The lady working the morning I went in was super friendly and helpful in finding the item I needed for my vehicle. When the item rang up I was in shock at the price but bought it anyway. A man went out and put it the wiper on my car for me and he struggled with it and I YouTubed it to show him how. When I left I was disappointed to see the prices elsewhere were so much cheaper. Amazon was half price. I wish I would have done my research and not bought the wiper here even though they were very friendly. My checking account could have used the savings.If you need something in a hurry this might be the right place for you, but I d price compare if you are on a budget because I took a pretty big hit shopping here.

Glenn was extremely helpful and courteous during the two times I needed assistance, I initially picked this store because of close proximity to my work, and they have absolutely always been amazing and always had exactly what I needed, I very highly recommend this particular store!!

Decent prices although some little bit higher than others. Some of the workers seem not unfriendly but I can't think of a word for it. Maybe I just got on their nerves asking too many questions I don't know

As always Sherry, the store manager went above, and beyond to help out.Ulises, on the other hand, took the Needed Time to stay with me, and walk me thru the process. He is Extremely Valuable, and helpful in every sense of the word. The guy was so helpful and even exchanged photos of parts to help me...he went above and beyond. I have a 2018 ford fiesta and the strut and boot bushing are both out..together we figured this out. He told me what would be cheaper and what would be better than this or that...truly a great guy . ABC you did good hiring him. Im sorry i forgot his name but he was Hispanic light skinned a real good guy. Thanks man!

Had an issue from this store about a warranty on a part from a few years ago ely the district manager called me and talked to me about it although It was years past even said if I still have my receipt he would refund my money that spoke alot about him although I don't have it I do appreciate it

I visited abc this afternoon, and I tell u what Chris took care of me. Being there I got my coolant at a good price then other parts stores and I had a good a couple laughs. Keep it up abc of tyler . Thanks for caring for ur customers

Mitzi, mark, and reyna are the best commercial parts professionals I have ever met!!!! They will bend over backwards and Find our parts even if we have to order for over seas. We couldn't be here without them. Store #9 rocks!!!!!

Two employees changed my battery in the rain! I do have a complaint. One of the employees was just going to turn me away and another employee piped up and said he could do it. Him and another guy did a great job!

Two things...the IT guy's for this company are idiot's...you don't need a car's info to see if you have sound deadening spray...but, before I could browse parts.. it wanted vehicle specific info...IT DOESN'T NEED IT.. second, the guy that answered the phone never heard if it...nor had any of the other mindless idiot's working their. The days of TRUE parts men have been over for years. I have been here about a dozen times in the last four year's...they never have what I need and have no clue. Will never go back after today. Had enough of the idiots here.

Martin Miranda was so awesome he took out time to call different places to get the right part for our truck and it took over 40 minutes and he didn't get frustrated or upset over the time it took to find our part and he was very nice and patient

Had exactly the part we needed for our 2006 Chevy 2500 A/C Blower Relay. When no other parts stores had one. They also knew that GM had updated the relay to a new part.
