I just recently moved to Tyler, Tx right before the horrible hail storm we recently went through. My brand new vehicle was damaged and looked so horrible to where I didn't want to drive it. I went to the store and had this gentleman come up to me asking if I would like for my vehicle to be looking as good as new again without having to pay out of pocket expenses. I asked him his name and he said, Aaron. I told him I would have to think about it and if I could get contact him if I do want his service. I apologized to him and explained why because we have been having a ton of out of the area companies come here promising this and that but warned how they could rip you off, but Aaron was very polite and understanding. He gave me his info and reassured me that he understood and honestly it felt really nice that he wasn't pushy like all the others I had to interact with and honestly that gave me a good feeling to maybe consider. After I left the store I went home and once I came home I had all these different flyers and business cards on my door that made me irriated to look at so I threw them all away in the trash. I called Aaron and we schedule an appointment for him to cover over and go over the whole process. He came over and he took a look at my vehicle and we discussed how they will take care of everything and how I wouldnt be burdened with the insurance company, out of pocket expenses, rental car, and just relax. He was so informative, respectful, patient because honestly I dont handle stress very well because honestly we all know with how everything is now with food prices keep going up, living expenses going up, people constantly trying to rip you off so its hard to trust. Aaron made me feel calm and he was so genuinely humble that made me feel at ease. He definitely came through as promised. The rental car was reserved and all I had to do was go to the office pick up the rental car and leave my vehicle there and then 2 days later Aaron called me to tell me to meet him at the car rental office because my vehicle is ready. When I got there I couldnt believe my eyes. My vehicle looked new again as if I just took it off the show room floor. I gave him a huge hug and said thank you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AND MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR AARON. I have never had a company take care of everything for me. It was so nice to finally have a company promise something and actually come through on their promise. Thank you Aaron. You actually gave me hope and faith to still believe in people. You guys are awesome!
