Hey there, folks! So, I gotta tell ya about this amazing experience I had at ABC Autoparts in Tyler, Texas it's like the Central Perk of car parts! Picture this: I walk in, and the atmosphere is so friendly, I half-expected to see Ross, Rachel, and the gang sitting on a couch.The staff? Chandler-level sarcastic and Joey-friendly helpful! They made the whole process feel like a sitcom episode filled with laughs and good vibes. Monica would be proud of how organized their inventory is, and Phoebe would probably write a song about the joy of finding the perfect spare part.So, if you need auto parts with a side of humor and camaraderie, head over to ABC Autoparts. It's the real deal, no "we were on a break" drama just genuine service that even Janice would appreciate. Could I BE any happier with my experience? Nope, not possible!

Friends, Tylerites, countrymen, lend me your ears! We gather not on a hallowed battlefield, but amongst the grease guns and spark plugs of ABC Auto Parts, a hallowed haven for those whose chariots falter. Here, amidst the symphony of wrenches and the lullaby of engines, hope is reborn, one oil change and gasket at a time.Four score and seven years ago, our founders, driven by a love for chrome and a thirst for speed, established this temple of automotive salvation. Where once stood rust and despair, they raised a banner of bearings and brake pads, a beacon of hope for every sputtering jalopy and groaning gearbox.Now, we are engaged in a great mechanical struggle, testing whether this shop, dedicated to the proposition that all cars, great and small, deserve a second chance, shall long endure. We have come to dedicate a portion of this great parking lot, as a final resting place for those whose pistons have ceased to pump, whose tires have met their final tread. But in their sacrifice, we find the fuel to press on, the spark to ignite a new era of automotive glory!It is for us, the living, to be here dedicated to the unfinished work they who here fought so nobly have thus far so gloriously advanced. My dad and I were in here just a few moments ago, and there was an older gentleman in front of us. The young guy who helped him his name was Robert, he offered to pour the oil in the older guys truck he went above and beyond! He definitely deserves a raise or to become a manager, he was also super friendly with us by saying hi friends, how are y all today! Just super outgoing and nice! :) keep it up Robert!

These guys are the best , good people,will do anything to help or find what u need ....Tony is a freaking cool guy, Justin and the rest are also awesome....so I'f u need auto part are any lill stuff for ur ride.....get ur Kester on down to abc ...YEAAAAHHHH

Fantastic customer service! I was having a trouble with my front signal light went to AutoZone and was given little to no help with my issue. Upon arriving at ABC Auto Robert listened to what my problem was and even helped me in repairing the headlight and identifying the problem. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

So I m from West Virginia visiting my girlfriend down here in Texas. Well she needed a new battery. So I went and Tasha was very friendly & helpful. Not only did she help me with that she told me she s from PA. She talked to me about what to do around here. Some of her favorite restaurants. Then she answered my question about my car. Very good asset to have

My son had a dead battery while at college, 200 miles away from home. I called this ABC Auto Parts location and spoke to Cameron, who was extremely helpful... he confirmed that they had everything in-stock, so I made the purchase online. With the help of Cameron (and, Uber) we were able to get the correct battery and tools necessary to change the dead battery. The level of customer service provided by Cameron was excellent.. thank you!!

Anthony deserves employee of the year! After dealing with many different places and multiple different rude people to look at my car, I went to ABC auto to have them run a diagnosis check on my battery! Anthony was such a great help and determined that my battery was bad! He was extremely friendly! It s nice to know there are still good people in the world like him!

By far the best parts store I've ever been to with the best staff to help. More importantly the best quality and staff around. ABC has been my preference for years. I just wish there were more of these Texas bread auto part stores.

Bought rotor an after 2 weeks it was found to be defective, missing C clip.This also destroyed the brake pad.Store replaced everything including the break pads! Y'all rock an will continue to get my business. Thank you for standing behind your parts.Thanks Justin

They tested my charging system and found my battery needed replacing. They gladly installed my new battery. I was very relieved and happy with the quick and pleasant service.

Staff not well trained and/or helpful. I ordered a cabin filter and prepaid. I called back 5 days later, the cashier cannot find the part or even the order.
