Most terrible customer service ever. Blond lady at reception was rude from the start talked to use rudely. When I asked for estimate in case insurance didn't cover all that's all she wanted know what insurance. I stated that doesn't matter what if I'm paying cash. Walked out never will I ever tell anyone to go there. Guess what we had the cash to get work done. All because someone doesn't know how to talk to customers and provide excellent customer service to gain their business. Pleasing customers with information is all it would have taken in this instance for this establishment to gain our business today.

The estimator was Samantha Garland. Her professionalism, the accuracy of her estimate and the environment instilled trust and confidence in me. I m a former body man and know what a difference a good estimator can have on the process. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on the East side.

I didn't feel welcomed at this facility. This is where I was told to take my vehicle by my ins company. Even when I told the service writer problems that I had found, he ignored me and didn't write them down, thus having to order that part after he thought the vehicle was finished.

Every part of my experience was exceptionally pleasant! Great service, great communication, and a great job of making my vehicle look as if it had never been damaged.

Insurance told me to take the car here is the only reason I did. Had a hail storm come through town and they called my wife and I saying the car sustained hail damage and we would need to open another claim. We went up to see the damage for ourselves and could not see any damage, and then we were told that our vehicle had not been assessed for hail damage yet??? One of the ladies at the front is the most hostile/rude individual, the other blond lady isn t bad. Anyways, I let my insurance company know what s going on with these guys because it s shady shady.

This place went above and beyond! It's better than it was before and that's a fact. The moment they came to an agreement with the insurance company, they wasted no time to get it done! Mr. Tanner did a good job on the car. Great work...looks like new.I gave a 3 star because I had issues with the date to pick up the car. I called to find out when the car will be ready, received a text telling me to pick it up on Tuesday then late evening I received a text changing pick up day to Wednesday. Called to confirm about the pick up day then changed to Thursday. And every time I called, the lady on the phone was very rude, talking to me like a child. On the day of pick up, the lady was not there since the ladies there were so professional and welcoming.

Update on the most recent visit. Poor customer service and incomplete job. A complete 180� from my previous visit. My car has still not been completely repaired. According to the rep they are waiting for a sensor for my windshield camera. It has over a full year now and nobody has followed up. I had to call several times and I get the same excuse. Honda Accords are not so rare that a front camera sensor would be impossible to obtain. I had to use packing clear tape to attach this other sensor back to my windshield after picking up my car while having to wait for the camera sensor to arrive. I brought it to the reps attention when I pointed out the dangling sensor and they stated that it would be fixed when the sensor camera arrived.

Got into an accident near Tyler on my way home (I live 4 hours away). Had my car dropped at this Caliber location, took a rental home, and dealt with the repairs over the phone. Diana was assigned to my vehicle and she was awesome every step of the way! Great communication, kept me informed throughout the process and was always very helpful.The quality of the work and repairs were top notch. My front end was restored and looked good as new! My front hood has an electronic sensor that requires a wire to be plugged in otherwise the vehicle thinks the hood is open. Its very easy for a technician to miss.Once I got my car back home and realized the hood issue, I called up Diana and she was on top if it! She reached out to a local Caliber branch near me, got them to send a tech out to my work and took care of it right there in the parking lot.The repairs come with a warranty that last as long as you own the vehicle. Coupled with the fact that Caliber has so many locations, if you are out of town, move, etc. and need help - they got you covered.5/5 for Diana5/5 for the repairsServices: Electrical, Body & Trim

Very disappointed with the experience. Vehicle was not completed on the day promised, even though I drove over an hour to pick it up. Parts took a long time to arrive(not their fault), but there didn t seem to be any urgency to complete the work quickly once they got the parts in considering I had waited well over a month at that point. Overall it took two months to get it back. Absolute nightmare .

My mother had her car repaired at Caliber Collision in New Braunfels, but had her back hatch door break while in Tyler. The door was locked in an upward position, close-able because a stripped bolt. Thank you front desk, management, and Arnulfo for driving to the grocery store parking lot to temporarily re-thread and replace the bolt. Now she can safely get home, and her local Caliber can re-access and repair. Thanks yall!

They replaced a large portion of the rear bumper and side body on our 2015 Prius. They made the whole process as quick, seamless, and painless as possible. They ordered the parts in a timely manner, held onto them while we waited to get our car back from an issue with the dealership, and STILL had it finished ahead of schedule. And let me tell you this car looked completely BRAND NEW inside and out when they finished with it, not just the portion that was replaced due to damage. The staff were very nice, friendly, and professional as well. 10/10 recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They made my car look brand new. Everyone was extremely nice and kept me informed every step of the way.The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I feel like the price did not justify the repairs. It was over $8500 to fix a small dent. My dad works on cars and he said there was no reason it should have cost that much. I understand insurance was paying but I could tell that they were overcharging the insurance company.I definitely recommend them for repairs, however if cost is an issue, I would look somewhere else.

My world's most beautiful truck was almost totaled in an accident. These guys resurrected it and made it the most beautiful celestial truck again. I love my truck and Caliber Collision returned her to me like new. I couldn't believe it could be done, but they did it. Amazing work and first class customer service by a world class team.
