These guys are awesome. The service staff is friendly and the service tech entertained entertained my curiosity.Being mechanically curious in nature I stood outside of the service bay in the parking lot watching the service mechanic. He was very thorough and very confident what he was doing!

I was really thankful, these guys got me in and ready to roll with a last minute appointment.I went in for an alignment and they did an excellent job, I am highway ready. Highly recommend . The gentleman that did my alignment was super friendly.

Goolsby had my truck 3 weeks never called back after multiple attempts to get answer from chip ! Caught in flat out lie when I called and had just driven by , chip said , we are working on it as we speak . He lied it never moved from where tow truck dropped it . I have been long term customer and will never return ! It s like the bobble heads up front are on something They have no customer service skills Hey chip , why not just say we can t fix it instead of blowing smoke and flat out evasion from truth The end

Only reason that I didn t give them the full 5 stars is due to the mechanics error. I went in with a nail in 1 tire and asked them to go ahead and rotate the tires since I was about 1,000 miles away from needing a rotation. Waited an hour and they told me I was good to go. The individual went to ring me up when he noticed that they didn t even rotate the tires. He asked me to give them just a minute and he took it back to them for the rotation. I appreciate the guy at the counter for spotting the error and taking action rather than waiting to see if I caught the mistake. Nowadays there aren t many people willing to do that for you as it s a race to get people in and out rather than quality.

I went to pick up couple tires for friend so my only experience was to go in, pay for tires, they loaded me up and I was on my way. Friendly & courteous

I called the day before. They had to order my tires in and said it is first come- first serve and yo cone in at 9:30. I was there at 9:30 and the parking lot was full, people in the waiting room and at the desk. When it was my turn at the desk they took my keys and set to work on my new tires. Took about an hour to put two new tires on the front and rotate old front tires to the back. All in all I give them 5 stars for STELLAR service.

Good service professional employees and Brian does the alignment on my 18 wheeler.If he ever goes anywhere else to work I will follow him. His good work has saved me 100's on my tire cost

Called around for estimates. Goolsbee offered the best value on a full set of truck tires. It was a typical 30 minutes before the truck was serviced and 30 minutes in the bay. Turn-around time was the typical hour. The service tech, Kasey, was polite, professional, and personable. Overall good experience.

The team they have put together both in sales and service is second to none. Always very helpful and upfront with service needed and quotes !I have been using them for over 20 years and have never had to go back for any issues !Scott hats off to you and your team !

Got here a little later then I wanted thought for sure I be waiting for ever but as busy as they were they still got my car in pretty good time I was impressed with them from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by 2 of the employees and asked what brought me to them today and I told him and talked a minute with him he was very well informed about the task at hand and was able to clear up a couple things I had concerns about all in all just my first 5 minutes here has been amongst the greatest dealings I've encountered with tire/mechanics shops and this is all still just me in the office with office hands I went outside to smoke figuring I'd be in for at least a small wait b4 they could get it into the shop when as I had barely made it around the building the mechanic was headed to get my car already he took it around to his bay and I went in to bathroom which also was a shocking surprise as it was sparkling clean not whats expected at an old tire shop but this place I had already noticed was not your average shop I've been here b4 years ago but couldn't remember alot about it other than Mr.Goolsbee himself came out to welcome us as we pulled up and to see what we needed it's been 15 or 16 years ago but I still remember that I thought it was very impressive that man that started it all was welcoming us and tending to us he didn't have to do that but did ill never forget how great I thought that was this owner still wants his customers to be welcomed and attended to soon as they pulled in A+ then to come here so many yrs later and they still seem to carry on his customer service values that's a great thing to me ,and they just held that same wonderful work ethic and customer service value all the way until the job was done and I was able to thank shop crew and office crew for a job that exceeded any expectations I had when I arrived. I don't care if you need a new tire or u need a complete front end rebuild

Love these guy's!!! So helpful! They are great about explaining things so you can understand, and they will even show you to make sure you understand what's going on with your vehicle. They have never treated me poorly or like I was stupid because I'm a female. The only place I send my daughter for service, I need to know she's safe and the work is done RIGHT! Highly recommend Goolsbee Tire!!

I've never found a place in Tyler that I could trust (on multiple occasions) with my car until I started going to Goolsbee. These guys will go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Most places will only tell you the bare minimum of what's going on, but Scott always gives you peace of mind by going into extensive detail about the situation. Thank you Goolsbee for always being the best!!

A long standing business in our community with friendly staff and knowledgeable shop mechanics. I have used this place for many years since my father first introduced me as a youth. I feel pricing is honest and competitive for the type of work they perform. Definitely a place I trust with my vehicles concerns and service.

Locally Owned <-- Very importantThe gentleman I spoke with was courteous & informative.The gentleman who was present when I went to the shop, was equally courteous. They were upfront regarding discrepancies from my initial phone call a week prior.I am highly pleased with the service I received. And I will continue to use them for my vehicle's needs.

The customer service at Goolsbee is impeccable! Chip was so wonderful and kind. He explained the product very well. He had great manners. The whole place had a wonderful atmosphere. I would go back and recommend to others!!!!! Awesome experience

I went to them on Jan 25th 2022 and they were so kind to me. They fixed my mobil van right up and now it drives so much better and quiet :)They also let me have a room to myself & let me use there personal phone charger so I could have my video therapy session!I will definitely be using them in the future for my van

I noticed on my break that my tire on my truck was flat. I called here, and they were extremely polite and professional. Went above and beyond to take care of me. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you, Scott, for everything!

Needed work done to my truck that guys at Goolsbee would not normally do, but they were quick to help me out. Without charging an arm and a leg to do so. Despite the fact they had several other customers they got me in and out very quickly. Everyone there very respectful, very polite and very courteous. I'm already planning to return for my the next required service on my vehicle. Thank you Drew for all your assistance in helping with the maintenance on my truck. See you again soon!

I was in a big bind with a bad tire and couldn t get to a tire shop due to work. I had to go out of town early my next day off. They came to my job and did all the work and really helped me out. They are very nice guys and very professional. They also charged me a reasonable price! I m so greatful for their help. I will definitely take my business back there and I will recommend them to anyone who needs services!Service: Tires

The folks at Goolsbee always welcome walk-ins with a timely greeting and service set up. I ve found them to be honest and pretty accurate with estimates of time and charges. If service is needed but not imperative for safety they will ask again which course I want to take.

I'm a repeat customer, today purchasing a new set of tires. Service is fast and professional, and staff very friendly and accommodating. Am very satisfied with the tires I purchased. *** I will note that I comparison priced prior to buying, and factoring in the service after the sale, including free road hazard and rotations the for life of tires, the slightly higher price will well be worth it during the life of the tires, ultimately saving me money.

Everytime I drive over to Goolsbee. The wait time is very short and they always polite. The service is great. Me being a woman. The guys goes into thorough detail and the problem that is going on with my vehicle. They treat me right every time. THANKS GUYS!!!!
