Landon does good work at a good speed and a very fair cost. My family and friends have both started coming to him as well and none have yet had a disappointing experience. He runs a solo business so there may be a wait when he's got a lot of clients lined up, but I've never felt the delay was unreasonable. As it stands, I'd wait a week to see him before I'd go to one of the local franchise type auto mechanics.

I have been going here many years. Landon, the owner, always does wonderful work and is reasonably priced. He is very trustworthy and honesty. He truly helps others. I believe he looks out for us, single women who may need some guidance when it comes to automotive concerns. He longer does inspections and is a good mechanic.

Landon, the owner, is a great mechanic who is totally honest and trustworthy and goes well beyond the call of duty. (There are times he has helped us without even charging us for it.) He will make sure your work is done right. He is the best! We wouldn't go anywhere else for our mechanical work or oil changes.

Landon, the owner, did a great job with my truck repair. He is professional and communicates very well. He promptly gave me a call when my truck was ready. He charged me fairly and the bill was easy to understand. I highly recommend Broadway Automotive based on this first visit.

April 2018 I rarely rate service, but was surprised, as a long time customer, that it did not have an overall five star review. Allow me to update...it has not been in inspection station in a few years, and to those reviews, I cannot speak.But as it pertains to service, honesty, true diligence In discovering the problem and competitive pricing, Landon, at Broadway automotive is the most trusted mechanic I have ever dealt with in 31 years of car ownership. Just last week he fixed my ac the same day, but only after explaining what was wrong and what was needed in ways that even I understood!He is a good family man, and as a wife a mother myself, with zero auto knowledge, I need reliable information and quick turnaround, and Landon is my family s first....and only choice!

I have been taking my 2004 camry and my fiancees 2006 Ford Freestyle to this shop for four years. Everytime I have gotten quotes from other mechanics this place has quoted a significantly lower cost and I have never had any surprise fees. I have had no issues with any of the growing list of repairs Landon, the owner, has performed. It saddens me to see others suggesting shiftless pirates like Stewart's automotive who have quoted me costs of close to 200% of what I was charged at Broadway Automotive. This shop communicates clearly and performs great work at a great price. We have used Landon for the past 11 years. He has always been honest, even when I though my car needed an expensive service. He isn t fancy, just down to earth, honest, young man. My parents also use him and he has been great. If he can t fix it, he has made recommendations. Broadway Automotive is one of the best places in town you can take your car! Landon, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His prices are fair, and he is willing to work with you to make sure that you are taken care of. I have used Landon since I moved to Tyler in 2009, and he has never let me down on my Lexus SC400, Nissan 300ZX, Nissan Maxima, and Porsche Boxster. I recommend him and his shop to all my family and friends, and I hope you have as great of an experience as I do!

The owner completed repair work on a vehicle which broke down again within a 3 month period. He would not check his previous work to verify whether it contributed to the second repair need without charging several hundred dollars.Upon recommendation, we went to another certified and highly respected mechanic who stated that any mechanic should verify and check their work if another similar problem arises in a short period of time. Landon did not do so! The work was connected to Broadway Automotive s previous work but repaired by another mechanic. We will not return to this shop nor recommend him.

I have used Broadway Automotive for several issues on two different vehicles over the past year. The owner is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and nice. The service has always been good, and I have had confidence with the work done on the vehicles.

Landon worked on my 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis this morning, I am very very very satisfied with his work, he's on point and gets the job done, I definitely will be going back to him in the future when/if need be.... thank you Landon

This is the only repair shop I use for my vehicles. I have been to them 3 times for a repair and once for an inspection sticker and every time I receive excellent service. Once I had to drop my car off for maintenance and they were so nice they dropped me off at work while they worked on my car without charging me! The thing I love most about them is that not only do they do quality work, but their fair. They have never tried to take advantage of me just because I'm a woman (like Pep Boys did before) and charge me outrageous prices for things I didn't need. They even let me look under the hood and explained to me what the problem was so I could educate myself. Their prices are great and the service is excellent. You will not be disappointed if you take your car to them!

. . . I have come to this garage faithfully and religiously since 2012 - 2013 for inspections and minor repairs, and the staff there have always under promised and over delivered. Dates and times given for repairs to be completed have always been honored - usually ahead of time/schedule. If your car needs/requires a part, they'll find it; at a reasonable, decent price.Not one disappointment to speak of yet/to date. Let's keep it that way, lol. ;-)

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Broadway Automotive for years and he is the only mechanic I trust. He always explains the issues where I can understand as well as all repair options. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

Has become my go-to mechanic; I am very pleased to have discovered Landon, who is helpful, knowledgeable and honest. If he can't get to it right away he'll tell you so and will set an appointment you can count on.

Never mentioned a diagnostic fee and were 30% more than every place just to get a tune up. $606 and 3 other places in town were $389.90. Take your care to Robertson Automotive!

Took my wifes car for inspection, will never go back. They don't know how to drive a manual and will burn your clutch up.
