March 2021: I purchased a Duracell AGM battery for my vehicle, worked flawlessly until January of 2024. Go into this Batteries Plus location to attempt battery warranty process, explain to the counter rep that I ve had the battery on a charger and it will not go above 4V. Rep places battery tester on battery and confirms that battery is not charged. The manager Jay then goes to explain in an aggressive and demeaning tone, that for Batteries Plus to warranty the battery, it must be at 10V (mind you that s actually just enough to start some cars and not actually notice) and anything lower isn t directly warrantied. I requested my core back as I wasn t in the position to purchase a NEW battery when mine was still very much in warranty, and representatives got hostile, yelling at me while other customers were in the store, and yelling at me to leave while I m walking out the door. 3 years ago I would ve recommended this place to anyone. Now I say stay away unless you care to be talked to like you re not worth these employees time.

Manager Jay, is so helpful every time I need special batteries . He even gives me curb service when I bring my mobility scooters in for new batteries.

After a terrible experience with the company that had repaired my screen/speaker 3 weeks prior and would not even look at my phone when the screen went completely black and wouldn t function, I went into batteries plus and they immediately diagnosed the problem, and had my phone back up and running in 1 hour. They were kind, reasonably priced and treated me and my children with so much respect! Gavin is who helped me specifically and he was so knowledgeable and did a very thorough job on my diagnostics and repair. Thank goodness for good people that do good work!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!! This place sucks I had an opointment and they sed that they count do it that day so I had to come back up here the next day they took 2 hours to replace my screen and broke my back glass! They ordered a new one and it was supposed to be in 3 days ago and they still don't have it!!! The employee just sed that their manager will look at it in 2 day this is ridiculous!! DO NOT COME HERE!!

Great customer service. Worker met me at the door and grabbed my battery. Was out of the store in less than 5 mins with my new battery. Kudos to BatteriesPlus.

This was a great discovery for me. They cheerfully replaced the three year old battery in my iPhone. It is amazing how much better it works now. Cost was reasonable. They were having a great sale on household batteries so I bought some of those too. They seem to have every bulb known to man. Team works together very well. They all are clearly happy to be there, which makes customer service outstanding. I would strongly encourage you to visit. They are Apple and Samsung certified. Plus they have car batteries and all kinds of generators. A lot packed into a small storefront.

Our phone insurance company sent us to Batteries Plus for repairs. The staff was incredibly helpful and offered solid advice for our broken phone. Jay was very pleasant and I will be going back to Batteries Plus in the future!!

If you need a car battery this is the place to get it. In out with a smile plus they installed it for free. Smiles on all employees, wanted to help solve your problems. I 1000 % would recommend batteries plus for your next car battery are any other battery need.

I brought my IPhone XR to Battery Plus Friday because of all the positive reviews on here. I m extremely upset with my experience!! Yes, they were super nice however they did NOT tell me ahead of time that the after market battery they were putting in my phone would cause my phone from NOT recognizing the battery therefore making it impossible to see the battery life and causing an error message to stay on the screen 24/7!!!! Also, this so-called new battery doesn t last any longer than the previous battery that had 86% battery life!! I don t recommend going to this business for IPhone cell batteries!!!!

I visited this business for the first time on recommendation from someone who used them before. They were doing great until it got to the finish line. I was there to purchase a new key for my truck.They programmed the key and it only partially worked as it would start my vehicle but nothing else worked. Then to try and work with me, they agreed to go 50% off which was reasonable, as I had to pay for a key that only partially worked. Then was told by the manager on duty they would order the key and then I would return when the new key arrived.Later, I get a call that another manager said I had to pay for it, after I left, before they would order it. I live in another city an hour away. This is not good business. They should honor all that was agreed on and I would have been great. End result, I will return the key I purchased as it is not as I need it and have to get the key somewhere else.The only way I see correcting this and I return for future business, is they order the key, and I pay for it when it comes in. Then they program it. Maybe not even charging the program fee as the key that was to be ordered was twice the price.

Went there as WeFixIt phone repair. My puppy ate my phone. Ruined the screen, would not respond. The young lady working there checked stock, tested for other possible damage, then said 'leave it with me, I'll have it fixed in 2 hours'. Less than 2 hours later my wife got the call that it was fixed! Awesome. All the employees were super nice to all the customers.

They forgot to put in 2 important screws into my phone and it dropped. When that happened the whole screen popped off and they said they couldn t fix it. This all could ve been avoided if they put the screws in.

Excellent customer service! They helped me out when my key fob wouldn't work. They tested the battery and even though it tested positive they replaced the key fob battery. The problem ended up being with the key itself but I can't thank Jay enough for his kindness. Technology is great, until it doesn't work and you get locked out of your car. This shop is always super helpful! I highly recommend shopping here.

Outstanding service having smartphone screen repaired! Responsive and efficient online registration and the day of service was straightforward. Customer service rep honestly assessed the phone (could not guarantee everything would work after repair), and reviewed the repair process.Highly recommended for all types of battery needs. Rep said repair would be an hour, and indeed it was an hour. Highly recommend their smartphone screen repair service. Thank you! 5-STAR REVIEW

Lady was a little rude with how she told me things wouldn't work. Also that I didnt have a picture of what I was replacing. But very helpful. The guy there was polite. All around good

The moment I entered the store, I was greeted by a staff member that was assisting a customer at checkout. He noticed that I was carrying a heavy marine/RV 12 volt battery. He immediately offered to take the battery. A second staff member came to the register and processed my online purchase. The conversation was pleasant and the staff member was kind enough to carried my replacement battery to my car. The whole process took less that 5 minutes.

I needed a battery for iPhone SE (2016). I called spoke with Mike, got there Diana assisted me. Came back in 45 minutes, phone touchscreen would freeze. Diana & Mike worked on it..& worked on it..they couldn t guarantee it would work, as they didn t know why the phone was freezing up. It hadn t done that before, so they didn t charge me. They both were so good about explaining & went way above helping me. Great customer service! Thank u Mike & Diana!

This is THE BEST place to get batteries. The staff was very friendly and well knowledgeable in the products. If the manager Jason is there be sure to say "Go Rams" for a free high five.
