My truck was damaged during a recent hail storm. I was prepared for a month to complete all the repairs as the hood and roof both had to be replaced and the body shop was overwhelmed with vehicles. Kerry and his team kept me informed throughout the process. My truck was finished in two weeks and looks great! Could not be happier with Joe Hudson body shop! I would recommend these fine folks to anyone and they ve earned my business if I ever need repairs again!! Hopefully I won t

Do NOT take your car here...in all my years on this earth have I ever met such rude A$%#%# people, after having money in hand from my insurance company, they Refused to fix my car telling me they could not warranty their paint job for fear of oxidation and chipping. They had another adjuster look at my cat and make their own assessment, which is not their job to do. That's why I pay my insurance company to do from which my insurance companies adjuster stated that my car was hit by rocks. It was almost as if the collision center said I was lying about the incident. SORRY, THATS Not your job....never heard if a body shop refused to fix a car....stay away from these people, take your car to a reputable shop.

Wrecked my car by hitting a racoon that decided to make a u-turn at the last minute. They were professional and did excellent paint and body work. Photos didn't come up in order as I chose them but the car looks new and paint match is identical which was a problem with Garland collision in the past. The time frame was extended but it wasn't their fault at all it was due to hard to find parts which I already knew due to the model of my car and trim level.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service and production, 5 star. The employees are very nice and professional. The reason I give a 3 star is because when I dropped off my car I had a quarter tank of gas, but when I went to pick it up, EMPTY. Gas light on empty. I did advise the employee's. We checked mileage, no miles driven. My gas door is not accessible unless you either pry the door open with a pry bar or you use my button on the inside of my car, so some sneaky employee decided they needed gas more than I did, I suppose. They say they have cameras, so I hope for their sake they check them and find the rat. That is not good for business.

Saul was very helpful and scheduled a quick viewing of minor detachment of plastic fender and wheel well liner on our Lexus RX 350. Paid for parts and a few days later they were put on as my wife waited and done in less than 20 minutes. Couldn t have been simpler and made my wife happy to fix a long time aggravation. Great place, Great customer service. They will work with you. Matched my silver metallic paint pretty well the first time and second time. Prices are average. Wait times a little longer than you would expect. (This was probably because of hail damage claims and insurance company wait times). This was the best collision repair experience that I have ever had. It was all straight forward, no hassle, and NO SURPRISES. The staff were easy to work with, friendly, and informative. I hit a deer at very slow speed but the damage to my BMW was extensive. There are well over 100 key parts in the front end. The body work was perfect (and I am very picky). All the massive electronics were recalibrated and worked perfectly. Even the BMW dealership couldn t find anything out of order. It s an A+ job. Thank you Platinum. Incredibly, the deer lived so all is well.

Extremely pleased with the service at Platinum Collision. I was able to get my car in within 48 hours. Cary was extremely helpful and all of the staff was professional and courteous. My car was actually finished 5 days earlier than promised and it looked brand new. They even washed and detailed my car before I picked it up. I would highly recommend Platinum Collision in Tyler. I was referred by the insurance company. Initially, I was pleased with the service of my car. After a week, I noticed the bottom side molding strip is coming off along with a couple of other minor issues. I will take it back and then update my review. My car was ready sooner than I expected. Had to get front bumper replaced in my 2003 F150. I had a custom grill, so parts had to be ordered. Everything went great! After picking the truck up, it was determined the horn was also damaged. Nita had it ordered, and Platinum installed rapidly. Also, there was a little unevenness where bumper meets the grill plate. I pointed out what I was talking about, and they lined it out perfectly. Great quality, great service. I highly recommend!

In my opinion it took to long to do the work, and they damaged my tail light in the process of repairing my vehicle. Also I spoke with the lady in the office about replacing the chrome piece on my bumper, drivers side and that piece was in the trunk when picked my car up. Not a good deal for me at all. Highly dissatisfied! Allstate preferred repair shop? Are you kidding? Truck was in the shop to get repairs from an accident done. Get the truck back after two weeks and after having to pay my deductible to them and the entire passenger side is soaked and no power to passenger side door. Upon further inspection, the power issue is to the door being completely soaked with water which fried the door power module. That s another $350 I have to spend because of their negligence!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
