To my fellow truck drivers. Use any other goodyear but this one or go to southern tire mart. This is the worst tire shop ive ever been to and this is coming from someone who lives local to this one.

The manager of that place has a very bad and stupid attitude, I think it's also a bit racist..I stop by to get air for my Box Truck and I I told him that I am going to pay for that and the angry man told his worker to do it quickly so that he could get me out of that place.I think that a manager should teach his employees how to treat his clients with respect, that is why I do not recommend that place at all.

Custom service was/ is trash. Local business owners not welcomed. The guys getting dirty are the heroes. Desk and office personnel not so much. Will take my hard earned dollars else where.

Horrible experience here. Arrived on time for my appointment but they did not begins working on my truck for 30 minutes. The sad thing is I was the only customer there. They damaged my wheels when installing my tires and argued with me for over 30 minutes about it. The sad thing is that the amazingly poor customer service was from the manager (DJ). I have never been treated so poorly by any business in my life.

Yesterday we needed help adjusting our travel trailer hitch because we did not have the proper tools to fix on our own. We were loosing a bit of sleep trying to figure out how to adjust the hitch. Without the proper adjustment we had a safety issue. We stopped at Goodyear to see if they would be willing to help. After taking a quick look at our hitch to understand what we needed the shop told us they could help. Their willingness to help us out at our time of need was greatly appreciated! Thanks to the good folks at Goodyear we can travel down the road with greater peace of mind.

I was nervous going here for tires bc of the lower rating on here but they were great. Got me in next day and took time to explain to me what I needed to know about my new tires!

I will return here for all my tire needs in the future the staff are friendly and efficient Sarah took care of the paperwork quickly and Kyle (manager) was a genuine friend along with the entire staff.

Came in to BUY air needed some air in a tire guy is inside not doing nothing and says he only has one guy and is on a service call that it would be a wile yet while he s sitting there not doing anything totally don t recommend
