I really wanted to keep this place a secret, but here ya go. Rolled in with a check light on at 2:00 Friday. 2 hours later the diagnosis was in. They promised the work to be completed by Saturday morning, so I approved it. I only gave 4 stars because they didn't call me when the job was done. Big thank you to David, who stayed after 5 to finish the repair. Job well done!

There are only 2 places we trust with our truck with this place is one of them it s our number 1 place 2nd is Tucson. Hall Volvo never has a long wait cause everyone really does do there job efficiently and gets you back to making money and it s done right & if they find something else they let you know! Best overall and we ve been out here 20 yrs we will limp here if we can make it and we live in Ga. We d rather have to rent a car to drive home knowing our truck is in GREAT HANDS!

I recommend these guys to everyone who will lend an ear. I was just laid off, and in desperate need of a job. They didn't have an opening in the maintenance department, but took my resume, pulled some strings and got me a job as a mechanic with another company that the Manager had a working relationship with. He bet on me when I really needed it, and is the reason why I got my CDL, and my life on track. That one meeting when I was at my absolute lowest, and the Maintenance Manager wouldn't let me leave without helping out a person in need. Thank-you Hall!

After a rocky start with Hall, I want to say on every level this company the does care about their customers. My experience with Karl Helm, parts manager, was exceptional. He got in touch with me after I left the day before unhappy, Karl was a manager that all should strive to emulate. He addressed my con earns and corrected the mistakes made in a timely and efficient manner. I really feel that he heard me and wanted to make everything right. He went above and beyond the call of duty. So I bought the parts I needed from him happily. When that part failed, due to a manufacturing defect i was blown away. Mr.Helm had no hesitation about getting in his truck and driving an hour and a half to bring me the replacement part. His actions were awesome. Although I spoke harshly of Chris before I truly believe he was sorry for my previous visit and that he will be more careful in the future. Let me say one more thing and that is if you need quality parts and caring service Hall does have it all and they will stand behind the customer service they give. I definitely recommend Hall for all of yourtruck parts. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Mr. Helm for all you did for me.

I Spoke with the sales rep Dave Hall. I was looking for a box truck which they had & I got approved from another dealer in a different state. I told him to please tell the financing department over at Toyota to explain my situation but Dave told me I could really care less if I get the sale or not. In my experience terrible customer service could care less if I bought a truck through there dealer ship. My recommendation don t do business with them.

Called last minute for a clutch fan assembly replacement and they were able to fit me right in. While I was there they were also able to boost my pulling power in my volvo and fix 2 other things that over all made my truck run better. Thank you Frank and Dave

On July 18,2019. Brought my Work Truck in for AC issue. Blower not functioning properly. Service Tech able to get me in ASAP. He said that the screens and cabin filter stopped up. They serviced the filter and cleaned the screens. It cold now. Thanks Hall for the quickness of getting truck back to me. National Memorial and Planning,Canton TX 75103

10 days downtime for a simple repair. Brake adjustment incorrect and deadly. air bag check hyperextended. diff seal replaced leaked when I got home. signed in on mon. called me a liar they said wed. charged 145 for air bag adj. called me a liar said they do not charge for that. And told me I could come back and they would fix everything. REALLY! I lost 7000.00 in revenue already. The unprofessional staff is mindboggling. Too bad there is no negative star rating.

I highly recommend Dave Delozier here, brought my truck in for repairs. Dave and his team did a fantastic job at getting my truck in and out in a very timely manner. He also kept me updated constantly on my truck's status at all times. I will be coming back to this shop for future repairs

We live in Iowa and purchased a used truck site unseen from Hall's. Worked with Shannon Carlson. The truck was just as Shannon said it would be. A great person to work with. I would highly recommend Hall truck center. A+ in my book.

if it is possible I give ZERO star because the sales man made a deel of VOLVO 630 WITH ME. PRICE WAS DONE . AFTER 3 HOURS HE SENT ME A MASSAGE THAT TRUCK HE SOLD TO OTHER CUSTOMER.I ASKED HIM TO TAKE DEPOSIT TO BOOK AND HOLD THE TRUCK. BUT HE SAID NO NEED DEPOSIT ,VERY BAD.BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.i got email from owner and he solved my problem.thanks HALL

I took my motorhome for repairs in June. Dash was done. My dash air was worked on which is not what needed work. Now bill is huge and they will not work with me so I can get out. Also, had other extended warranty work needed to be done, what they told warranty people is not what is wrong with the items. My roof air was the one needing repair. Don't think these people know what they are doing on motorhomes, but I was told they could repair things needed to be done. Also have called and no one calls me back to try and work with me. Would not take anything else to them. I would not give them a good rating.

Nice place to stop and get fixed up that's if they can get the parts grrr .Friendly staff nice waiting room mechanics seem to know there stuff unfortunately they couldn't get my truck fixed because parts were not available or I would give them 5 stars

I had a old box truck taken in to be diagnosed and they told me to start off by changing out plugs and wires because it was an old truck and it would have issues. Before taken in I had a tune up done because it started having issues. If I wanted to hear that I could have just taken it to a small mechanic shop I stead of the dealership.

Took my truck in 2 twice for diagnosis for the same thing, they told me nothing was wrong both times and charged me for it. I took my truck somewhere else and they found that both left and right leaf spring bushings are bad, both front shocks and their is air in my return fuel line meaning bad valves witch is contributing to my low mpg, also my computer firmware was out of date and that is something that pops up when they connect their computer to it. I wanted to make them the only place I let work on my truck because they where close to home but that won't happen they are thieves at this place.

I get all my big /truck trailer annual inspections done here. Reasonable prices and good turnaround.People are nice and gave me a ride back to the shop when I had to leave one overnight!

The service was outstanding got me in that morning and out next day. Can't say enough about the mechanic that worked on my truck. Wish all shops had more technicians like her.

Brought truck in due to check engine light coming on, I checked code myself n confirmed with another Volvo that it was a code issue with my turbo. Dan tells me it was a problem with def, then the next day there mechanic says the truck is fixed n it was just a wiring issue charged me $591.00. Of course I get few hundred miles away n check engine light comes back on....just stay away

To the idiot wrecklessly driving the truck in this company vehicle license plates GCF-1628 at on 12/07/2016 stopped at the intersection of Loop 323 and FM 14.. GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE you are swerving in to people's lanes. Also, don't drive 10 miles under the speed limit when I'm behind you simply because I wouldn't let you dangerously cut me off because you suck at making driving decisions. THANK YOU.

The worst place came in for oil change and they told me need to change EGR sensor & made some stuff up charge me $7000 and held me for six days and did not work on the truck more than six hours .did not care that I'm stock 1500 miles away from home not recommended slow and lazy.

Bought the truck 3 weeks ago with promise that everything was fixed on the truck (oil and air leak), very next day I noticed same problem, came back and with help from General M. problem was solved.Thanks Mr. Dean Cafourek
