Always friendly and remember you by name. Always treat you like a top priority, Jackson is the man I like to deal with, if he is busy he definitely does not forget about you. Always reaches back out and gets the parts you need.

I had a problem with cutting off of one cylinder on 2016 Volvo VNL. They faced with this problem the first time but after a few days of working on my truck they solved it! The price was fair and I hit the road. They have a great customer service! Thank you!

Called in from the road. Was having issues with my fuel sensors. Truck was very sluggish. These fine people got me right in. Replaced the fuel filters and determined the sensors were fine.While looking over the truck, they spotted a crack in the back of the radiator reservoir tank. Replace it as well.Was in and out for under a $1000 bucks. Couldn t be happier with the service.Thanks guys.Michael Fernald from Pennsylvania

I will give them 10 stars if possible, because, despite of the great job they've done, they are also HUMAN, COMPASSIONATE, POLITE, CARING. Everybody over the Dealership was nice, but Ginger and Mauricio were my HEROES. I've been driving in a 110-120 degrees heat without A/C because my blower broke. I found the part, but nobody wanted to help me fix the problem unless I wait for days. From the first conversation on the phone with Ginger she went above and beyond to help me. Mauricio, such a young and polite guy, was so professional and pull my dash apart, changed the blower and put everything back like this is all he's doing all day long, everyday I will recommend this shop from the bottom of my heart. If you are in the area, call or stop by. If they can, they'll do anything to help you. If they can't, you have to believe is not because they don't want. I'm happy and chilled THANK YOU GUYS!!!!Trans Terra Logistics.

Ok so we had Regen problem in our Volvo 2018 truck, we been to numerous truck stops and ended up here. Let me be very honest: Mr Cody Smith and all the staff are phenomenal & v professional. I couldn t believe they fix our issue with in no time after waiting for hours & days in other truck stops. Whole premises & their drivers lounge is comfy & nice.

I can't say enough good things about this Volvo dealer. The service and treatment I received when I showed up was above and beyond. They had my truck in the shop about a hour or so after I arrived and was working to find the problem. The cost for parts and labor was reasonable. This will be my go to shop for now on. I was very pleased. Thanks you again for helping me get my truck back to work.

went in because I kept losing power and the truck was throwing codes all the time. They hooked the computer up to it and then I walked by the truck and saw a wire that didn't look right. Sure enough the wire was hitting against something and shorting out. They fixed the wire and sent me on my way. In and out in about 3 hours. There service was super good from beginning to end, including paying for the work. Would recommend them to other truck owners as a 5 star place for service.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did not feel pressure to get any unnecessary work done. The team did anything possible to make me feel comfortable with the work being done. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done.

These people are very helpful. The lady named ginger is so nice and helpful. And honestly wants to get you back on the road. Troy in parts is great. Mechanic from Alaska is very good at his job.

They do dangerous work! Took my truck in for it's routine service, no wiperscwere replaced (both torn) no wiper fluid was refilled, no bunk filter was installed, nails left in tires ( after I had pointed them out to them), greasy hand prints all over the truck, grease in my seat along with other things.had a left steer tire blow and it took out the brake chamber. Bruckner's asked me to drive it to the nearest truck stop for repairs!

From: Titus.. Legacy Trans I must say that since I purchased my first Volvo I ve been a customer at different Brukners in SEVERAL states for one reason or another. Most times not for repairs but just to see how I would be treated when making small otc purchases.which in turn made it possible for me to either plug them into my go-to list or by-pass list for future needs.. But this time it was for a major unexpected breakdown. When I tell you.! The TEAM HERE IS AWESOME and AMAZING .!! MATT.! RICK.!! GINGER..!! ASHLEY.!! Etc.! Just to name a few.. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH THOROUGH GENUINE CARE, QUALITY OF WORK, AND CONCERN from a dealership/shop before.!! And they treat you with so much respect..EVERY problem I had was solved with urgency and precision.!! they even gave me alternate options/suggestions that saved me big money on my bill..!Ooh.!! And the turnaround time was the best yet.. Matt & Rick worked overtime to solve my problems which got me rolling back to the money..!I can t THANK this establishment enough..! I have been multiple Volvo dealerships across the country but this is the best uptime center by far.I visited back in January, 2019 and 11.25.19In both occasions services were prompt and quick.

A very good honest OEM Dealer. I have had my truck in there a few times and they have always treated me right suggesting lower cost ways of making repairs and giving me advice on making repairs myself to help me save money.

They have an add on their gate that says complete services $250 dollars. I went to get my truck serviced there, and was told that it s not really a special. That it s only for Mack and Valvo trucks. My truck would have cost $500 to service.
