We are so glad we chose JD Byrider. Such a great experience & I would recommend everyone I know that needs a vehicle.We have our second vehicle & we are really enjoying it. Go see them & let them put you in a car that will fit your everyday needs

First off I would like thank Matt for making sure I get in a car true enough. But what I didn t like about the whole situation is before I purchased the vehicle it I had mentioned that I wasn t gonna be able to make the first payment due to the temporary holiday break and that I can make my first payment as soon as I return back to work and they made it seem like everything was gonna cool and proceeded to still get me in a vehicle. When I returned back to work and got my check the first thing I do is make sure I go make my first car payment. I read the contract asked questions and you guys still proceeded to put me in the vehicle and I enjoyed the vehicle I wanted to make sure I kept it but due to the fact that they wasn t trying to work with me til I got my first check coming back to work and said I had 3 payments due within 20 days of having the vehicle was just outrageous so basically they was looking for vehicle when I pulled off the lot with the vehicle. I got paid weekly and every two weeks got two jobs either way I was gonna make sure I pay my car notes and I felt it was unfair and I was cheated out of my money and I been without a vehicle for 6 months I been looking for a vehicle like crazy and one of their customers recommended me to come here because I was told they will make sure you will get in a vehicle if you guys knew I was gonna be out for two weeks because I did mention that to them then why did y all even still proceed the process..smh I do thank Matt but the general manager wasn t no help neither. Wasn t trying to hear my situation didn t care and that s not professional of him at all.

If I could give zero I definitely would. Do NOT waste your time. They are not mindful of your time at all. They try to ask WAY too many personal questions and lie repeatedly. I spent several days working with Byrider and it was the worst most stressful experience I ve ever been through.I went across to another dealership nearby and was in and out with a new nicer car, far better warranty, and it only took me 1 hour.

Absolutely amazing. They found a way to yes for me to into a newer vehicle. They made sure it was in my budget! I couldn t be any happier with this decision. Everyone was friendly. Kept up with amazing service. If I could do 10 stars, I would! Thank you.

So I was here 4yrs ago and didn't have a great experience....4yrs later I decided to give this place one more try because my mom purchased her vehicle from Byrider and still has her car today(bought in 2016). I'm a first time car buyer and Ayla was very patient & kind. The process was a bit long but I think that was expected. I will say this: Be prepared to have 12 references (with addresses/phone number/etc..), proof of income, & to be interviewed twice. They do make sure that you understand what your getting yourself into before you leave and that you are able to afford your new car. I loved my experience, I'm inlove with my new car, thank you so much Ayla, your the best!

Definitely great customer service with Matt. Everyone else treated me really well. Was willing to work with me and what I had. I really like that they gave a warranty that covers many important things for up to 36000 miles. Also they have a service center which you don't see often with used car lots. Thanks byrider.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Answered all my questions. Matt was great! They worked with me in a down payment... Took a while but it was worth it! Left with a car that day. There was an issue with the radio but they made a quick appointment for me to bring it back since the service area was closed and they are taking care of it for me. Very accommodating!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a car but doesnt have the best of credit!

Best service was very fast friendly and welcoming will be back and will tell people about this place we had a appointment but got to come in earlier then we where expecting with Ayla Yates but we got neary and he did a great job 10 out 10 would highly recommend this place

I called JD Byrider in search of a vehicle. I spoke with Ayla at the Tyler location. Although I didn't purchase at this time Ayla was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicles and terms for financing. Highly recommend her and this dealership.

I recently just purchased a car here and I might add it was the most pleasant experience all the way around. Each and every one of the guys that took care of me was extremely nice covered every area that I needed got me into a nice car which I love and I'm extremely happy. From the second that I stepped out my car I was took care of. I would most definitely refer anybody if they were looking for a car to come here.

After being turned away all day by other dealerships. I came here and was in out in no time, everyone was really nice and helpful especially Matt who sold me my new car. It's running great and is a better upgrade from what I had. Would highly recommend for anyone especially if you enjoy low payments a month for decent cars.

I would not recommend them there employees are nice but they deny you for no reason just to call back and approve you. All they do is play games i will never go back to them I recommend using Nissan they got me in a car 30 minutes later!!

What a great experience. Mr. Serrano and Ms. Jessica were amazing. We were on the ropes and no other option and with a regular job me and my fianc� were able to drive home. We can t thank you enough JD byrider. You are the mvp today and I hope we came across as appreciative

Nathan and Jessica were amazing ! After doing many searches and many pre-qualifications online I was so tired of searching and decided to go in and talk to someone ! From stalking the website I basically knew the vehicle I wanted from them ! Nathan took the time to walk us through everything, we followed all the steps and then spoke with Jessica ! We left with the car I wanted ! We got a tour of the place and learned where to get our car serviced ! We are so thankful for loop 323 byrider ! We couldn t express our gratitude enough !

Like the people that are there in service. Had the lights on again for the ABS brake and tracking. They were supposed to have fixed that back in August of 2023. Now today they are saying the cruise control is out. My roommate advised me the cruise control was working. Now I have to bring the car in again as soon as they get that part. .

This was my 2 nd vehicle with Byrider! I wanted an upgrade from the 2005, I had purchased from them.Matt Million was awesome! Matt was very patient.He took his time and explained everything to me. Once again Byrider came to our rescue. This is our 3rd time going with them. The first time no one would deal with us. Except Byrider, so we went with them. Since I'm halfway loyal, the 2nd time we went through them. I had just paid off my second car from them when a deer decided to total it and saunter on off like it hadn't a care in the world. We looked around some this 3rd time and decided to cut through the hassle and just go with Byrider again. Their staff are nice people and put up with grouchy people like me. Thanks Matt and all the team!
