Best tow truck company seen on the road so far 01/15/2024 in snow they ve been on the road all day. the truck design nice as hell (i never used them) they also come in groups! never alone

I highly recommend Isaacs Wrecker Services. Troy got on scene quickly and was very efficient in his work. He took time to ensure our motor home was placed securely on his truck and made sure to not do any damage to our RV. The only downside was he got on scene without the proper set of bars to haul our RV properly so had to go back to the shop and get them. While this took some time, I rather he did that instead of making things work. Professional and friendly, Troy is an expert in this field and knew exactly what he was doing. I see how they drive such fancy wreckers charging single mothers $500 when the car wasn t even with them for 24 hours. They are rude and nasty people. Don t choose them when you got Billy Craig s who been here longer and way nicer folks -1 star

Driver of the rotator did an amazing job. We had a unique situation and they responded accordingly! After having trailer issues, days of delays and a rough start to a week ..my load had to be moved to my husbands trailer. These guys did awesome! Had everything switched over in less than an hour! !!! Thank you to the team at Isaacs wrecker service!

We were on the way home from a weekend trip when we experienced car issues in the afternoon, resulting in us being stuck in a small town nearly 2 hours from home. Fortunately we had Triple A... unfortunately they had us waiting for nearly 10 hours, stranded in the middle of the night they informed us that we would not be towed until the afternoon the next day. We would have been stranded for 24 hours... until they finally decided to call this company, though they were not affiliated with Triple A nor in our current location or served the area we needed we go they came to tow us. Our tower, JD called us right away letting us know he was coming having to drive a while out to us and arrived in an hour, he immediately got us hooked up and within 10 minutes we were on our way home finally after 12 hours. He was very understanding of our situation and very easy to talk to, the trip home hardly seemed like 1 1/2 hours, once home he quickly and safely got our vehicle in the driveway. This towing company came to our aid when several others refused (due to distance) and Triple A seemed to favor letting us be stranded for 24 hours. We will be dropping Triple A and from now on we'll just call this guys and pay incase of a similar situation, they made a rather stressful experience end well.

Best wrecker service in East Texas.!!! They had a truck to me within 10 minutes of me calling when my vehicle broke down !!!! Brandon was the operator and he knew exactly what he was doing!! Thank again so much!

This towing company came to my aid. I traveling and had car problems, I originally contact another company with my insurance, they pushed my delay time back 3 additional hours. I called Iaacs Wrecker Services and they came right away. I appreciate the ride and towing. Very professional services. Thank you Mason for your professional services

Brought three trucks to the scene and then left 5 minutes later without picking up any cars. Came back with 2 trucks and picked up the car belonging to the deceased and the other car belonging to a woman who left in a helicopter and left the car belonging to the only unharmed person at the scene. Lied about needing to take my car to where the other two cars were instead of where I wanted it and then released my car to a third party without my permission.

Troy Eubanks with Isaacs Wrecker Service LLC out of DeKalb, TX provided excellent service. Our RV was disabled on the side of US-271 south of Pittsburg, TX. It was dark, cold, and raining and he arrived within an hour. He safely got the RV towed to a Ford Dealership in Longview, TX. He made sure we were ok to spend the night in the RV until the dealership opened the next morning. He would have taken us to a hotel if we wanted. The next morning he called us to make sure we were ok. We also were glad that he took us to Pegues-Hurst Motor Company in Longview, TX. They were able to order parts for the RV and said it would be fixed in about 1 week. The people were very polite and answered all my questions kindly and courteously. I would have put 5 stars but that said I loved it and I don't love the reason I was having to do business there. I would recommend them and use them again.

$110 to come out and jumpstart someone's battery when roadside assistance services typically charge $50 to $80 is a bit much, don't you think? And on a night when all the other wrecker services were tied up with multiple collisions on the interstate? Was Isaacs simply milking the demand by puffing up their rates, or was their availability BECAUSE of motorists passing on them because of their high rates?

He got to the pickup spot really quick and performed like a professional from start to finish with no mistakes or complains. I broke a U-joint in downtown Quitman,TX and we called Isaac's. Dustin arrived really fast and got my Mack ready to tow. He had to cage the brakes and remove the axle spindles. He was very clean, fast and efficient. I hope my company calls Isaac's again if/when we brake down again. I just can't brag on Dustin enough. I have a 1998 Neoplan Cityliner. This was definitely one of the most stressful days of my life and Isaac's stepped up in a major way. I was broken down on a narrow country road, both vehicles are almost 100ft long and the front wheels are nearly 8ft behind the bumper.Gunner struggled with my bus for over three house trying to get it hooked up. Before the night was over, his nerves were just as shot as mine. This guy was relentless and light hearted despite the circumstances. Most importantly, he knew his rig and his equipment. I am extremely gratefully to Isaac's and especially Gunner. If you read this Gunner...I'm calling you if this ever happens again! Service: Special vehicle towing

Isaac's came through for me in a pinch. I was 5 hrs away from home and my car broke down and they were so helpful in taking care of me. A huge huge shout out and thank you to Lane who was so professional and made the process that much easier. Highly recommend if you have towing needs.

July 2cd Isaac wrecker service mistakenly turned down the wrong driveway in a rain storm. The truck was loaded and left my driveway in a mess! One call to Joe Glover and he personally came out to see damages and ordered asphalt for repairs, using his own equipment he fixed my driveway back! Good honest people are hard to came by! This is why you should use Isaacs wrecker service if you don't want to be cheated! Thank you Joe Glover!
