Found the vehicle on Car Guru app and made contact with the dealership. Sheryar was amazing. Impeccable customer service and returned every message. He made the experience super streamlined with no issues, besides the app listing the features wrong. I d definitely return if necessary. not though as my vehicle is amazing. -DR

Do not like to speak down on companies as I run a small business for my family here in Tyler. But these people do not tell you the truth on the car they are selling you. Two days after having my car the window began to have problems and I took it to a mechanic to get it looked at and with the car only having 16k miles and clean car fax you would expect more. I was informed by a mechanic and a body shop that the car was in a passenger side collision that was not claimed on Carfax. The front passenger door, fender, hood, and who knows what all have been re painted and are all out of line. My passenger door would not open one day and rolling up the window is a chore to even get to go up right. They claimed it is not their problem which i understand but I traded in two paid off vehicles for the car i got and they had the audacity to try and tell me there would be a $95 diagnostic fee to even look at it. The salesman who was super great (which was fired from the dealer a few weeks after i had bought my car) reached out to me at the gym and told me the car was there longer than he was led to believe and that he wishes he had known before he sold me the car. He told me that they were untruthful to him about a lot just to make a sale. He made a genuine apology to and made it known that he sold me a bad car without knowing. And this is now four months after purchase of the vehicle. I traded in two cars i works hard for to get a lied too and received a damaged low mile 2022 vehicle. Hoping it is mechanically sound for years to come. And in the words of the finance manager as I drove of the lot while they made major profit on my two cars, "Now that the laundry is done, I can go home." Liars works here people please take your business elsewhere!

Purchased a Lexus here last month. I'm only taking 1 star off because I had to drive here from Dallas twice and was concerned they did an oil change at Valvoline instead of the Toyota dealer down the street.But Yasmin was awesome throughout the entire process. She took the car to Classic Toyota for a PPI to save me the drive. Very relaxed sales environment compared to the larger dealers here in DFW.

Awesome and friendly sales staff! They answered all questions and did what was needed to close the deal! Quick financing deals also! My salesman, Sheryar, was super friendly and found answers to all questions if he didn't know off hand! Definitely recommended for anyone in the used car market!

In my 25 years as a certified mechanic i have never seen a place so crooked. Sold an old ranger to a very old man for 10k with a blown head gasket. Completely took advantage of this customer. Would not recommend this place.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my 2010 Sierra Denali. Richard was incredibly helpful, great communication, went above and beyond and all around great salesman. The truck was everything I was hoping for and more. Richard went out of his way to get me videos and pictures of the truck before it they were even up on the website. It was well worth the 3.5 hour drive. Thanks again to Autos of Texas for the purchase of my new to me truck!

I recently bought an Armada from Autos of Texas. I live in Alabama and had never bought a vehicle from out of state and had it shipped to me before now. Sheryar, Arley, and Kam were all absolutely wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions, arranged delivery, and were so helpful. I'd recommend AoT to anyone.

Wow. We were blown away at the level of customer service and professionalism that Kurt provided us with. We reside in the DFW area. The truck we wanted was in Tyler, TX, so we hopped on a flight. Kurt volunteered to pick us up from the airport, AND he stayed later after closing hours. Since we purchased the vehicle when it was dark, a few items were overlooked by us. Kurt gave us his direct cell number and suggested we call if we needed. That following morning, we noticed a few issues. My husband reached out to Kurt, and he made arrangements to have our concerns addressed at their other location here in Carrollton. Needless, to say, we are ecstatic with the level of service Autos of Texas has provided to us. We HIGHLY recommend Autos of Texas if you are in the market for looking for a used vehicle. Dewayne was very professional and helpful with my mother in the car buying process with his knowledge. I purchased from out of state and felt confident throughout the entire process having not seen the vehicle in person until I showed up to drive it away. Looking for the right replacement for my car, I spent a year searching. In the last week, I passed and missed out on at least two dozen. But, when I found Autos of Texas and spoke to Yasmin, there was no more searching to be done. No other dealer worked as diligently and respectfully. The time, effort, and care the team at AOT in Tyler put into my purchase cannot be overstated for its excellence. Thank you, John, Arley, and especially Yasmin. I ve never had such a pleasant and easy going experience at a dealership, and I ve had several vehicles. Out of all the vehicles I ve bought I ve never been tempted to go back somewhere to repurchase except for this one, (and it s almost 4 hours one way from my house.) worth the drive if you get a excellent vehicle at a excellent price, with a even better experience because you re taken care of so well. No harassment or pressure. Buy your next vehicle here people!!!
