You can't find better people to work your glass. Best price and friendly. You can't beat them. I had to return to them now because some 18 wheeling mother trucker threw a rock up at my new glass. Thanks to Richard at Elite Auto Glass, you can hardly notice they nicked me! Thanks so much for a 2nd time! See you next time I'm in trouble!

I came to Elite Glass Auto for a windshield replacement. Their quote was over 50% cheaper compared to competitors. Customer service was OUTSTANDING. Robert and Larry were professional, straight to the point, and courteous. I drop my car off at 1pm and received a text by 2pm my car was ready. I was concerned because my car has a front camera needing to be detach during installation. No issues at all. Everything is working properly. I will definitely recommend Elite Auto Glass to anyone needing services.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Looked this place up on Google and was totally happy with my entire experience. Mr. Robert was amazing the whole experience he looked at my windshield damage and quoted me a very affordable price. Ordered my windshield and the following week I was able to comeback to get it installed in no time. Fast, efficient, friendly, honest, and good quality. Great local glass replacement and repair place. Totally recommend this place it was my first ever glass replacement and I couldn't be more satisfied. Got a chip in my windshield on the way to Tyler and wanted to get it fixed before it cracked. I got to my appointment right on time, but the open sign was already off and doors locked (this was before closing time). I called the store and nobody picked up. Had my dad call and a guy picked up and said he was just here 5 minutes ago. I had been waiting at least the last 10 minutes and was not even late either, so I have to assume they just forgot about my appointment, or perhaps they felt a simple chipped windshield was not worth their time. Either way, unprofessional and wasted my time.

Got a rock chip on the way to Tyler. We went to another glass shop but found that we needed an appointment. Went to Elite Auto Glass. They got us right in and filled the chip with apoxy. Looks good. Barely can see where the chip was. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

One word, EXCELLENT! This crew did a Fantastic job replacing my windshield in a very short time. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Staff was so friendly and the prices were very affordable. I would recommend them to anybody!

Had several dings in my windshield repaired of the years at Elite. Finally had a new windshield installed. Very professional staff not only replaced the windshield, but vacuumed my truck. Awesome experience would highly recommend.

Where do I start?? From the initial call, to dropping it off (I could've waited they were so quick) everything was AMAZING!! They cared about not overcharging and took the time to ask questions about sensors. The other places were going to charge $400 more. They saved me a huge chunk of cash and even vacuumed the car and put my registation sticker on. Best place to go!!!
