It was a great experience. It was my first time taking my car for oil change never done it before, the staff were very polite, helpful, and it was very fast service. Definitely I will come back for the next oil change.

The mechanics were super friendly , checked out all my filters, and changed the oil. I'm so glad he suggested that we check the cabin air filter. I'm not sure when it was changed last. It was so dirty. The air in the car will be much cleaner and smell better now. Thank you for a great experience.

I like this location better than others. It is hidden behind the trees and feels more relaxed.I arrived around 8:30 Friday morning and the service was fast, efficient, and friendly.

Great group of guys they got here I hope whoever is running this place realizes that, normally wouldn't touch a Valvoline with a 10ft pole but I make an exception for this shop always great reliable service

I LOVE VALVOLINE. I will never take my car anywhere else because their customer service is unmatched. Matt at this location brought me to tears with how much helped me out. very knowledgeable and happy people!

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this location! Matt, the manager told me that my oil was far too clean to change today and he recommended that I come back after another couple of thousand miles. We had had a full synthetic oil change previously and whoever did it indicated it needed to be changed in 3000 miles. He charged me nothing and couldn t have been any nicer. I really appreciate the integrity and will be back from this point forward to this location.

For a car we barely ever drive, we needed a new battery, oil change and tire check up. The services were completed in a very short time at a fair price by friendly, courteous and well trained technicians. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and how fast they took care of me and my car. Would definitely return here and recommend them with friends and family.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

I typically go buy Valvoline oil at the parts store then my friend changes my oil and I pay him too. This is not much more expensive and the service was phenomenal. You don t get out of your vehicle. And most importantly, they hand tighten the drain plug. No air wrench. I ve had mine stripped before and it s a real pain. Great experience!Service: Oil change

It's such a shame, really polite crew. Went for an oil change, and I am still regretting it. Leaked oil all weekend. Took it back, and they cleaned it up and said all was fine. Continued to leak oil. Ended up taking it somewhere else. I can't recommend this location if you own a Fiat vehicle.

Awesome service (oil & filter change) and very knowledgeable technicians. I stayed inside the car the whole time and they serviced my car very efficiently without being sloppy. I can also tell that they take safety very seriously. Good job!

It was a fast and easy oil change but soon after I left the location I heard loud noise coming from the front of my car. I went back and explained the problem to one of the technicians which happened to be also the manager. I was quickly dismissed with the comment that things happen and I should take my car to a mechanic.My car has only 32-33K miles but I had no other choice and decided to follow the manager's suggestion. Before going to the dealership I had a friend look under the car and to our astonishment the problem was there in front of our eyes. The undercover was zip-tied at one spot that was barely holding it in place. No screws, nothing, the undercover wasn't even properly placed. Just a single zip tie. Well, that explained the fast and easy oil change, doesn't it?It still gives me shivers when I think what could've happened if I was able to drive with higher speed on the highway and that undercover flew off and hit the windshield of the car behind me. Because of the noise I was able to drive with only 30 mph, anything above that speed made the noise very loud and scary.All of you that like convenience, easiness, and almost no wait as much as I do, I doubt you ever looked under your car after an oil change at Valvoline. I sure never did but from now on I'll be checking that indeed they have done that part of their job properly. I will never go back to Valvoline.To top all the bad experience I had there, when I went back for the third time to tell them that I know what the problems was and ask them to fix it, the manager himself told me that that zip tie wasn't put on the car there because they don't have white zip ties and on my car the zip tie is white, therefore someone else must've put it on. That was a big, fat lie. While waiting there one of the employees pulled out of their work cart white zip ties. I pointed that fact to the manager and his response was 'oh yes we have white zip ties for the top and black for the bottom'. Only 10 min prior that he told me they had no white zip ties!!!I contacted Valvoline costumer care and I got a quick response and offer to have the service fees refunded to me. The costumer service representative relate to me that they have spoken to the manager and he told them that I was told that my screws were missing and that they were going to put zip ties on. Absolutely not true! Nobody ever mentioned anything about screws or zip ties. I would've never agreed to that solution. Even if my screws were really missing that still comes back to Valvoline because previously my oil changes have been done at Valvoline.If you prefer zip ties instead of screws to hold your undercover go to Valvoline. It seems that this is their way to make the oil change service fast and easy.

What a great group of young guys working here. Robert, the manager, and his team are so courteous and hard working. It's just unusual to see that kind of customer service. Love this business.

This was hands down the best customer service experience I ve had in a long time, especially during an oil change. Waiting in the car was probably my favorite part! The guys were clean, wore gloves, communicated, double checked each other s work, while being super fast and efficient. They offer a bunch of other services as well. I ll definitely be back for all service needs! The guys were great! I don t have enough nice things to say about them!

I went to this location to have a number of maintenance services done, including a transmission flush. About 8 months later, I took my car to a mechanic. The mechanic said that the transmission fluid was in terrible condition. I said that was strange because I just had a flush done and there had only been about 2,000 miles put on the car.I went to VIOC and explained to them the situation. One of the guys there looked at the fluid and I could tell by the expression on his face that the fluid was bad. Instead of offering to fix the problem, he tells me to call the VIOC corporate office to make a claim.After not getting a response, I called the corporate office again. They forwarded me to the manager who denied the claim because too much time had passed. This was preventative maintenance. There s no way for me to know that the service wasn t performed.It s too bad, because until this, I thought VIOC did a professional job and I was giving them business for both of my cars. It s back to Take 5 for oil changes and I ll be using a real mechanic shop that has to maintain a reputation for all other services.Service: Transmission

Always a great experience and service here! So impressed by friendly/knowledgeable staff every time I go! I used to go to a dealership but Valvoline I trust WAY MORE! They have my business for life! My recent visit to get a my state inspection took at the most 10 min! And they checked my battery for free! Can't say enough how much I value this company!Service: Battery

Beware of this place. They are just trying to up-sale you and they don't care if you need it or not. They tested my battery because they said it was part of the inspection and informed me that my battery failed the test. I informed them that my battery is literally two weeks old. It is bran new. They just made up some lame excuse why their test failed and then they started spamming my e-mail account about my failed battery test.Service: Oil change

I'm not sure how I felt about staying in the car during the oil change but I guess it was better than a stinky waiting room. The price for wipers and the air filter were very reasonable with discounts offered freely.They were quick and efficient. I will be a repeat customer.
