We visited this site for a new battery, and the staff was professional and helpful. We were waited on by Alvin, who went above and beyond to help us not only pick out a new battery, but clean and install a new one. He was very personable and willing to take extra time to make sure all of our needs were met.

My original battery finally died. Went to AutoZone and Rorey helped me find what I needed. Super nice, super helpful guy. Went over all my choices. Knowing I had someone I could trust, I ended up having him put new wiper blades on, as well. And, after checking my window fluid (no, the guy who did my safety check in December at my repair station didn't check that, as it was almost empty), he added that for me too. Imagine if I was driving in the dark with NO wiper fluid. I'd highly recommend this Auto Zone. When you are a woman, you are always thankful when you find a service place that doesn't take advantage of you.

Roary at at this location was absolutely fantastic this morning in many ways; customer service, kindness, informative, and helpful. More than anything, he was/is a good human with a kind soul. Whenever I need anything auto related, I will drive, across town, just because of him.After taking my car to a shop for a dead battery with engine code of which they kept my car for two days, the shop said there was nothing wrong with it. I just picked it up last night. First thing this morning, starts doing all the same stuff again. I'm convinced they didn't check a thing. It's ridiculous.Roary helped me. He never made me feel inadequate or ignorant. As a woman attempting to communicate concerns with individuals about car problems can be challenging. We are routinely undermined, assumed to be ignorant about any and all things automotive related, the list goes on. Not once did Roary make me feel that way. Even when he was explaining things to me. It was a conversation. He never once spoke down to me.Roary, if you read this, Thank You. Thank you for more things than I can express on this review. Thank you.Drive across town everyone and go get your automotive needs at this AutoZone.

ATTENTION MS. TONYA,AT THE BECKHAM STORE IN TYLER TX.YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB WHEN YOU CHOSE MR. ROARY FINN AS AN EMPLOYEE AT YOUR STORE!! THANK YOU MA'AM FOR PUTTING HIM THERE TO BLESS MY FAMILY AND I LAST NIGHT!!! I am beyond pleased with an employee at the Beckham AutoZone in Tyler. I had a late job today. I made it to the gentry store with 9 minutes until closing. I spent time at gentry. They didn't have what I needed so I had to rushed to the Beckham AutoZone. The guy at gentry call the Beckham AutoZone and they had it. I had 4 minutes to get there. Of course, in Tyler, people wanna take a SLOW drive when I'm in a rush. The employee at Beckham, Mr. Roary Finn, locked the doors. I thought I was SOL. He heard me pull on the door. He immediately came and let me in. This guy was a major blessing for my family and I last night. I had to finish the job so the we could have a lil money in our pocket. Work has been a stand still due to the holidays. We were completely broke and our fridge is as empty as our pockets. I hope the right person reads my review. He is absolutely AN AMAZING PERSON WITH A HEART OF GOLD!!! HE DEFINITELY NEEDS A RAISE!!! He helped restore my belief is good people. He did not have to wait on me but I am so glad and thankful he was there. THANK YOU MR. ROARY FINN. I PRAY GOD BLESSES YOU LIKE YOU BLESSED US.

We came in just before close with our headlight out. They helped us find the correct bulbs and helped us change the bulb. When the light failed to w9rk, they stayed and helped us to narrow down and diagnose the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service.

The customer service at this location is fantastic. I had a weak battery from a car that wouldn't start next door at Pep Boys. The manager on duty that night (Rod?) was great. He helped me with my pick-up of a new fuel pump and then helped me find the heat shrink on the floor. Then, later on, after I installed the fuel pump, my battery was weak and car wouldn't start. I called the store and Rod sent Ashton over with a jumper box to my car in the Pep Boys parking lot. My car started right up and I got home! Rod and Ashton were excellent. Thank you very much!!

Wow great customer service from the man in the grey and lady at the counter!!! I ran in to get a headlight bulb!!! To top it off I was struggling outside trying to figure out what to do and Joe went above and beyond help!!!! You guys are awesome thank you for brighten my day and making my life easier by helping appreciate it and y all

Had a guy named Alvin help me with getting some coolant and oil called first he answered he was the one who helped when in store and also spoke to him helped me right away seemed like there was a lot of people just standing around and he was the only one working.

Ok AutoZone, O'Reilly's, and any other auto parts store will always get three stars from me. Why only three stars because inevitably there's always one person there that doesn't know anything about what they're talking about and I give you the wrong parts. There should be much better training in any auto parts store than there is now. I realize everyone in retail is having a hard time getting workers. But even if you have a high turnover rate please please train your employees. That's all I got to say

Fast, professional, knowledgeable,and friendly service! Won't go anywhere else, no other company treats you like family, and makes you feel right at home. Lynn was my sales person and went right to the part that I needed, and assisted with correct advice, they were busy but I know he would have helped if that wasn't the case. Thanks!

Guys here are super helpful. Gets crowded, but that just goes to say how good the service is. Several locations in Tyler, TX. This is one of the busier ones. Again, really good service. For those that don't know they price match. Find it cheaper on line, and they price match almost anything.

After calling around town asking about a water pump for my truck. I decided to meet with Juan Molina at this Beckham store. After speaking and comparing warranties with Juan. I was very impressed with Juans knowledge. Employees should be knowledge on all aspects of what their company has to offer. I highly recommend visiting with Juan Molina.

Had to return PV794 part, which was wrong. The clerk who assisted me didn t try to help me, here,s your refund !!!! Walked into O Reily auto explained my issue , got correct part . Sorry Auto Zone, from now on I will shop elsewhere .

I went to exchange a battery i bought that I was having to keep charging up. The older gentleman was really nasty telling me I was only wanting money. I could buy that franchise if I wanted
