My first experience financing a brand new vehicle from JOD was wonderful! James was my salesman and he did such a great job at providing me all the information I needed! Even after the purchase he s been so helpful in anything I ve needed, so very thankful for this experience. If you re looking for a new or used vehicle, 1000/10 highly recommend this dealership, and James for any of your needs!

Lance Nichols helped me find what I was looking for and did a tremendous job. I thought I wanted a CRV. Though the CRV was nice it was a little low to the ground for my liking. They also didn t have an AWD on the lot, though more were coming as I was told. So I asked if I could test drive this AWD Passport. I immediately knew this was my next vehicle. Lance was super helpful throughout the experience. I got exactly what I expected on my trade and Leo in finance was thorough explaining the terms on my loan as well. Sam was helpful going over the vehicle s features to me before I drove off the lot after the purchase. All in all, a great team! And an easy experience purchasing my new SUV.

My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from here. Our salesman was amazing(Clay). He did an awesome job of getting us approved and trading in my old vehicle. When it was time to sign all of the paperwork the sales manager, Leo went through all of the documents with us to ensure that we understood everything we were signing and of course if we had any questions about anything. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here.

Sam was an amazing salesman. EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all types of cars. An upstanding man with integrity and honest. Very patient and kind. The dealership was VERY fair with us and it was honestly the BEST experience I have ever had with an automobile purchase, and I am 65. Also Leo in finance was honest and fair and very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place.

I want to say big ups to jack of diamonds I bought this car from Chris and man suck a nice guy. Me and him clicked a lot I could tell big prayers to your daughter also. But car is great and paperwork was fast and easy. Sure is my car has no recalls and when they found one they also dig up stress I ll be doing more work with you in the future.

We had a long day of car shopping at other places when I remembered that the new Honda Pilot would be big enough to fit our family of 6. We stopped in at Jack O Diamonds and purchased our new car within the next hour. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Sam for helping us out!

Lance Nichols was great with communication and answering all of our questions regarding the lease of our new Honda. We live 2 hours away and he was very helpful getting it all started by phone and he even had our car waiting for us when we arrived to the dealership. He even came in on his day off for us. We are very happy and we will be back when we are ready for our next Honda.

Found a used truck I liked through FB marketplace that Dillon Craft had posted. I went and seen him on my lunch break and he was very fast and helpful. Got a value for my truck and headed back to work. We discussed numbers through text come to an agreement, and I picked up my new truck after work.UPDATE:I bought my truck Friday evening. On Sunday morning I noticed a huge gouge on one of the wheels that I did not notice when buying the truck. I contacted them Monday and they informed me that there was nothing they can do. If it was cosmetic I would understand. But on these heavy duty trucks, this is a safety issue. For anyone buying used, the Dimond certification is not worth the paper it is printed on. Be thorough when looking over the vehicle. It's easy to be sucked in to the fast talk and smiles. Even at a large and "reputable" dealership.There is probably a reason why there is no place to put a review on their fb and their website reviews are hand selected.

My wife Athena and I are very happy with service provided by Jack O Diamonds. Our 2008 Honda Fit (nicknamed The Champ ) is now over 230,000 miles and continues to run strong thanks to Service Manager Cory and his outstanding team.Dinorah (Service Writer) was, once again, an absolute pleasure to work with. She s always so very personable, professional, and truly on the ball with repair status updates.I ve thanked you personally Cory, but it just never seems like enough. Keep up the great work, and stay cool!

Very friendly and helpful. Seems like a great place to get quality Honda service.OK, they just took service to a whole new level. My Service Advisor (Kat) went above and beyond to recognize my need to not leave my very sick wife. She arranged to have my car delivered to my home to give me a huge blessing and relief. Well done and keep up the customer centric approach.

May 13, 2022-It's now May of 2022 and not much has changed in the service department. I purchased another Honda (2021). The sales guys are always so friendly. JackODimonds now have these signs posted throughout the services sitting area (see attached). Just don't ask why you car is STILL sitting underneath the covered service entry way. Just don't! It would be different if they had said ma'am we're short handed etc. To give an explanation as to why it's taking so long for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Its NOBODY here (see pictures). I just wanted an answer. I have a love hate relationship with this place.When I calm down, I will come back and give a detailed review of my experience.Cory at Jack O' Diamonds took care of me very well. I was satisfied with the service he provided me after my issue.8/2/2018- I drive to JackODimonds after work from my home town which is about an hour away; only to be greeted with a closed sign. For as long as I ve had my car, JackODimonds service department stayed open until 7:00 PM on Tuesday s and Thursday s. Until now! If you live more than an hour away; work until 5; care about spending time with your kids vs sitting at the dealership on a Saturday for lord know how long; and you prefer the dealership to perform most/all of your services for your car?!?!? This is something that s I will take in consideration when i purchase my next car.

Purchased our first Honda from JOD about 2 months ago. Great experience purchasing. I would highly recommend working with Clay. He was great through the whole process. We felt it was very low pressure and just a pretty relaxing experience. I even brought my mom back in a month ago for her to test drive a few different vehicles. We dealt some with Travis on the used car side and Clay again with new. Both guys are great - not pushy just very laid back.

I own Hondas for more than 30 years. Unfortunately the customer service has gone down and down. I took my truck for service today and the girl who attended me, was very rude. I do t know how they get hired. They feel like movie stars and act like they were giving you a favor. I should had asked for Andy. He is great!

Never wish to deal with this dealer again. My husband and mother in law went to purchase our vehicle after our lease expired. Sat there for 4.5 hours signed all of our new contract paperwork and as we are about to leave they say our car that we just purchased from them would not pass inspection for tire tread. It was ridiculous and a scam trying to get us to buy 3 new tires for $538I fought tooth and nail and guess what they finally gave us a passed inspection. They knew they were in the wrong but pushed me to get assertive before they would give me our inspection and temp tag

The only place I will purchase a vehicle from. My life long friend runs the show there and is a straight shooter, not your typical salesman. His team there at JOD and Honda are well versed and professional from sales to finance. Just purchased my 3rd car there. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Go check em out.

Where are all the vehicles ? Obviously not any of the Honda dealerships. The supply is there just not there if I own those dealerships I think I would want some kind of product to sell not just empty parking spaces

Both Joe's were great in helping me find a vehicle that fits my budget and a payment plan I can afford. No BS selling, they are upfront, honest, and reliable people. I've been to Jack O Diamonds abt 3 times now and everytime I get great, down to earth service with any of the salespeople!

Bad the sold certified vehicle to me and wast not tires bad no antifreeze tire sensor bad. Them y trying to trade in and the tell me all that and y saying that s way y get from y all. Drive it on for 6k miles Only. And the check my credit just to lower my inquiries bad. Real and the mad because y don t take it the truck

Always the Best Honda Dealership Ever in Texas. Prople are very Nice and never oversell anything. Prices are very reasonable. The Lounge is clean and have snacks, coffee. My default dealership for Honda Service.

Watch out! They will tell you anything to get you to buy a car and lie to you about warranty coverage. Then when you go to get service they act like what we didn't say that. Totally lost my trust!

Their service department has the worst time management. I've ever seen at a dealership. If you call their service manager Corey. All he'll do is give u excuses. As to why they can't keep people or bring on new service technicians. If yall were going to keep my car for 3 days. After telling me. It would be done by the end of the day. I should have been notified, but I get a call less then an hour before you close to tell me they dont know when it will be done. So I called and talked to GM. Got a call afterwards from Corey(their service manager)with more excuses as to why. His department couldn't have it ready in that time frame. As well as him telling me. I could always go somewhere else. Well your right I can, and I will. I'll also make sure to let everyone I know to avoid you like the plague! I've never had to deal with a dealership with such bad time Management problem. Then just to be met with excuses, rude behavior, and lack of communication. I've also reached out to friends and family. Who have bought from JOD. Their sales department sounds shady as well.

Service Center has been good but have never been able to buy a car here as they do not give fair trade in values and not willing to give much on their sticker prices. Have had great experiences elsewhere buying Hondas.
