Josh and his team took care of everything faster than expected, very professional and felt like I was in and out in no time. Loved being able to sit in their office and enjoyed watching the little fish while waiting. Highly recommend Alignment king and glad to see they re out here supporting other local businesses

Alignment King is truly the king of alignment here in town. Josh the owner is amazing, cool, and very professional. Got turned down by other shops in Tyler(4-5 shops). Josh and Ethan found a way to get my car up and aligned my wheels. They also diagnosed the issue about the excessively loud noise coming from the front end. Ordered parts and the parts came in the next day!The techs who worked on my wheel bearing noise repair are Tim and Wyatt. they r very professional, friendly, and knowlegable about their craft. They took care of my car right away! Now my car is driving straight smooth like butter, and no more excessive noise!Hats off to Alignment King for such an amazing work. Brought my 99 Dodge in for her alignment since we just rebuilt her whole front end and she was way out of whack. I could see through the door to the shop that the guys were all into getting her as right as possible. I really appreciate that. I also appreciated them letting me know that when I get her new tires I need to bring her back and they will finish getting her lined up. That's the kinda service that will bring me back.

Alignment King was recommended to me as a top notch shop to take my car to for some suspension/alignment issues I was having.I had the pleasure to work with Josh Turner who was exceptionally HONEST, empathetically customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and very expedient.Not only were they able to diagnose the issues in TEN MINUTES while i waited, but when I dropped my car off to have the issues addressed, the work was completed in half a day. While working on my car, another issue was discovered and I was alerted right away and we were able to work out a viable budget friendly solution. I was even able to save a little money by approaching the situation as Josh advised.This has been THE MOST PLEASANT INTERACTION I've ever had with a shop/specialist and I will absolutely continue supporting this local business.Thank you so much Alignment King and Josh!!!

Super nice people. They where fast and explained everything to me. I have a lifted truck with wheel spacers and they got me taken care of no problem. I d definitely go back.

The customer service sucks as I guess the boss wasn t in the shop today, so the workers were just playing on their phone not wanting to work as there was nothing in the shop. I d take my stuff somewhere else if the owner wasn t around. But good luck.

My husband Rich, took both our vehicles to them and was VERY pleased with their work. He is extremely high on customer service and they all went well above and beyond today. Very fast service and a good job done. His front end was giving him fits on his Yukon and no one could seem to fix it--THEY DID. Great job! Went here for a simple alignment and front desk personnel were very rude and told me they didn t want to do alignment due to work that needed to be done that day. Asked if I wanted front brakes put on and I agreed. Technicians broke my front center cap and didn t tell me anything about it. I had to find out after paying and went outside and saw for myself. This was on my 2019 Chevy high country Silverado. After this I don t recommend them.

I don't have an alignment machine at my shop yet so I had to find a shop that can perform them for me. After trying multiple shops in town and having problems I decided to give Alignment King a try. These guys are great at what they do and have done an amazing job on all my alignments. Only place i would trust to touch my personal cars too.Service: Wheel alignment

Shout out to Alignment King! Excellent service!! They got me all set up and discovered my passenger front hub is about to give. The good lord put it heavy on my heart to get an alignment today and doing so found this. I just inspected everything not even 2 months ago. This could have caused death or serious injury. Truly professional & great work & help. I did a mid travel kit on my Tacoma & Josh & crew worked their magic & got it all straight & smooth. Then they installed my rear leaf springs & again quick, professional & done right. Rides awesome & good people to deal with

I had just gotten my Jeep back after a wreck and Josh said he'd make sire my Jeep was super safe for the road. Him and his team hopped on it quick and fixed so many issues I had and my Jeep has never ran better! Best place in Tyler, and honestly the best place I have ever been! Great customer service, they know what they're doing, and most of all they truly care for you and your vehicle. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.They also give student and student athlete discounts if you show your student ID! Not many vehicle repair shops you can find that will do that. I had a great experience this weekend. These guys diagnosed my vehicle before they aligned it and recommended certain parts that needed to be replaced in order for the alignment to be as precise as possible.

Man Josh made everything easy. From the initial conversation I had on the phone with him to the actual service. He gets u in and out in a timely manner , and hes passionate about what he does. He got me in for an alignment and will also let u know anything else your car needs. They have a nice rest area while u wait. I think I was out of there in 30 min. He has a lifetime customer now. I dont know the other guys name who works with him but he was professional, and courteous as well..great place.Service: Wheel alignment

After fighting with Peltier KIA Tyler for over a year with no results I finally took my car to Josh and they had it figured out in less than 20 minutes! Not to mention that he turned me on to a great saltwater fish guy.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I highly recommend this shop. HONEST mechanics are very hard to find these days. I had a good idea of what my car needed. After he gave me the quote, I checked my car for the recommended repairs that were suggested. This shop was on point and didn t even try to sell me work that wasn t necessary. I will continue to take my vehicle here.
