I am so thoroughly impressed with Caliber Collision. They took care of me and made the process of getting my bumper fixed absolutely painless and stress free. Mike from Caliber Collision practically held my hand through the whole process. He checked in with me every day with calls and texts because he knew how important staying in the know was for me. I can honestly say that I now consider Mike a good friend. I felt like I was Caliber Collision s top priority every time I visited or called. I have never experienced such quality customer service, attention to detail, and knowledgeable repair work in my life. Thank you Caliber Collision. You are TOP NOTCH.

I was very pleased with the crew and the work they did. They even had a nice gentleman that bought my car when it was ready. The team at Caliber were excellent, the work was great and they restored my vehicle back to the condition it was when I purchased it. Joseph stayed in constant communication updating me about my vehicle. They gave me a pick up date and my vehicle was ready on that day. I will definitely be recommending their services to family and friends.

They repaired the dent, but my car is not been the same and I guess never will be. There's a noise in the front wheel well where they did the work. I've tried so hard to keep this car up that's been in the family forever: upholstery has been redone, dents removed, and new paint job. Now I guess I'll have to get rid of it due to Caliber's workmanship.

Someone hit me in front of the Walmart in Kilgore Texas so Geico gave me a choice of body shops to use and this was the one I chose. Mike from Caliber Collision was very thorough and explaining to me what was to be repaired, walked me through the estimate, and even showed me some of the differences with the repairs. I was very pleased with the work that was done, I was informed every step of the way, and my vehicle looked like it had never been hit like it was on the front right passenger side. I'll say that I was very pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision and I recommend them to anyone else wishing to get their vehicle repaired well.

We went to the Frankston Hwy location and were not disappointed! Everyone was so professional and friendly. Mike was phenomenal throughout the process, from start to finish. AWESOME! Janna Johnson & David Gallegos were the best service people I ve ever dealt with in car repairs. In the beginning I had an issue with the rental car but Jenna got me taken care of immediately. David and his service guys I will forever be indebted too. Please if you re thinking about using Caliber Collision (Hwy 155), go ahead and use them you want be disappointed. But ALWAYS ask for Enterprise on the loop, stay away from Front St. Enterprise Rental. Although, the gentleman at Enterprise was extremely helpful his managers were NOT friendly and their cars were HORRIBLE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision in Tyler, TX on Frankston Hwy were the best!!! They were professional and friendly. Their prices are affordable compared to other places in Tyler. They got my 16 year old car looking brand new. Got my car back in 3 days, and the work done on my car includes a lifetime warranty!!!! A big thanks to Michael and the other team members for taking care of my car with a smile. In my opinion, best place in Tyler!!!!

If you don't get your car repaired at Caliber Collision you should. I just moved here and used to go to the location in Wylie, but they have the same excelled standard of customer service. I was able to get my rear mirror fixed quickly and they did an excellent job! Thank you David for your kindness and for getting my car fixed up. I will definitely be back here.

The service here is amazing! I could not have asked for anyone better. Ozzy helped me out through the entire process of getting my car fixed. I had my car back in less than six days. With the damage that was done, I was not expecting my car to be back for two weeks. They did an amazing job on my car. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy with this place! The service is excellent. The work looks great.My truck got hit in a parking lot and my door was damaged. I had to find a new body shop since Davis-Green is no more. Come to find out the service manager at this location used to work there.Caliber Collision did fantastic. They dealt with the insurance company and got my truck fixed in one week. When I dropped the truck off David rode with me to Enterprise to get my rental truck, and then drove my truck back to Caliber. Fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication during the whole process. When I picked the truck up they even let me leave my rental at the body shop and told me they would take care of it.The body work and paint looks as good as new. Can t even tell the there was ever any damage. They even fixed some other paint scratches that were already there in the process. The entire truck was detailed inside and out.10/10 would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ugh dealing with insurance companies sucks. Once they realize that it's not your fault which can take a while. Taking it to this shop was good. The lady who helped us was cool and helped out with questions and there was free coffee. The process went well and would take my car back again but I hope not accidents are not fun.
