If you need a tire repaired while traveling south of Waco on US-35 get your tires repaired somewhere else, because it could cost you a new tireWe got a flat from a small nail and made the mistake of getting it repaired at Youngblood tire. The reason it was a mistake is because it went flat again after driving 400 miles to Alamo TX. After taking our tire to a local tire center we learned that our tire was leaking through the patch that Youngblood tire had done, so we contacted Youngblood Tire asking for credit for their $25 repair and never received a call back from that call or the following 2 calls .In all we took our tire to 3 different tire shops and every shop told us that our tire was leaking through a botched patch and that they couldn t repair it and that it should be replaced. I googled "can you repair a tire leaking from a patch" and found NEVER repair a tire that has an existing, improper repair; the tire must be scrapped I called them after never receiving a call back from the previous calls my wife had made and did get to talk with the Manager. Joseph told me that they didn t not warranty a tire repair and they wouldn t give me credit for their repair or replace my tire that was only 2 months old. So, our only option was to replace our tire at a cost of $252, which we just did.The attached pictures show our tire and batched patch with the plug pushed through the patch. In response to whoever responded to my review.1st the tire repair was botched because it was leaking through the patch. We took it to COSTCO and they told us that road hazard coverage wouldn't cover our tire because they didn't do the repair. They told us that a patched tire couldn't be repaired because the patch couldn't be removed without damaging the tire. I didn't take a picture of the patch when it was at Costco, but did take it to an independent shop and they would attempt a repair either. We finally took it to a local Mexican tire shop that must have attempted to repair the tire but it still has had slow leak and that is when we went back to COSTCO to replace the tire.My wife made 3 calls to your business each time asking for a callback but we never received a callback. When I called I did speak with the manager and he told me that they didn't warrantee tire repairs.I would never have needed to call if we'd received a callback and credit for the repair but that never happened.I don't doubt that you can typically patch a tire but unfortunately that wasn't the case for us.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Absolutely fabulous place! We were thrown a major pickle while headed to Missouri, when another shop failed to tighten the lugs on both driver and passenger tires therefore we lost our passenger front tire going 65 on i35 while pulling our travel trailer. Joe and the wonderful lady in the office sure helped us get back on the road the same day. It was an emotional day and they built immediate trust with us after the scary situation. Without them the trip wouldn't have been possible. We can't thank Joe enough for everything that day!! Youngblood thank you for your quality employees hard to come by these days!!

Honest, reliable and fair prices. Got a oil change and noticed it was leaking. They sent someone to the house and cleaned everything up. Turns out it was spilled oil. Definitely recommend.

Called tech for road service to fix the first picture.... He had to cut the rim off the axel and used a 20lb sledge hammer on the bearing to pound it off the axel...second picture is it 6 miles later, looks okay.... 110 miles later the wheels are smoking and the wheel seal and bearings and possibly other things are damaged due to him using the 20lb sledge hammer on it. So, yes, he repaired the first picture to the tune of about $1000, but then within hours we are paying thousands more to fix what he broke!!Totally going to dispute and charge back the expenses! Be ready for a battle.

The gentlemen who works in the shop is one of the rudest people I ve ever met and the manager who came and spoke with me about the situation was just as rude. This place clearly doesn t know the first thing about customer service. I will never return to this location or any other Youngblood auto tire location.

I was traveling through town and picked up a nail on the interstate. The staff was very professional and got my tire plugged in less than 10 minutes for less than $25 so I was very happy with everything.

We found ourselves in Troy with a low-pressure sensor. 3 hours from home and 6 hours from our destination. Youngblood's hooked us up in a pinch getting us back on the road quickly. We very much appreciated the staff and keeping us safe on our trip.

I don't know where to start.I got some brand new offroad rims and tires for my expedition from Texas Tires in Killeen. From day 1 my SUV would shake over 65mph. I took it back to them, they took 1 and a half hour to balance it and gave me my car keys and it was same. I took it to them again and they did the same and no change in the wobbling over 65mph.I told their owner to fix it or take the tires back to which he said "all sales are final" and "that's how off road tires feel" I drove over 20000 miles in 3 months assuming thats how it feels until today. Someone suggested me Youngblood. They balanced my tires and the vibration disappeared. I can't express my happiness today. Thank you team.

I have stopped several times for tire check. They are always prompt and courteous even though i do not purchase my tires from them. I also get my car inspected there and also they are willing to replace my license sticker after I pick it up. Everyone who works there is great. I highly recomend this business.

They were so kind & helpful. I had my tire blow out on interstate 35 as I was on my was to San Antonio from East Texas and I saw they were fairly close so, I was able to get my car there for a new tire! I immediately called to check their availability after calling a tow truck and they told me they would be able to get me a new tire and get me situated. I arrived at 4:15 and was out by 5:30 even with them not having my tire size in stock. They ordered the size I needed and got it on my car before closing down for the day. I was so thankful for them in this emergency! Laurie made sure I was all taken care of! Thank y'all for being so great!!

Had a great experience, went in to get 2 new tires as well as my tires rotated. Every person that I ran across was very friendly and I was in and out in roughly 30 minutes. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, they were straightforward, they did what I requested and that was it, a place I'm confident and willing to send my wife to if needed. I used to just drive into Temple to get work done but today they earned another customer. Well done Youngblood, well done.

This place started off great for me then all of a sudden I take my car in to figure out what's wrong, I'm told my wheel bearings are bad and at risk of breaking if I drive, I ask for a quote to get it repaired and I'm constantly met with "he's not available" "he's busy" "when he's done I'll find out" so I'm waiting almost a whole week, finally took the car to Firestone, found out my tire bearings are fine and the issue is a loose engine frame, yes I have other issues to fix but to tell me that one thing is wrong then not even have a quote available is dumb, ALSO they are lucky I don't demand repayment for the gasoline that was siphoned from my tank (I keep a close track on where my gas levels are) and was down a full two quarters from where it was when I dropped the car off! Not coming back I'd rather drive the extra few miles and know my car is getting fixed than to go just down the road and be lied to and stolen from!

My husband and I were taking a quick road trip when our car started acting up. We found the closest auto shop and pulled up 15 minutes before they closed (on a Friday night) and we were greeted with nothing but KINDNESS! Two mechanics came out and were more than willing to help us out in a pinch and made sure we would be safe before we continued on. THANK YOU! They took the time to make sure we would make it safe even though it meant staying a few minutes later.

I picked up an old motorhome (with really old tires) in Waco and set out for a nearly 3 hour journey home, blew out one rear tire and when I stopped to check saw another had started to split in the sidewall, managed to limp it about 10 miles when just as I was about to pass this exit I saw this big sign that said truck tires. As I pulled in the place looked kind of busy and short staffed but it was good to be off the highway. Sadly they didn't have the correct size tire for that 30 year old rig and what they did have that would have worked was out of my budget, but Laurie directed me to a salvage yard not too far away where I got lucky and got a deal on some good used tires that would work to get me to the house which was still 2.5 hours away. I got back with the tires and Bill had already started removing the wheels from one side, and he earned his pay that day. It was a warm steamy day and he was out there by himself plugging away to get these used tires from a junkyard on my rig. And once it was ready to roll I went in to settle up with Laurie and was amazed at how well I was treated with the bill. These folks are amazing and I left there with the feeling I hadn't left as a customer but as a friend. If I ever get back that way again I'll take some BBQ or something for lunch, not may take pity on an old guy driving a huge rolling pile of scrap metal with trim falling off (thanks again for the duct tape) but these guys made me feel at home.

My friend brought her car to the Youngblood shop over a month ago and it has yet to be worked on. They said they re waiting for the parts they ordered to come in, but can t even verify what the exact parts are that they need to order. Very unreliable and clearly have no intentions of fixing my vehicle. They get one star because they have a cute tire tech. Other than that... zero stars for sure

Had two new tires installed on my 3500 Cummins Dodge today - and have used their services in the past for inspections. Always impressed by their level of knowledge, attention to service, quality of work, and great prices. I recommend them for anything from vehicle, farm, and commercial truck tire needs. Mark and his staff are beyond great !

We were traveling through the area and picked up something in a tire that was causing a leak. These fellas worked us in at the end of their day and got us back on the road in no time. Polite, professional and skilled!
