They recently did a sub install in my 2019 f-150. I have zero complaints, they did an amazing job. Will definitely be back for further work done.

Best customer service in town. They also did a decent job. I stopped by 3 other places in town and these guys beat the price by $50. Not only did they fix up my windows, but they also fixed small interior issues my car had for free. it was also very nice talking to them as i was waiting. they are all good guys. the tint look super good, but my car is dirty in the pictures.

I had a new media player installed in a my 2001 Ford Supercrew today.Jack's.Very happy with the install. I new it was gonna be difficult to make it fit in the larger opening from the one being removed. I gotta say I'm impressed. They modified and got it to fit secure, no gaps, and without damage to factory wood trim. Dropped off at 9:00am picked up at lunch. And cost about 25% less than I expected with the modifications.EXCELLENT WORK.

I had bought a used 2016 Canyon last year from a dealer that had put in an aftermarket cheap radio/deck. Several of the default features were lost from that cheap substitute. After some searches online it looked like I may not be able to get the truck back to factory operation.However... Went and talked to Derrick and they said it could be done. They ordered the parts ( the correct ones the first time ) and when the parts came in I brought the truck in for the install. A couple of hours and they were done. The new media/radio/deck works perfectly. Absolutely happy with the install and the work and totally recommend!

First thing I d like to say is the customer service at this shop is phenomenal. Very home-y vibe and you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I took my subs to get installed(two kicker 12 comp-c s with a skar 1500 watt amp) in my 2022 Kia Stinger Gt-Line about two weeks ago. Shortly after, I had a couple issues where my subs and amp would stay on after the car was shut off. This issue had been tested in the shop and didn t seem to have any issues until I took it home and it began to vibrate while my car was off randomly. The second I exclaimed this issue to the techs up at Jacks, there were eager to do whatever they could to fix it at no extra cost and made sure everything was working in tip top shape. It s been about a week now since I took it in and had them fix the issue and my subs are working perfectly fine with no issue. My only complaint I can say I have is the time it takes them to complete their work. If you plan on getting subs installed, be prepared for it to take most of the day. Great shop and great prices, I would recommend to anybody!

I ve done business here for years now and have spent thousands of dollars for a reason! These installers are amazing and the owner Derrick treats everyone like family and has many years of experience both tinting windows and doing car Audio! People may complain about the pricing but I ve always said if you can t afford it then maybe you shouldn t be getting it

Had a great experience with my sub/amp install and they were able to get me in earlier than I was scheduled when I called them in the morning. Their prices for installation are fair and the owners are welcoming and have a great relationship with their clientele.

Wish I would have come by sooner. I will be back again, super happy with the new sound from my truck. Only suggestion I can give is buy a cover or retire the leather chair in the lobby. It doesn't meet the standard you set as an installer.

Had my truck windows tinted here and they got me in the same day I called. There were some issues with the tint, but when I came back they took care of it (while having a lot of customers in) and made it look great. Derrick also walked me around the truck to make sure it was good. The staff was very respectful, friendly, and easy to do business with. I would definitely recommend.

If you want GREAT customer service with top notch stereo equipment and quick quality work.. this is THE place. Awesome tint jobs, friendly staff, and a clean facility. Jack's Stereo has been the only place I've ever brought any of my several vehicles to for audio and tint. Hands down, the BEST of Tyler, Texas. Thanks so much guys!By the way, I live 2 & 1/2 hours from this shop and am always excited for the next trip here with my vehicles despite the drive.

I have a 2002 lexus sc 430. Jack's Stereo did a complete replacement on my entire sound system. Completely gutted my car,ran all new speaker wires to each speaker,replaced all of the speakers,even custom built me a box to house 2 12" woofers. They then installed a new head unit along with 2 JL Audio amps to feed the whole system. The system sounds awesome. During their install a component was damaged and they even went as far to replace it. Very impressed with the whole overall job. I highly recommend their work to anyone.

I didn't have a good experience with this shop. I bought a new stereo, speakers, and backup camera. Had all equipment installed here as well. The speakers sound worse than factory, the back up camera came apart at the car wash, and they didn't make the new radio xm compatible. They charged extra for xm component and then stopped working after a month. Took it back to them and they said they weren't under warranty and I needed to buy all new parts and would have to order the xm component just to get a new cable. I decided not to go that route. Fixed the bad cable myself witch was just a bad connection. I ordered the new camera on Amazon and plan to install it myself. I will probably order new factory speakers too because the aftermarket speakers sound horrible. The radio is pretty nice but extremely disappointed in everything else.

All the tech guys are great. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional work. This was my second install. Very happy. Watch out for James. He wants to be a comedian! These guys are great! Highly recommend this business.

Jack's has been in the same spot and doing good business for a damn long time, as long as I can remember, and for good reason. The last major work (all around tint, low profile sub + custom box + factory look amp volume knob) they did for me was perfect past when the car itself was no longer driveable. I'd never send anyone in the Tyler area anywhere else for anything car audio or tint - let alone go anywhere else myself when I'm in town.

Got train horns installed on my 15 Silverado dually today !! Very pleased with the sound..Derrick,James and the crew were very nice. Had a few problems dealing with my model of truck, but they worked them out !! I highly recommend them for your next install. Took me several visits to make up my mind to do this and they were very patient!!

Yesterday I went into Jack s requesting a simple installation. Not only did they give me a reasonable price and get me in that afternoon, but when complications arose in what should ve been a simple process, they worked late to finish the job. I m absolutely impressed by the customer service of Jack s Stereo.

The guys at this place are so knowledgeable in what they do! From James and Derek in the front to Kasey and Dustin in the back, could not have been more happy with the experience! I stayed with our truck the whole time (about 2 hours) & they talked to me the whole time, keeping me entertained thru the wait & even got me lunch when one of them went out! 10/10 would recommend!!

I was asked to call on Monday to setup an appointment to get my alarm and remote start installed. I called Wednesday and was still able to get an early appointment for Thursday. After dropping my car off I was given an estimated time my vehicle would be ready. Trying to save money I bought everything I needed online. Well in doing that the bypass module was not correct for the vehicle. They had the module in stock so I didn't have to worry about waiting any longer. I dont want to go into the price I paid but I can say it was cheaper than the other authorized dealers I use, i was also advised by Jacks if i didn't use them there were 2 other dealers in the area who could do the installation too. I was sold at that point and knew I can trust these guys and their work.

I came in to figure out why most electronics in my truck randomly quit. They got my truck in and figured out the problem in under 30 min. Super easy to work with, would recommend for anyone looking for repairs or upgrades to your sound system.

I have gone here twice. First time I had a sub and amp installed in my truck and was very pleased with the quality and the sound. My little truck was booming! Second time, I brought my girlfriends car to have a head unit installed after somebody did a hack job trying to put it in ( not using a wiring harness, n cutting all the wires). The work was good and she was very pleased with the sound, but I felt like the price was a little high for just a radio install. Also, was told it would be 1.5-2 hours for the install went up there 2.5 hours later and it wasnt ready, was told 15-20 more minutes, stayed and waited 40minutes, wasnt ready, had to leave for work and told them to call me when it was ready . Ended up taking 4-5 hours and did not receive a call when it was done like I asked of them( not a huge deal but was a bad day to be down a car for that long so it was a problem at the time). They did give her car a much needed vacuuming too and that was cool

the whole system was blown out in my car needed a new radio wires amp plug the subs up and the got it done in less than 3 hours they also stayed an hour over time !! awesome place. will come back in the future.

I really appreciate Derrick and they staff at Jacks' Stereo. I have had a remote start and a stereo with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay installed by these guys. Not only were these great upgrades to my 2007 Toyota Tundra, but the service this team gives is outstanding. I have already referred friends go see them and have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone. Great job, guys!
