Worst place I've ever been. You can bet i will drive to Dallas for all the services on my jeep. So utterly disgusted with how customers are treated. I spent $560 on parts to fix a friend's car. they told me i had to prepay for the parts, so i did. Then they told me nevermind the original estimate of $1500 is now $7000. When we asked if they could just fix the part we asked, they said no and to come get the car. So, for no work. No labor. And pre paid part. They could only give me $120 back on the parts i pre paid for, and the justification was that the rest was for labor. Labor, that wasn't ever done. I guess i paid $440 for lifting the car up on a rack, doing nothing to it, and bringing it back down. It's utterly ridiculous. I wouldn't even suggest this place to my worst enemy. And i will be telling anyone that listens about my experience and to not waste their time or money here.

Absolutely terrible experience! Called 3 times with no answer, had to get another department to transfer me and still no answer. Made an appointment online just for it to get automatically cancelled, twice in a row. On top of that, they said they would take multiple days just to look at a check engine light, however with the lack of communication and cancellations wouldn t be surprised if it takes longer (if I can ever get an appointment)!

Still under construction. Had to go in and interrupt service center staff to get attention and there was no main reception desk. When I went to try to schedule service, their parts and waiting area desk staff told me to go across the bay and find someone to help me. Appoitment wasn't available until a week later. The dodge service center in Mineola had next day appointments available.

Been trying to get ahold of anyone and when the call finally went through they picked up and hung up the phone.

Had our 2007 Dodge dually there for 3 weeks finally they called and said they did not know what was wrong but gave an estimate of 15,000.00 to just start changing out parts. We will never use this business again.

While I wish I could get discount on parts they tend to have what I need when I get in a bind.

The service department needs better organization and communication. I made M appointment 2 weeks in advance. Arrived early the appointment was for 8am they didn't start on my vehicle until afternoon. My vehicle stayed overnight. No one told me it was going to be lengthy, no one offered a loaner car, if I knew it was staying overnight I would have scheduled a different time.Shorthanded and COVID are excuses that are no longer valid. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance....very disappointed.

Their customer service and work is amazing. I went in to get my check engine light looked at. Chris was awesome at letting me know what the issue was and if it was covered by my warranty.I went to get my car serviced Friday but was worried I wouldn't make an appointment at 1p, but Chris let the mechanic know I needed to leave by 12p; I was out of there by 1030p with the engine light off! I highly recommend going to them for your car needs!!

Quick and easy, but I'm changing this from a 5 star to a 3 star. I referred my sister, she bought a vehicle. I'm supposed to get a referral check, even signed the paper acknowledging that I'm supposed to receive a check. Its been 3 months and I never receive a call back when I leave voicemails. I dont think they're going to send us our money.

Every time I come here it's a 7 day wait. I go to palastine Toyota and I'm in and out, and they give me a loaner car if it takes time to get parts. I wonder how they have customers!

I went there for an oil change on a Dodge with a Hemi. Showed up at 1:20pm. They finally got it in the bay at 3pm. Didn't get out until after 3:30pm. Staff were nice and courteous. Just highly disappointed in how long it took.

Needed my jeep serviced. Drove up at 5:30 PM met by the service manager by 5:32. He took the jeep, inspected, serviced and rotated the tires and I was out the door by 5:50. Friendly, courteous, fast.Thank you

Salesman was nice until it came to purchase :: waited on rtn call.. was willing to jump back on it when I looked at financing outside of dealership.. stayed could run through financially place once due to dinging your credit.. I got hit by 5 ::

My experience was not so favorable. There was miscommunication amongst the service department. They seemed disorganized and slow to complete the work. Kept truck for most of the day after trying to schedule an appointment just to replace a USB outlet.

They had my car for 5 months putting in a new warranty engine, pick it up and the tail light is broken. Drop off just fine, picked up with broken light. They tell me the light will do that. They spent $10,500 on repairs, but a $135 tail light that was on their property during the repair was my problem.

I just called for my 2016, Ram 1500 HEMI for RECALL service. It was very difficult to get connected to the service center. When I was finally successfully transferred, Tim answered the phone and was rude.
