From the moment I called and spoke with Josh, I was very impressed with his patience and professionalism.These guys are EXCELLENT!!!! This is the kind of business that everyone would appreciate doing business with.They are Honest, Sincere and professional.The price was so much better then safelite and other windshield companies.Give Josh a call, you will be glad that you did.

Absolutely great service! Best price around super fast and friendly. They even advised against the more expensive glass for my jeep because it s not any better. I very much appreciate the honesty and quality work

Took my pickup there with a frame issue on my camper top back door/glass. These guys did a fantastic job on fixing it up to where it will be secure and sealed.Not only that, I mentioned to them that the actuator on the driver side door wasn't working and they would need to lock with key if necessary. I expected nothing!! They fixed the actuator and also secured the door panel that was loose due to a worn out clip!!! They didn't even charge me for that nor did I know they fixed it until later after I had picked up my truck and went to lock it with the key only to find it was already locked after I had hit the remote.These guys are AWESOME and I 100% recommend them for any of your glass repair needs. They went way above what was expected.Not many businesses will do that these days!!!THANK YOU for your outstanding service.Services: Auto windshield repair, Window repair

Talk about bad luck. Drove back from our wedding weekend and got a chip in the mirror, which turned into a crack, which turned into a ginormous crack spanning half the distance of the windshield.We called up AutoGlass Express and they were so patient and so helpful. We are in between insurance cards and all things, so it took an undue amount of effort to gather all the necessary information. They found the glass product we needed it, ordered it, and told us they would be ready the following day for installation.The next day, I got there, sat in their waiting area for less than an hour and I was out the door. Their prices are unbeatable!!! Literally even came out to less than my insurance deductible, so we just paid out of pocket. The glass also comes with a warranty for chips.Overall, I am pretty amazed with the quality of the service and the turnaround time. What was literally a gargantuan pain in the butt was remedied in less than 24 hours. Definitely come here for your windshield woes! You will not be disappointed.

I recently had to replace my car windshield. AutoGlass Express made it so easy for me to replace it, They went way above my expectations. I highly recommend this place. I had to get my windshield replaced and they quoted me the most reasonable price out of everyone. I was not charged for excessive fees to recycle the glass. They started immediately at my appointment time. So far so good .

Fast service, polite and nice people, and a well done job. They got it in and fixed in about 10 minutes! We came in for a small crack to be repaired and they fixed it right up in due time, 5 star service! I would definitely recommend them for a fast and easy job.

I arrived a little early for an 8am appt & was warmly welcomed in was asked what my favorite Christmas movie is & then put it on the screen for me to enjoy while waiting for my windshield replacement.They already had me with their pricing and this put them over the top. Not many auto service people are this friendly at 8am . Just sayin . Getting to see A Christmas Story again was a great way to put a smile on my face.I had an online quote, which I appreciated being able to do- a couple of other places need a phone call to get any info. I like that these guys are using technology . I mean, seriously!Would highly recommend them and would use them again (hopefully not any time soon!). The free lifetime chip repair feature is a nice extra, also appreciated!Thanks!!

These guys are amazing! I had issues with Safelite and found these guys on google and boy was I impressed! I was greeted at the door, Will helped me get my insurance claim transferred from Safelite to them. They kept me posted through it all and even got it done 1.5 hours quicker than Safelite said it would take. I highly recommend them! Will be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you again guys! I can now happily drive without a cracked windshield P.S. I love the urn

They have done great work for chips in windshield of current car that held up with no problem during icey/freezing weather. They have replaced windshields on other vehicles in the oast that had major damage. Never had a problem. Fast, friendly with great rates!!

Very happy with the service! I was originally going to file a claim with my insurance and pay deductible but they looked into pricing and recommended paying for the service because it was cheaper than paying my deductible which saved me some money. The service was fast and they were friendly. I called back for a follow up and they were able to get me same day. If you re looking for a place to fix/replace your windshield I highly recommend this place.

So i pulled my car out the woods made one phone call to autoglass express told them what i needed and told me to pull up they would take care of me. So once i got there 5 minutes later they was taking care of my needs......thx autoglass express for great customer service

Called all around my area and this was the cheapest place I found. They ordered my windshield and got it in the next day. We went up and they installed it super fast and the guys working there were very friendly and quickly installed my new windshield.

It was very very clean. It even had a pleasant air scent going on. They were super friendly and quick.They usually require a day or so to order your windshield, so call ahead. That's industry standard. Great prices. Installing my windshield took a little over an hour.Thank you!

Autoglass Express folks are great to work with and great customer service. First windshield had a faint scratch they showed me and asked if ok or want another one. Other places would just install it. In addition, they cover for free future rack chip repair.

RAVE!!! THANK YOU JOSH AND THE AUTO GLASS EXPRESS TEAM!!! Last night my lawnmower had a fit and threw a small rock at my car, shattering my window. I called Auto Glass Express a few minutes before 8 this morning. I talked to Josh, who was so professional, patient and informative! This guy is top notch! John quotes me a much cheaper price than the competitors and he was able to get me in today!!!! My appointment was for 4PM. I showed up about 20 minutes early (I'm punctual). Josh got me right in. I was able to sit in an air conditioned room (where you check out), that was equipped with a small coffee and water station while I waited for no more than 40 minutes . I am 100% happy with the short wait time. THEY EVEN VACUUMED ALL OF THE GLASS OUT OF CAR !!!!! I feel so valued as a customer! Hopefully I never need them again, but I'm so happy to know that I have their information if need be. THANK YOU AGAIN JOSH! YOU GUYS ROCK! The picture is damage my lawnmower so selfishly went about causing.Service: Auto side window replacement

This place is so professional, and fast. I spoke with Josh, he set up an appointment for me and they were ready for me when I arrived. I did my homework and this company along with the nicest people were $150 cheaper than any other place I searched . I highly recommend this business and feel sorry for anyone who makes the choice to go somewhere else. They answered all of my questions and made me feel like family. You rarely get this level of quality these days. Great job guys. If I could put 100 stars , I would!!! Best in TylerService: Glass installation

This place was fast and the service was excellent. They got me in the next day after a vulture decided to fly into my windshield, rather than continuing his life of cleaning up road kill. These guys fixed that vulture's butt stamp in about an hour. RIP Mr Vulture.
