Having brake s check, found the master cylinder was causing the problem, Butler did a very professional job , always keeping you informed, they replaced the master cylinder and did a complete check to be sure everything with the brake system was working correctly, thanks you always can depend on Butler to do a professional job. Every single time I have used this business, the same manager or owner that sits in the front office, has a horrific and unprofessional attitude towards his customers. He is incredibly rude and confrontational. I would never do business with this place again, due to the level of unprofessionalism alone. Not to mention, their faulty alignment they performed on my truck caused me to wear out a set of brand new tires. They overlooked a major worn out front suspension component that another local shop identified easily. I was told my truck was aligned perfectly and no issues found, when I originally picked it up.Service: Wheel alignment

Did the job right the first time. Took care of filing with the warranty. No headache on my part at all. Also gave me a loaner car at no cost to me. Amazing service.
