Please read . This was an awful experience at this body shop, the staff was unprofessional and did a terrible job on our Lexus GX460, bolts were missing or not installed. I took pictures and emailed them to the Body Shop manager, he did not even reply or apologize for the poor work they did on our 60k automobile. I highly recommend you take your Toyota or Lexus to Longview or a much more reputable body shop.

I'm revising my initial review. Our first experience wasn't satisfactory, but Gustavo, and his Manager, Drew immediately reached out to me. They looked at my car, admitted that it wasn't repaired properly, and offered to take care of it. They didn't argue, or point blame, but simply told me that it'd be taken care of. They even offered a rental, at no cost.I picked up my vehicle today, and it looked awesome. They stood by their word, and made things right. Customer service at its finest!Service: Body & Trim

Best experience I've ever had at a body shop, you would never know the whole side of my truck got caved in. Places like inside the door on the bottom side paint, metal work, seals, gaskets everything is perfect
