truck bed from the salvage yard. It needed some body work and change the color to match my truck. Quality of the work is 5 STAR and work was completed on time.

Was unaware that Maaco Tyler was by appointment only! After driving 60 plus miles for an estimate all I got was a see you next time attitude. Don't waste your time.

We brought our car here after a horrible experience at a body shop in Longview and wow!!! We are just blown away by the excellence of their work, our car looks brand new! When we brought it in, it had pretty bad hail damage and paint damage. Juan was great to work with, very professional, kept us updated, and really went above and beyond for us. We can t even tell there was any hail damage on the car. Maaco s paint job was excellent, even the person who detailed the car did amazing. We are so thankful and delighted to have our car back in amazing shape! 5 stars Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car in because of a few parts of my bumper that have started to come loose. From the very beginning, the customer service representatives that helped me with gave me knowledgeable feedback and included my feedback every step of the way to make sure that they serviced my vehicle exactly the way I wanted. I made the choice of having my whole bumper replaced and when I got my vehicle back it looked better than I ever imagined it would. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will be going to Maaco in Tyler for all my cars and will be referring friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

I am proud to say my 2009 car looks so marvelous! I took my car in for a new all over paint job and could not be more pleased! My car is so beautiful it gleams! I was as excited as a Kid with a new toy!! In addition, the customer service was excellent!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely do so . The inside was cleaned as part of their service and it looks lovely too! I highly recommend using Maaco in Tyler! ! !Service: Painting

The absolute best!!! Customer service was the best experience I ve had with a body shop. They explained everything in a way I could understand and helped facilitate repairs. My husband and I both took our old trucks to Maaco to be painted. Both of them turned out beautiful. His is 20 years old and mine is 27 years old. Both look new. David and his staff did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone is amazed that they were as inexpensive as they were for the quality work they did. I wish I could add before and after pictures of my truck to this post. Thanks again David for making my old truck beautiful again.

I just wanted to say thank you to David and his staff for two fantastic paint jobs. I really did not know what to expect when the price was so inexpensive but we decided to go for it and we are so glad we did. David and his employees went above and beyond. My wife's truck is 27 years old and mine is 20 years old,they now both look brand new. Thanks again for a great job . I will definitely be recommending your company to all my friend's and family

While they did have the car for a while, their work was absolutely amazing. Bought in my daughters car after an accident and they went above and beyond to make it look like new. I can t say enough good things about them. Once they started working on it they kept in touch and did what they could to make up for the time they had it. Their prices are cheaper then any other place that I looked at and they stuck to the price they quoted us. David was very professional. AVOID THIS PLACE!! It is clear to me that these people do not know what they are doing, especially the owner. How are you going to own a business that you know nothing about? He admitted to me he didn t know a thing about paintwork. My truck was vandalized so I took it to these guys and told them I wanted it to look like it never happened, they said it could be done. Well they must have painted this out in the open, you can see dust in the paint, low spots in the paint from bad sanding, the finish is terrible it looks like they just dumped a bucket of clear coat on it. They refused to give me a refund so I can take it to someone else, they say they can make it right. Why would you let this kind of work leave your shop to begin with?Service: Painting

They did good work and seemed very down to earth, friendly, and honest. The only reason I give 3 stars is that the work took about a month instead of the initially quoted week and never during the process did anyone call to tell me what was going on. Only time I could get information was when I called to find out the status. If they were communicative and gave accurate estimates of the time it would absolutely be 5 stars.

David and Freddie and his entire team went above and beyond. Jason and Hayleigh were both extremely helpful! My car was completely repainted and a job VERY WELL done. They stuck to the estimate and times given. They put on extra peices for me without me even asking. They do such good work! I brought my 2002 GMC Sierra to get it repainted, and I'm so glad that I did. It looks like a brand new ride! The owner, david, is a good, honest, man. I'm so pleased with how my truck looks. It only cost $1879. Also, it has a 4 yr warranty on the paint job. I would highly recommend, before you use someone else, you go to tyler, and just get a quote.

Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting was absolute great. I visited 5 different paint and body shops through Lindale and Tyler and NONE of them took the time to go over in detail exactly what would be done to my vehicle Jason and David at Maaco were the only ones who took me through the entire process, discussed options and even brainstormed with me on ideas to make my car look great. NONE of the other shops really took the time to figure out what I was looking for or what I needed. They just shot a number out there to see if I would bite.The Maaco in Tyler has a GREAT shop! I'ts clean and professional and well put together. The technicians know what they are talking about and worked really hard to make sure the car was perfect. I am extremely happy with the work they did and what I was charged. They really helped me bring this 01 xterra back from the dead! Big thanks to the Maaco team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I know I was a hassle with the color, but they took the time to walk me through all my options. We settle on the color and it came out amazing! I get tons of compliments on it. There were a few spots missed, but no problem! They scheduled a time for me to come in and have those remedied in no time. Gustavo Gonzalez and the rest of the Maaco staff were extremely helpful as they educated us about the damage and gave us an unbeatable price. I had a run in with a deer. I called Maaco of Tyler on a Saturday morning. Took the car in and it was ready the next week. Great customer service and they did a great job on my car. Hope I never have to use them again but will definitely use them again if needed.

My mother thought I bought a bran new van. Really nice paint job! Only four stars because of long wait time. 7 weeks turned into 7 months. I'll add a picture after waxing.

Been Friends with Jason Simon for Years! But I was still pretty hesitant to put a family hot rod in his hands to re paint. This car means the world to me and not only did it look great, he and his team exceed expectations. I build older cars and trucks and I will definitely use them again.
