The staff is courteous and incredibly efficient - every time I talked to them, everything was already done or was done immediately while I was standing right there. It's incredibly nice to work with a business that has everything working as smoothly and efficiently as you could possibly hope for.Not only that - my rental car place failed to send a shuttle for me, so Joe Hudson's provided me with a courtesy drop-off. That wasn't an expectation, as I had no reason to expect they would do such a thing in the first place. Just a nice bonus, and another reason I will continue to recommend them going forward.

My car had left front end damage. Joe Hudson, Tyler had it for 3 weeks. When I picked it up Billy told me the left front turn signal was not working. I would need to take my car in to the have the electrical diagnostic done, to see if it was part of the damage to my car. After the diagnosis showed no connection. The inner wheel well that they replaced was not connected correctly. Several screws missing. (I will have my mechanic check all of the plates they replaced) After paying to have the front clip and the headlight taken out to fix the left turn signal, it was actually unplugged. Very poor workmanship and very poor quality control. I told them it worked when I dropped it off. By Joe Hudson collision repair not plugging in the assembly after they put my car back together it cost me an extra $900. I had tires put on that same day that I picked it up, found out I had a bent rim that they did not catch. I called and told Billy that my rim was bent. I have paid my deductible, plus now all the extras. I will send Joe Hudson my bill. Not that they re going to pay it. I am also going to report this to my insurance company as they were the ones who suggested Joe Hudson collision.

The folks at Joe Hudson's Collission Center in Tyler, TX tried to have my truck totaled over a fender bender. They continually made errors while submitting paperwork to my insurance carrier which caused us to be without the truck for over two months. Their communication with us was abysmal! We finally took the truck to another shop whose quote was $3k less and fully repaired within two weeks. With everything that took place with these people, I couldn't help but feel like they were trying to have the truck totaled so they could turn around and purchase it from the insurance company at a low cost then turn around and re-sell it for a profit. Take your vehicle somewhere else and avoid all the headaches that come from dealing with this business!

Very great service offered. The repair was done perfectly and it was as if the damage did not happen. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and stayed in constant communication throughout my entire repair process.

The work is EXCELLENT, my back door was crushed and my back bumper was pretty bad. They kept me informed and my car was ready when estimated. I give Joe Hudson 100 Stars Thank you Everyone for My Beautiful Car again.

My truck was fixed ahead of time and it looks like new. Martin and Sheldon were very helpful and knowledgeable and Sheldon kept me up to date, almost daily, via text messages. AAA insurance recommended I get an estimate for a car repair from this Auto Body repair company. When I went to them to get that estimate, I was told they would not provide an estimate until I convinced AAA to provide them an Assignment number. AAA was informed of their refusal to provide an estimate, but did not provide the required Assignment number

Where to begin.... Davis and Green is by far the worse body and paint shop I have ever experienced. I was lied to and treated like trash. I send my car in for body work due to a minor fender bender. It took almost two weeks to receive my car back only after calling and calling only to be lied too about how the head lamp part was the wrong part and they would have to reorder another one on Friday. They said the day before the car was almost ready and they were finishing up on the head lamp. Then on Friday they said it would be the following week before they could get the correct part in. Mind you they are closed on the weekend. I send them a email about all the disfunction and disorganization in the company. Never heard a word again until Monday morning when they call to tell me the car was now all of a sudden ready. Only one hour after opening. HMM... seems strange they could get a new part in and install it in one hour. But too top it off when I received my car back my seats had grease stains all over it. It looks like whoever was working on the car had very dirty hands and smeared it all over. Why don't they put plastic down like most body shops and dealerships do? When I talk to them about it they said it was like that before... The car was not even 3 weeks old at time. They send me a picture of the trunk with stuff in it saying it was dirty before. It had a few clothes in the trunk and that was completely irrelevant to the stains on the front seats. This was my second horrible and stressful experience with the company. I was thinking this time around it would be much better, maybe last time they had my other car they were just having a bad day. However I should have trusted my gut feeling with this company and used someone else. My fault for thinking. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. There website says they go above and beyond.... that is most definitely not true.

Mixed feelings, they ended up totaling my car, guess that's their job though. But looking at the estimate it seems to be cushioned with items I don't believe were needed, but I'm not an expert. Would definitely try somewhere else!

My truck was repaired a couple of weeks ago for a rear end crash. I noticed that one of the rear sensors would go off even without something there. I brought it back to Keith and he said that when sensors get wet they can not work through a drop of water. After telling him that for four years they did not have that problem, but now one doesn't work correctly. He said that his father's Dodge was the same way and suggested that was a normal problem for sensors. I ask if I should take to the Ford dealership to have it fixed and he said yes. He didn't say lets take a look at it and see if there was a problem. Sheer rejection.I notified the insurance company and we will see what the outcome is. I can not recommend Joe Hudson.I used Davis Green a few times and they had great customer service.Follow up:I worked with Martin with a very positive outcome. Martin was very attentive and worked with me to solve the issue without having to go elsewhere. The issue turned out to be the bumper cover and once they replaced it all is good.Thank you Martin for the great customer service. Keith did apologize.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with this company. All the staff were very friendly, professional, competent, and efficient. The initial estimate was done in a timely manner. Drop-off and later pick-up of my truck went smoothly. The repair and paint work quality was excellent. I can t tell there was ever any damage. .... And they kept me well informed during the work with emails about progress. On top of that, they finished the work a day faster than estimated. I would highly recommend this company!

This business has a partnership with enterprise and has their big green sign on their building. We rented a car and was given this address to pick it up. Upon arriving early before they were open, we were let in the door and told to wait while they finish their meeting... after 15 minutes of waiting and at the time of opening i asked if they were open yet and was told to wait even longer so they could finish their meeting. After they were done and asked how they could help, we told them we had rental needed to be picked up here. They notified us that enterprise doesn't have cars here and that they are in a different area down the road.... it would have been nice to know that walking in the door.

The front my BMW was damaged by a trailer hitch and they fixed it in a week. My car looks better than ever. From beginning to end I was informed on the status of its repairs and I m sooo happy with it. I worked with Mike and he made my experience very smooth which was a stress reliever since I had never taken my car to a body-shop before and I wasn t too sure on what all I was doing.Everything was presented clean and straight to the point on what was needed so we didn t have any delays or back and forth talk with the insurance. And the fact that enterprise was right next door was very convenient for me as well. The staff was also very friendly and informative which is always great. I would highly recommended Davis Green to everyone. Thanks again guys!Signed a happy girl that feels like she just got her car for the first time again!!!
