HE LIED TO ME. READ TO THE END.I called for a price. The person answered the phone took the tire size and gave me a price of $70. He said that they don't have the tire but they can order it. I stopped by to check how many tire do I need to change. In my opinion, I felt that only one tire needed to be changed but I wanted their input. The same person who took my call came out to check my tires. One brand new I just changed recently, one is low on tread, and 2 looked fine for me. He said no you need 3 tires because these 2 are one 6 years old and the other is 5 years old. When we went inside to get the order, He said they are $100 each. Then I said that is too much, you said $70 on the phone and I am on a limited budget, then he said I can find somethig for $85, I said fine, then he came back and said they are out of stuck. Only 1 left. At this point I could sense the dishonesty on his face so I left. When I got home I checked my tires. One has DOT code ends with (4319) and the other with code (0820). That means that one tire is 4 years 3 months old, and the other is 3 years 11 months old. So he lied to me to make the sale.

When they couldn't fix my tire they found me one that will be delivered the very next day by noon! Very friendly, helpful, and professional!

Got a flat in highway, went to this location and the mgr. Told the Jorge the employee to air up the tire. This person dismounted the tire because he said it run flat. I only asked to air the tire up and then I will make a decision what to do next. He refused to air the tire up plus they didn t have a tire to sell at that time. Poor people skills and customer service. Please note on caution before using this store.

Had a blow out on I-20 today 11-07-20 the tech Chris that came out was very friendly and being oversized and he wasn't able to get me finished till after dark he stayed behind me all the way till I made it to a rest area and made sure I was able to park before leaving me. That man went above and beyond to help out a driver and a 5 star review isn't even enough to show how much I appreciated his help and how professional he was.

I very rarely give 5 * but these guys run the best truck tire shop in Texas!Did not care that it was almost closing time.Very professional, changed all 8 trailer tires like a Nascar team in only 45 MINUTES!!! BRAVO!!!

Very nice over the phone even after i had to call back a few times. They had the best prices and went out to change tire for my driver who was stuck in sweetwater. Brent changed the tire and was very nice and did his job quickly so our driver could get back on the road! Would use them again and recommend them! Thanks guys so much!!

We stopped by with our Semi to change out 4 Super Single drive tires to 8 regular tires. They were completely disinterested and didn't want to work with us, the man we were talking to just shook his head when we told him what we needed!! I would not recommend this place to anyone having a big truck tire problem!! They lost out on a $6,000 sale because of their attitude. We went to the Lubbock store and got awesome results - go to Lubbock for your semi tire issues if possible!!

Purchased 2 new tires at a reasonable price. My driver drove 100 miles blew same tires . the company wasted no time on replace them at no cost . service was fast . i will definitely recommend this company to any trucker out there . thanks you

Haven't bought tires here in a while because of the "I'm too good for you attitude"... nothing has changed, I'll continue to shop out of town. For some reason they just don't want my business?

Yesterday I have a flat tire on my trailer and I went there to get fix a flat, 10 minutes is all it take to do an excellent job, service was great I never had a great experience on a tire place before, only two people were there and they performed an excellent job thank you so much.I hope I never have to come back there, but if I have a flat I wish be close of them.FrankEDL Auto Transport,Inc.

Had a blow out on trailer out in the middle of nowhere. Gave them a call and in 1 1/2 hour they showed up with 2 tires and I was about 70 miles away from them. Tire guy ( didn't get his name) was very experienced at his job and had me out of there in 30 minutes or less. I have used this particular southern tire mart in the past and will continue to do so.
