My 1st time adding after market leather. OUTSTANDING, LOVE IT, looks like it came with my truck when I bought it, and prices are not that bad. The quality looks like I paid a bunch more....just sayin.

Purchased an ARE shell for my Tacoma 2 years ago. Had to bring the truck in due to some overhead clearance issues I had at DFW airport. (yes, I knocked the shell loose in a parking garage). Jonathan and the guys got me in quickly and back in business. I will also be using them for my interior upgrade.

Worst customer service and communication. When I told him how bad the customer service has been he stated he was not worried about it because he was a big dealer and has been biggest dealer in past 40 years. He would not answer phone calls or return voice mails for scheduling and when to pick up my truck. Had to have Katzkin call and get involved because it was so bad. Would not recommend using this company. Will definitely go elsewhere for all future installs, especially since he stated he s so busy and doesn t need the business.Services: Custom upholstery design, Upholstery installation

If your car isn't a model of their preference, they won't take it. Said they can't get material for my seats! Upholstery isn't by make or model. I'm smarter than that.

Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job putting my Katzkin leather seats in..Also added heated and cooled front seats where I had none! Will continue to use Faries for my future needs...
